Very true . Detachment is not an easy virtue to practice. I do practice zen although I might not be as good. I could already be detached. Internally. I am saying I agree with you in simple terms... I once bought a course on power. Non-detachment is a higher virtue. Communication is a huge issue. Also denying desire is not good, I would be lying if I would not desire anything in this world. I desire for instance transendence a lot that is rare. So that is my opinion. Re-constructing a positive ego is also a lot of work imo. -
Radios do not have very complex material covered to consider while driving. That is the most simple answer, I would not even use the radio, if my car would not have one. As the music taste is incredible bad imo and people just focus on the most average like-able thing, which can be just become boring and repetitive like EDM and Trance music and HipHop. The most interesting part is for cravings of novelity. I mean you could reverse-engineer e-scooters, yet I don't think we have a chinese Shenzen like electronic store available, where even the university could buy it's parts for construction if they are allowed to work independently. I just saw a lot of them when I lived in China. You could do it independently I bet. I attempted to reverse-engineer some products was not really my forte. Not many are interested in practical real-world things I believe. Imo...made some progress, yet someone else found a way to sniff their protocol?????!! Basically the micro-chip and highly processed dense information is the new world order lol. It's crazy how nice Leo is when you consider how much the guy reads and educates himself. I am unsure what the television does to my basal ganglia after reading some studies, yet yeah I don't like TV. Also these 7 second videos are helpful, when I want to learn something that goes fast... and is repetitive....maybe dopaminergic, if you think about product design. If you think these software companies are not f*cking with your life, you are a fool imo.

Non-detachment is great. -
He is an 8 in the enneagram. My post was stuck for like 4 times. There is a stage red drive of vulnerabillity and also creation I did a course at integral where I could explore it. Interesting conclusions thanks for the post!

@Leo Gura I see. That is interesting lol.

I doubt this a lot, when I see some extreme athlethes/gifted spiritual people I think you can controllably produce and procure some of these experiences in a more serious manner, I just am unsure for example how to become better at psychedelic exploration besides using psychedelics, if you know what I mean in terms of consciouness and I want to be able to do dark room retreats and basically "abuse" my neurochemistry a bit to see what is possible, yet the point is the more I get deeper into this, how long does it take to stablize a state and what to do post-integration? Is going about life and not stretching the envelope then the right choice? Some of these integrations are quite rough. How used can you get to psychdelic states post-trip? What does your experience so far show? I get a bit confused as acutalized.org changes a lot in terms of Leo changing lol and just content/structure/goals/teaching etc. Sometimes I do get lost. In terms of what to do, as it's so much and there is a best solution for everyone in my opinion...it just can differ a lot. For example I work through my shadow a lot through using LSD, and I could commit to therapy etc. Holotropic breathwork etc. Yet, LSD and and DMT till now seem the most powerful. I only have on 1 baby-nano DMT trip and 25-36 approx LSD trips. The point is sometimes I go through so much shadow others become so trigger and I become free, I am unsure if this is progress or if I am deluding myself. Just by sheer knowledge and experience. This is why I personally feel DMT is a bit overrated as you can do the same in a dark room etc. and those natural experiences I produce through hard work were more intense and lasting than the "medicine" so to speak.. in my experience... Hope the questions are fine! No hostility projected really, I just feel sometimes I ask to many questions, yet I need this for clarification. As I plan a lot to find a best-sized solution for me. At best also for others..

I am most likely to new school in a sense. (I will leave 2pac out some shit scares me ) Eminem Biggy Kendrick Logic Nas/MfDoom I love rap so much, I prefer bum-bap new york style east coast rap a lot, nice to see a thread like this. I don't like to pop hip-hop it's more for clubs some of it is good I love offset and migos for example. This is one of my favorite songs all time. This shit heals.

