  4. Imo, body mind is a physical entity, like a machine and consciousness is the software that runs on it. If the hardware is bad, the software cannot last long. If the software is bad, the hardware loses its value. But in case of body mind the connection is deeper and the correlation is stronger so they impact each other equally.
  5. That's the error of the century ! We always push it on "someone." But that someone doesn't exist. We are puppets of an invisible system. We don't know who is governing us anymore. Who has the power to do anything ? When somebody tries to take power, it is snatched out of their hands by the very society that wants these things to change. Nobody can have ultimate control. Anybody who tries to gain control has to eventually let go because his own survival is put to risk. Look at Milo for instance. He talks about such things very openly. So what does he get in return. He has to be accompanied by security everywhere. Even the person who might really want to do something about all this is eventually targeted, demonized and then stripped of all his power and rendered incapable and helpless. We live in such strange times that even a comment from a president might lead to his impeachment. This is a disaster already. The problem is not that there are no resources to deal with this. The real problem is that everything is so politicised these days that it is almost impossible to take a single action without massive backlash which leads to the action being aborted. There should be freedom of speech and freedom of action. The media gives a massive empathetic coverage of such incidents as though it really cares about the public. At the same time when somebody tries to take a strong stance against such things, the same media engages in name calling, constant criticism and judgment. The same media enjoys every opportunity to bring that person down. The media in some ways is the biggest enemy of our times. If somebody wants to take responsibility then he should at least be allowed to take responsibility and do what is required. We're puppets of an invisible system.
  6. This is really simple and good. Thanks for sharing.
  7. Do you think it's important to restrict that hour particularly to early morning hours or is it okay to adjust that hour anywhere through the time of the day. I mean when I think of doing it in evenings, it gets really discouraging because more than half the day has had already passed until then. So the feeling is like what's the point of doing it so late you know. So do you limit that hour to morning alone or do you rotate it throughout the day as desired ?
  8. Oh ya, I can't believe how easy this seems to be. I never thought that lack of motivation was connected to depression. But now it makes sense. You can't believe it but no guru or expert out there gives this kind of suggestion. You pay them tons of money and they give crazy complicated planners and schedules that are impossible to stick to. And they always make it out to be about laziness instead of identifying the problem at the root. Plus they always put a lot of pressure that the schedule has to be followed strictly or else it's a failure on the part of the client. It's so unbelievable how experts in the field complicate even the simplest things
  9. Oh wow, it's good. Actually I never thought of it in this way. I always thought of it in a strictly goal oriented fashion like it has to be perfect or else it's not working. But this idea is excellent. I guess this is the best approach to laziness and fixation. Because we can't get rid rid of old habits in a dayt. And we don't realize that it requires time and patience to gradually unwind out of the past/old patterns. I guess this is behaviour related rathrr than laziness or tiredness.
  10. @Annetta how did you get this idea ? Did you read about it somewhere. Even I struggle with this. But it seems this is easy. Just need to start with 1 hour initially.because we usually tend to start off with mega goals and I guess that kinda discourages the effort.
  11. Did this really work out for you ?
  12. Maybe a routine blood test will you figure out what's wrong. Have you tested your blood sugar (especially since you mentioned you eat junk food). Extreme tiredness can be a symptom of a hidden disease. Maybe other tests are expensive, but a routine blood and urine test would not cost that much.
  13. In my honest opinion, he seems to me a combination of ENTJ and ESTJ
