Yes, shakitpat will trigger lotsa lotsa ego death cycles. And they can be incredibly dark as this load needs to come to the surface to be integrated. Healing is just inevitable. And these methods will give you just that. Without any cultivated awareness through meditation you better not even think about these methods. Transmissions are btw more effective when there is a certain openness in the individual (that required a less contracted energetic state that 99.9 percent of the beginners don't have). In either way a sober cultivation of awareness (or rather the falling away of contractions/ego) is needed. These are tools to help you. If you want these tools to be effective you need to do the work. And when they seem to be effective that is where your "cultivated skills" should enter the scene. There is no way to hide from your core wounds or self-sabotage on the path.

The fastest way is certainly not the easiest way. You need to integrate the shadow. And yes some meditation skills are crucial for this process.

I would not recommend Leo's path to anyone. And at the same time it's why I love him so much. Feeling the soul star chakra (above the head) has helped tremendously. Furthermore i would recommend transmissions like the one on the youtube channel 'The Enlightened Way'. It takes a bit of time to feel those transmissions. But they can be extremely potent if you just open your mind to it.

I agree, but this especially happens in later/advanced stages. A personal will is required to be surrendered to Divine Will. It won't help people to mentally accept certain theories. This will only bring them in a position of victimhood (i have no influence in my life, i have no responsibilities bla bla bla). Maybe thats what they need, but we cannot decide that for them. The surrender is actually a complete energetic surrender of the ego with its whole being. From the Visuddha chakra upwards. Thats the end of the ego. So I think it would be very wise to choose our words carefully for the younger folk or at least the ones who need to come out of victimhood. And trust me man.. this non-duality path can be a hidden agenda for the traumatized ego. Non-existence (and as a bonus God) can be exactly what the self-hating traumatized ego thinks it wants.

I've seen my Psyche being split up into multiple sub-persona/entities. But as everything is an aspect of the Self it didn't worry me. I would not recommend anyone to have these types of experiences.

I'm extremely curious about your/our next steps my Friend. I read in certain comments that you're not doing 5-meo anymore as its getting too powerful. This kinda made me happy. I mean.. what more can be said about nondual consciousness? For myself, I hope you'll try something completely new and offer us new shit with your intellectual and creative gifts. New ways to contribute to society. Creating new fields in Science. Helping people in new innovative ways. Everything always gets a completely new meaning when we enter new levels of consciousness. So there is so f*cking much to talk about... So excited to see where Actualized is heading towards. You have helped so many people worldwide. You deserve all the best. I'm truly happy for you. I've had dozens of those experiences myself. Now it's only about emptying myself. There is nothing to hold on to. Emptying oneself is a loving act of detachment. Not a rejection of any kind. I'm definitely not a science fanboy and I see a lot a lot of ways we can improve science. To benefit earth with all its living forms. Maybe you've mistaken me for a materialist. The path to Enlightenment does not mean you stop caring about worldly concepts. Or about "physical" reality. We cannot distinguish science from people nor actions from intentions. Even in the relative they are unseparable. Sorry If i was a bit rude earlier.

Dude, you're just playing silly games now. You're speaking of God and Unconditional Love yet you dismiss science. Another silly contradiction. Another silly distinction. Wait, the world is getting destroyed because how far science got us? Weren't you saying earlier that the core problem is inside? So that should be targeted? Does it take Unconditional Love to help a granny cross a busy street? Are we, as human beings, only able to learn by introspecting? Or do we also learn by what we do in the world? You're underestimating learning in social settings... BIG TIME. You don't think that introspection can also be a distraction from action? It's funny to me... you're speaking of me being relative. Yet you're here creating all these distinctions. You think survival isn't love? Oh man. Everything has love in it. Progressing on our moral ladder is not about rejecting the lower steps.

You're making the mistake by splitting it into two phenomena. Again. Love is not only a realization of love and unity. It's also the way we act in the world. Science is an intermediate to facilitate our actions as a result of how we see ourselves and the world. You think the world will just take a break if we collectively start stretching on a Yoga mat or meditate and contemplate? You can't just stop the whole world to be enlightened and to not take action while our environment is getting destroyed. Talking about surface-level thinking ffs.

My message was also one out of love. For him to find new ways to express his love. It's a very bold thing to say that society does not need more science. That can be interpreted as dismissive. That's why my comment.