@Leo Gura What about meditation experiences that are more psychcedelic in nature? I have issues maintaining health, yet when I am fully healthy and can workout I can have crazy energetic experiences that are similar to the one NN-DMT experience I have the NN-DMT experience feels more alien, yet it often feels like heavy ego / dark knight stuff that needs to be proccessed for example dark room retreats. Similar with LSD I get tiny tastes of love, emptiness, nothingness and a lot of internal relative insight and I feel I become more whole/open and clean overall in terms of how I conduct my life after some integration approx. What can I make out meditative experiences that surpass psychdelic experiences? Would you for example in the same situation continue to pursue meditation seriously? When it has such a dramatic affect that it can be more intense than any psychdelic you can take. It's like my brain is made for meditation and psychdelics are the deepst layer you can enter, that is why I have so much respect, I did not meet many people who have the same kind of experiences, they are similar, yet never as intense. I have a big/huge ego, so I know I consistently implore what is consciouness and choose deliberately teachers/gurus who go and see beyond the edge of a plate. The main issue I have is physical health mostly, not even that much mental. Why for example the comment you made about merging, I can get tastes of merging while meditating like I become the orange/juice/rock/bird/object in 3D space, yet with psychcedelics transforming into something else becomes way way more real, I once posted a report saying I basically merged with a part of nature I became literally the bird outside chirping. While meditating on LSD for hours. You wrote to me I am paraprhrasing: "Nice work tasting the tail of the ox " in a bit more cheeky manner, is that what is meant with consciouness? The pure fabric so to speak that gives rise to everything? Ground zero? Or am I completely of here, as I tasted so many different flavours it's not easy to make distinctions and continue the work when there are so many silos, instead of wholes. I am just sometimes to afraid to go off into the deep end and never comeback lol.

Most of these addiction issues stem from lack of love, attention, regcognition and beign put into isolation in some manner beign exiled and then having to cope. I started smoking cigarettes when I was young due to peer pressure and bullying subtley because of skin color and shit like this. I stopped smoking cigs a couple of years later completely was depressed and started again stopped now again 1 year ago no cigarettes and 0 cravings. My marjuhanna "addiction" I thought I had developed as a teen was for me a tobacco addiction and a lack of sozilization and addiction. I had to cope with someones death and nobody seemed to get my emotions, so yeah I had to find a way to cope. I don't think OP is wrong, yet the frame is very very bad imo. Especially for people who have been addicted to something there is a reason. I dunno weed for me is easy to stop. Toboacco and coffee are a bit more difficult and not drinking alcohol when peer pressured as it's a heavy point in my culture not to drink sometimes. So consistently beign isolated by demeanor and demands of others and public, frankly sucks balls. Especially when it comes to addiction and serious topics like this. That is my opinion so far to that matter/my two cents.

Everything can be an addiction even socialization. Harmony is way more important in that sense. I don't think people are that simple that you can put them all under the rug and just say cannabis is bad and dangerous. I easily can be addicted to socilization and talk and converse with others for hours if they know something and it's in a sense the same stuff. There are to many double standards to beginn with. I'd personally say this thread is misleading and the structure and reasoning of it not clearly outlined and explained. I don't know what is damaged. What is hurt. Why I should not do it besides some communcal/public complaint. The doctors also looked so unlikeable and heavily invested in science bias. I did not look at the video. It's a serious topic most likely, yet I miss the earnest discussion and not a social condemnation hate thread and outcry for power and some sort of justice.

It's an impossible ideal to not use anything for a stimulus. I would need to quiet everything by that logic lol.
-
If this is interesting just as a biological/health phenomena to you. If read that in adults somewhere somehow the interconnectivity of the brain is stronger, yet smaller somehow so less knowledge overall? Yet more connected. I find this interesting when I spoke to Shinzen as he was a chronic cannabis user and this guys memory and alertness is as sharp as a knive at age 70. No taking anything daily is not that good, I would like to use cannabis more sporadic as medicine this is how it think it should be used, yes I admit I am prone to smoking a lot as I struggle with finding proper stimulation. So I dunno the issue is a larger one, if I had proper socialization and proper peers I would not smoke cannabis, yet for me personally the use of language already makes the difference lol, so I just enjoy it. I agree it's damaging. Yet spreading the message of weed is dangerous and bad is just bad marketing imo and creates the agenda of war against drugs, against of rasing awarness as well as some better stratgey to go for what you think is correct, I would never consider such a thread if it would not be for the .org as well as consider the position and vote against it. Because it smells like to much bias and no room for experimentation, I can't even test cannabis properly for daily use. So how am I supposed to judge it? As it's illegal lol!
-
There are billions of double standards just thinking about this issue makes it clear people just want to have their own world gratified, just let people do what works and what seemingly does not work, there are larger issues than weed consumption, if anything it is more of a symptom of impoverished as well as "rich" circumstances and in the end the people who get addicted truely go down the trenches. That has been my experience many people who smoke cannabis I've meet are independent and have more of a vein for artistry and interest in that. There are so many stereotypes involved with cannabis use it is hypocritical, as well as many of these stereotypes are just negative and come from blue/orange domains of thinking which can't properly distinguish higher from lower. I can frame everything into a health quadrant and completely forget the subjective and cultural part as well as dynamic, you'd basically had to prohibit alcohol also, people should be free to use whatever substance they want to ingest themselves as idea in itself, obviously the living entity should not be permanently damaged, yet this is not possible. I am unsure what this discussion is about, as it basically is just a form of adjustment. I bet I would hire a lawyer on cocain if I need to and I don't have the money for anything else and I got into some trouble on accident or some shitty grey area legal situation. There should be laws in place for repercussions in use, if shit like this ever gets allowed, people over do it and are not responsible, I could I never did drive a car high on LSD, as well as I drive when on cannabis illegal. I drive better than 99,9% of people and I still get mad at people on the streets. If skill does not convince someone I don't know what will. If someone can take a substance and comeback normally and there is no compelling addicition and not a permanent very negative damage present, then it's fine. Coffee is as addictive as cannabis, and I bet globally coffe would do more damage. I bet people in Sri Lanka could produce paper if they would use hemp plants for production or smth. I dunno sometimes I just think people want to kill themselves. So it does not really matter taking any medicine and or not in a larger sense...

