Isn't love a basic need ?

Its not so much of a problem of an individual but rather of a society. Yes society makes us like this. Because everyone has a deaf ear so you gotta shout louder so that someone can hear. When people have empathy, there will be no victim blaming and no false victimhood because why would you need it when your needs are being taken care of in the most appropriate ways. Why was the law system created. To give justice. And if they fail, they have defeated their own purpose. Obviously, a person is a victim when any violent act happens, its undeniable. But victim blaming is nothing but pushing blame onto the easiest scapegoat - the victim. The society is not being empathetic when they blame the victim. So whats the conclusion here Improve your situation by your own efforts. Pull yourself up by your(own) bootstraps. because nobody gonna do that for you. False victims are manipulators. Real victims are sufferers. Both are indicators of an underlying disease in the society, The only way to get rid of roadblocks is to create sensitivity and awareness to the plight of victims, but when people are deaf, you gotta be strong!!!

Don't these words look really good only in the books and movies. You can obviously love a child that way without attachment and expectation, but what about loving an adult ? Expectations are obvious. Can you live without love ? Can you really live a life loving everyone deeply and never getting any love in return. How can that be. Such a love would be saintly love and we are humans with human failings and cravings. How can you live a loveless existence and still keep loving.

You put it very beautifully. Only if it were that easy. yeah. But even when my ego disappears and when my love is radiating to my family, I still don't feel it coming back to me. maybe I am asking for more affection, maybe I yearn for more affection, but isn't this need the most basic of all human expectations ?? Then when I give love, why do I feel like I am not receiving it back. They say - in giving we receive, But how come I never seem to receive. Is this a paradox where you are made to believe that real love exists. go search for it. go give more love and you will get it, but when you end up getting frustrated in the endless search for that wholesome love, isn't it just another paradoxical illusion our mind believes in, like all other illusions societal conditioning has fed us. Has anyone ever loved you this way. Now be honest. That's what I was really talking about. if there was real love, it would have been without the ifs and buts. Haven't you ever yearned for this kind of love. Can you say that you really got it. Does anyone ever gets it or we just keep running and chasing the rainbow that we will keep chasing till the end and it will never come to us because it never existed in the first place.