I would recommend a very open attitude of not-Knowing (which is NOT an intellectual attitude of rejection) and wonderment. Non-duality can be a hidden agenda for our shadow personalities who actually do not want to exist at all and are fueled by self-hatred. Try to filter your perceptions of concepts and view everything with fresh new eyes. Or else you'd be seeking for a theoretical confirmation with those eyes. Surrendering to a Higher/Divine Will can only be achieved as a person. If you're an energy sensitive person I would recommend Yoga, Tai Chi, spiritual transmissions, Matt Kahn. I would recommend to read the work of Cynthia Bourgeault (The Heart of Centering Prayer). This is a high quality book. She explains how Grace emerges as an energetic shift. She teaches a beautiful technique and has a lot of background info on how we can shift into the nondual state of consciousness. I also would recommend transmissions by Peter Cutler (youtube channel the Enlightened Way). PLEASE do not get trapped into the intellectual interpretation of this work where words like meaninglesness and No Free Will are actually nothing but possibilities for a toxic misinterpretation (which could also lead shadow integration.. but still.... i wouldn't be doing that).

Someone I know is a Nichiren Buddhist. Been to a gathering and chanted along with the rest. It was quiet powerful. On the way back home I started crying out of nowhere.

YES! Exactly. For me it wasn't only the fear of becoming something like that, but the realization that I am that in unity. This person that disgusts me is part of existence. It's part of me. How can there be something that allows someone like that? How can there be a God? What is God/existence anyway when this is allowed? Meaning.. How can I ever be allowed to exist? How can I be loved? It felt like a deep collective legacy. We can only hate, love, fear because there is unity in the form of a unifying substratum called existence. We really are what we see.

I feel ya. But it certainly was a core wound for me. It's like the direct result of separation and the reason for separation at the same time. Fear of pain/torture, fear of death, fear of love can all be the ultimate thresholds. Depending on the hardwiring.

Yeah it's the part that cannot ever feel loved. It's a wound of Self-hatred. Hate for existence, hate for the external world and hate for the internal world. This generates self-doubt and the endless search for love in various ways (achieving success, hot women, personal development.. and lots of other ways that are partly corrupted by this). Feeling into the Self-Hatred (a horrific gift as Gangaji states) one can realize the "Body of Christ". The objectless awareness/Nothingness carries this core wound. Where this duality collapses, the "unforgivable" is forgiven, the "unlovable" is loved... to death. Enjoy your high brother

Ego thrives on Self-Hatred. It would be very wise to set your intentions clearly with a respectful/loving attitude and wonderment. This process isn't really about getting answers, it's about loosing questions. Counterintuitvely using questions with a proper intention can make you lose questions. Non-Duality can masquerade as a hidden agenda for the hidden ego parts that thrive on self-hatred/Self-hatred (hate of existence) and stimulate fragmentation of the personality.

Sorry, I didn't take the time earlier to completely read the comments and write my own answer. Here it goes: Rumi speaks of "quivering like a drop of mercury". The intelligence behind it moves like mercury. Have you ever seen how this looks like? Cynthia Bourgeault (The Heart of Centering Prayer) says the following: " If you can still recall mercury from the time before ecological concerns drove it out of widespread household use, you'll remember the curious way it behaves when you remove it from its container and let it organize itself on a flat surface. It can either act like a liquid and spread out in a puddle, or it can hold its own shape as a drop, rolling about like a Weeble. Your attention is much like that. In its liquid form it connects subject and object. In its solid, "Weeble" form, it is a tensile field of vibratory awareness, within which you can be conscious of the whole without having to split the field into the usual subject/object polarity. It is actually a higher energetic state. The Tibetan Buddhists call it rigpa: " pure awareness" . Can't get anymore metaphysical than this lmao. So this is actually about attention viewed from objectless awareness. The drop does not necessarily reflect on being, it rather reflects being. It does not need to be paid attention to, as it is the subject of attention (not the object). So very simply put, it would be objectless awareness minus attention. Well there wouldn't be anything to know. Thats the problem with experiences.. you want "to know". Enlightenment is a realization without a knower. Thats the ultimate sacrifice. There won't be anyone to "know" anything as knowing is a result of awareness. Awareness always preceeds knowing.