Freelancing can pay of also I had coding classes in high school and a friend of mine stopped his entire school trajectory and started coding and earning money moving out of his family house when he was 18 or so moving to Berlin. I am unsure how hard it is to move into freelance, as I have no idea how good my skills area from just coding Uni stuff and projects and not more real-world projects. Living a life of adventure is definitely possible, I struggle with this too as I have a lot of interesets. This is why I like engineering it actually is more interesting than I thought and I never wanted to be an engineer. Anyway.. hope I don't install some false shit possible lol. What about ideas of starting ones own accounting firm as a service etc? You can even offer your employees qigong/meditation etc. for free for example from you or some person you know etc. I am unsure how much freedom you have by law when creating a business, stuff is more strict here in the E.U lol.
-
I am unsure as what the situation is as I care less and less about my survival as my degree forced me to learn about all of these skills coding/business creation and marketing. Outside sources and creating on your own is way more important. Imagine I had professors with their own company hiring students etc. because of talent helping them find their own independence either through skill/business creation that is mainly his goal as a professor. Freedom is not cheap yes I would personally never learn accounting as I was forced to do it and I am okay at it, I just hate order. The amount of carreer jumper stories I heard especially in the U.S for tech it's incredible, the courses online are also very streamlined in comparrision to a lecture, the issue is time and energy. As well as perspective, I am unsure sometimes how far people think. It would personally for me be interesting what you'd learn from this so called marketing course as american PD industry is hypocritical as fuck, and creating a business is a skill of it's own imo when I see observe business owners and marketers. I am in the same boat of getting out of wage slavery I have ideas for multiple assets. Going 100% into business with accounting skills is legit the best thing you could possibly do, as you have power and know-how over data. This is what drives business imo. I am no expert just here with an opinion... The value and product/service provided should speak for itself imo at best, so there would also not be all to many stings of remorse if this makes sense. This is what I like about working business in China, people got what they wanted, nobody controls desire.. really...

I dunno I've read approx above 200+ books in my life including audiobooks here. Without counting online articles, videos, podcasts, online-courses, documentaries, infotainment, learning app, edutainment courses(soft skills, psychology 101 etc.) etc. I talked to a couple of members at integral did not have the opportunity to meet Ken as I feel a strong connection towards his writting and experience as I am also a military kid. I dunno the more I read the more I notice how knowledge is repetetive and execution can matter and at the sametime must not matter more than knowledge. Most of knowledge is memory so to speak if anything I experienced I had was based on omniscience. Wilber wrote about all of these states endlessly. As far as I know and observed he never took psychdelics and they generally had the slogan of unearned consciouness is valueless, the point is he also admits later and even earlier IIRC that these things have a lot of potential and can be used with caution etc. Just there is no hard evidence etc. I am saying thins with my own words. I do think knowledge is overrated nowadays with fast streamed information finding principles and paradigms in the thousand of books and concepts that aid survival and transcendence of survival, often times it is a re-guritation of facts and the principles and concepts serve as a new meta level for larger abstractions which display higher truths etc. I don't think knowledge/experience/ontology? is as static as it seems. Reading 400 books+ is an impressive feat imo the value of knowledge for me is only palpable when I can execute and act on it, otherwise it's good entertainment and that is important too! Often times my own thinking and hunches would have given me better results if I would act on my experience and mistakes, my own book and life story so to speak instead of hiding behind the vail of knowledge in fear of showing a higher self etc. I can speed read for example an easy book a day and re-gurtitate the most important content depending on technique and practice with more and less accuracy as I trained this as well as I wanted to still refine this. I did some speed reading exercises with Wilber books and I read ROT in a week or two in 14+- sessions? With 20 minute sessions with 10 min note taking notes etc. Just getting back into the habit of reading difficult topics fast. Filtering core eternal concepts and interconnecting this takes the most time. I did not read the notes at the end, just the core book and theory. Wilber has an entire series of his biography for free on integrallife about his life I could not bring myself to watch it even if I love the guy. It is compelling, yet he can talk so long and so much also. Wilber should have written about omniscience/ontology?/knowledge I never studied it that deep, as I mostly just corrected what people wrote here about integral theory as nobody is really passionate about integral theory, most are nerds and cracks at integral or to normie. Here it is a nice cross-section. Hope this aids the conversation somehow. Imo there should be a distinction made between what is knowledge and omniscience based on spirituality and what it means to value either and the other and how they interconnect, as this is what I am experiencing more and more a bit at least... For example you have a vision/hunch about life out of nowhere a moment of clairvoyance with imagery and the exact thing becomes true or/and leads to a closer similar "truth"/experience etc. -

