Very recognizable my Friend. As a kid we've always felt pain. We never really learned how to deal with it all. If this mass confusion is good for something, it's for realizing we're in this together. Yes man. It seems like we have made human suffering and ego our number 1 enemy. There are members who are repeating stuff like some robots running on protocol. I feel a general lack of vulnerability. And of course there are members who are very very loving. Isn't that the purpose of a community as a whole. To offer support? To acknowledge eachother? It seems like we're hiding behind other people's suffering by giving advice and justify our own self-sabotage. A lot of assumptions from me I know. This tendency to forget our humanity is incredibly toxic.

What do you mean with results brother? Do you understand that in the more advanced stages (around nondual experiencing) it's rather about loosing than gaining? It's a process of self-emptying: surrendering good AND bad sensations, thoughts etc. Blockages are released through a surrender to love. You are not to gain anything. Maybe this sounds depressing, but its not nihilistic what i'm saying. The attitude of non clinging is a heart centered expansion. The Heart of Centering Prayer - by Cynthia Bourgeault (read that one to understand). And Matt Kahns stuff will probably do you wayyy more good.

Lmfao forcing your way through sounds like an incredible shitty method. Its difficult to respect these horrific images if you haven't purified your eyes through the heart. You're just adding to the horror. Don't underestimate how the shadow operates in your psyche. Maybe if you hit rock bottom this way, you will have Grace. What is guiding you through this process? I agree that self-emptying is the path. However, there is always a blind spot. This can make us very passive in life for example. But incorporating this Divine pointlesness into everyday actions is what its about. Thats when you'll view this world as your playground and honour your vulnerability as a person in duality. This is the blind spot people. Why practice gratitude as everything is perfect in nonduality? Because of the impermanence is exactly why its perfect. We have no control on the circumstances in "duality". But the free will in duality gives us our eyes to birth creations through perception. So why the hell not?

Bruv this is the shit. I usually after finishing a round will focus on my heartspace. And take 1 max deep breath in. And let the cave of the heart generate gratitude. And then RELEASE. As everything comes and goes in this universe. Very nice way do incorporate gratitude with the WHM. Peace.

Creating devils is devilry. Saying this makes me a devil too. Welcome to duality. Where love masquerades as opposites and contrasts.

I do think personally that the energetic system should be the results of psycho-spiritual work. Our integrity along the process reflects the functioning of these chakras. So in order to explore this technology you just need to be more honest with yourself and loving (where Truth and Love meet through integrity). If the technology is our only purpose there will be a big chance it will turn into forcing the energetic system without really understanding and integrating it. This also means that your divine blueprint (soul) and karma also kinda indicate which centers are your main issues or interests.

My posture was incredible fucked up. With the mind alone i cured that shit and restored parts of the energetic system. So i think its a combination of mind awareness (focus) and energy awareness.

Integrating the shadow and healing the inner child can have a huge huge effect on the personality. Like getting back ones sense of humour, feeling finally safe in your body (when things get intimate) etc.