@Razard86 The book "blue truth" from david deida was quite shocking to read and you summarize basically the whole book as well as what I remember lol. It's nice to read a concisce summary of the book in sorts. I have the issue of I love my feminine mind for example and it's endless flow states, yet masculine control I feel like I am Thanos 4.0 leading even on a small scale imo is a huge task! Balancing these freaking polarities I basically have the experience of what you wrote. Nice read! Thanks for the post. -
Found this video with some tool on YouTube on how to create Art with A.I. --- Posting on intuition here did not read 17 pages as I am not that interested in A.I art making, more watching lol.

I think it's okay if you disconsider the context of what he has done, and he did not really talk much about trump. I also think JP is way better than Maga Trump. I often think he does not find the right people to express his views and these talks are so endless, the video almost says nothing if nobody followed the context fully. It would be better if he speaks to someone like Schmachtenberger or so, nobody understands JP I think. If I watch the video without audio and I imagine what he is saying it's quiet funny he should speak with this stuff with a serious democrat in a sense, I guess he is just angry that he seems to be unable to reconcile something in his life. I do not like him personally very much, yet I do have sympathy for him. -
Hey! I just wanted to ask if there is a valid test somewhere where you can see on which stage you are in Spiral Dynamics. I've been listening and reading more or less a lot or not about Ken Wilbers theory and spiral dynamics. I found some research about the validity of Jane Loveingers Ego Development test which is accepted by scientists, yet the test apparently needs a revision. There are a couple of papers about this topic. Yet, I do not have the knowledge or know-how to understand everything in there. Ken Wilbers tends to say in his audiobooks that you can find some test online and take it, first of all I only find german sites and they tend to push your results. So, I would be turquoise, integral and green. When I take a test which was in Don Becks Audiobook Spiral Dynamics to find out which stage you are at I scored differently. So, where can I find a good or somehow valid test ? Or how can I check out which stage I am at when I go through live and reflect about the stuff I heard and read I am affraid of an orange capitalist society which is status based and does everything to ensure it's status quo, abusing the efficiency of people for their own benefits while it does benefit others to a degree. I tend to think about which stages my professors are at and if that makes sense what I am reading about spiral dynamics / wilbers theory or justifies their behaviour. When I look at a healthy orange, and if Ken Wilbers theory is somehow valid/true/useful/partially true or w/e then it would play out like this. Since green is the dominant value structure every stage tends to adopt these values in their structure. So, an orange person would interpret green values through an orange pair of glasses and therefore filter it through an orange perspective. So, multi-culturism is accepted empathy and compassion is valued and opinions of other people and viewpoints are respected / accepted and tolerated. To give an example with blue.. as long as people adopt the rules that are present in their country they "can" be regarded as one group, although this does not entirely work imo. So, I want to give a personal example since I can't find any tests which seem good/valid, I worked in a post-production company in London which is a financial city and worked there near Soho ( where most banks are ? (orange move)) and worked there 10 m away from the Tower Bridge. The post-production company was very orange success and achievment driven, equality was based on the fact that women have the same capacity to be as succesful as men and people where treated fairly. ( not like green where gender roles and ideas are perceived as a social construct). My boss seemed to be or have some integral tendencies, this guy liked chaos was super unassuming, enjoyed Allan Watts and was not the slightest authoritative, only to the degree where it was neccesary and really enjoyed listening to perspectives while not listening to them since he has to and this is culturally accepted now. He just seemed to be in a constant flow. Yet, he was also quite materalistic since this was the film industry, so he had to adjust his behaviour to other people who seemed to only care about their status and success and making some business deals which benefit them and he was quite good at it and also still quite young. So, I can't tell if this guy was orange or integral. Yet, walking through the city and doing some small errands since it was a classic shitty internship. I could see how money orientated and self-interested these people were they would do anything even use racism or sexism to advance their position, so reverting back to red or some other stage ( unconsciously?) only to gain an advantage over other people and ensure their success. When I meet orange people at Uni they seem similar as long as they have some blue tendencies pure orange is pleasant, yet the coldest most rational driven persona you can meet. Anyway where can I find a test ??

Do any of you guys go regularly to museums and enjoy art? I wondered how an expert artist would buy any of these, it's basically just porn imo. Without a story line and context. When I see all of this digital art you can still edit them after the fact, that they have been created, I am pretty sure there will be tools for that, considering creating logos/symbols/art for games etc. Sometimes the biggest mistake from an artist or so might make the painting seem very good, yet sort of still apprecating the limits of what the human can draw I dunno I've been to a couple of art exhibitions in major places in the art world and I know someone personally who is a professional succesful painter drawing with Andy Warholes techniques, not speaking to him, yet knowing him, it's a massive threat to skill itself imo. I just don't think skill can so easily outsource itself as well as the greed sort of for the tool, there are already codeless enviroments with U.I generative tools, that created a new emerging demand and market with U.I researchers/ HCI and the likes of this is basically the same issue of something creative being outsourced to a new toolbox. I just think more lightly about this topic and it will be a toolbox, when used with caution and I doubt most people are that wise and intelligent lol. I am pretty sure someone will abuse it and people will learn and set a constraint like in any enviroment...

Yeah according to socionics it's a benefit I just like the way they put it. It's all just experience with bias in a sense anyway.
-
True in my personal experience, I get along with intutives the most that means also logical intutives although worlds differ vastly, it's usually very fun as open-mindedness is just fun usually. That is also a good big5 trait to consider... when dating and also beign high in openess ... these models won't matter when novelty is not stimulated for example. Overall I this is mainly relationship work not very good for dating itself, just measuring compatabillity. I don't walk around typing people all of the time, it's mostly "NPC'S" I type shop keepers, the vendor lady/guy, the architect, construction worker etc. Hope I made this clear and I don't attack a single type. As this get's personal usually quite fast. I also want to hone my skills in this as this is "dealing with people skills", so it comes in handy in more "objective/neutral" situations as well as just friendships and partnerships/communities etc. Socionics looks interesting too I like the compatability of INFJ with ISFP and ESTP as artisans that is true imo, wtih SE,NI.
-
I am not drawing technical conclusions I think there are flavours to all of this I read socions way way way back once or twice back on odd forums, so I did not like it so much and mainly looked at cognitive stacks I am just going to list a couple of things and explaing that I am aware of socionos, yet have no idea about it besides coginitive stacks and their functions, I dunno if they are seperate theory. I feel as an INFJ 4w5 there are a lot of dynamics in terms of compatabillity without explaining anything in detail. I am mostly matching main types of others from each model. This is mainly my intuition and personal experience. Everything in braces I think can vary tremendously by type. I am mostly intuitive about this I don't have much conceptual readings besides tests and internet pages and infografics/ my own contemplations etc./data/studies/youtub videos/biology of mbti and enna etc. Compatability INFJ: Very good: ENFJ, INFJ, INTJ, INTP, (ENFP/INFP/ESFP/ISFP), ISFJ Good: ENTJ, ESFJ, ISTJ, ISTP, ISFP, ENTP, ENFP, (ISFJ,ESFP,ESTP) Okayish: ESTP, ESFP, ESTJ, ESFJ, ISTJ (ISTP,ISFJ,ISFP, ENTJ), Not good: ESTJ (ESTP/ESFP/ISTP) Compatability Ennea 4: Very good: 4,9,2,3 (6) Good: 5,1,6, (8) Okayish: 7,8 Not good: (All could be shit for a 4) Compatabillity Ennea subtype 5: Very good: 1,7,8 (4,6), 5 Good: 6, (9,5), 4 Okayish: 3, (9), 2 Not good: 9 Compatabiltiy Ennea 4w5: Very good: 4w3,3w4, 2w3, (5w4 all 8 types if mature including 9w8), 9w1, 6w5, 1w9, 4w5 Good: 3w2, 2w3, 5w4, 1w9, 8w7, 7w8, 2w1, 1w2,7w6, 4w5, (6w7?) Okayish: (3w4,3w2), 1w9, 8w9, 9w8, 5w6 Not good:(All could be shit for this sub-wing type as you are basically a free spirit) No idea: 5w6, 6w7(Dr Keith Witt from Integral I love him, yet I never meet this type besdies from him consciously)
