  1. Not-knowing is not an activity. It preceeds all beginings and is beginningless (Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj). It is not to be reached. It is not an attitude. Its always. The problem is all the energy that is invested in denying not-knowing. Even as a lowkey destination to reach. So the question is how conscious am I of my denial? Not a question to generate an answer. But a question to investigate for the sake of investigation. The seeking is the answer. Edit: so the endless search stems from denial. Not from not-knowing. The ego's seeking always starts from an assumption. Its that very first assumption that needs investigation.
  2. God bless the seeking. In the seeking is where I am found.
  3. Must love itself Translated: love love love Must = love Love = love Itself = love
  4. How has this worked out for you? How is the quality of your life? You don't need to respond here, but it would be helpful to self-reflect on the answers you would be willing to give. Why would I answer in this way? Are there things I am not willing to look at? Am I hiding from things?
  5. Yeah same man. I realize more and more that "I" can never heal myself. I have never healed myself. So I pray. And god will not respond to my liking. Only when i realize the depths of my hopelesness and i appear naked before him. And he won't give me what's not already there. My uncertainty turns into Faith. Only by Grace. It's so cruel haha. ❤
  6. I always love reading your posts my Friend. When you spoke of Will it brough tears to my eyes. I never physically died though i have been in hell. I once dove deep in one of my core wounds and understood it was hell. A collective hell of shame. All prana/energy left my body, i become cold as ice. But it was beautiful and terrifying. But death? Physically? No, never. But as you said death is illusory. So its not one specific point. We're dying already, right? Isn't that what is meant by death? Not just the body totally shutting down, but the whole shebang? But i understand, one must experience it before you can understand.
  7. This is counter intuitively a very embodied thing to say. Very practical and more integrated than most nondual gurus with anti-mind dogmatics preach. Can understanding be real without embodiment?
  8. I'm not sure but throughout the healing journey one could really correct the most horrible posture problems. Trauma is a multidimension/multilayered manifestion. On an emotional, energetic and physical level. And of course mental. Trauma results mostly in these problematic postures. Creating body awareness is absolutely helpful. And very necessary to deal with either kundalini symptoms or posture problems.
  9. Exactly. The deeper we go the more profound the earliest messages will be.
  10. THEY are this, THEY are that... THEY want to trap us! THEY are here to keep us enslaved! THEY THEY THEY THEY.... paranoid prick
  11. Very well said. As consciousness everything is indeed truly abundant. Infinite recognition and acknowledgement by the eye that sees all (not Sauron).
  12. Lmao. Its useful to approach Enlightenment this way. Until its not. But you need to live through it to understand. So you can laugh at yourself in 2 or 3 years. Even though it was a necessary stage. Do your thang homie.
  13. It doesn't work like that. You can't just compare without context to state which one is more of a war mongerer. Looking at the personalities its quiet clear who is and who isnt. Its easy to critisize a government after 15 years of failed warfare. You think Trump wouldnt do what the Bush administration or Obama would have done? Lmao. This is about context and momentum.
  14. I don't mean just hate as in hating my ego self. I mean the Self. A lot of the conspiracy people are negatively motivated by all the evil in the world. We should ask ourselves: what are people vibrationally/energetically really contributing? We become what we fight against. That is how the devil works. I don't see any of them as existentially evil. I have sympathy for both of them. But that does not mean i don't have to vote. And what would i vote for? The less deluded.
  15. You said trump has a soul dude. How would you know? What does that mean according to you? Why don't others have a soul? I mean the reasons people vote for Trump...at a certain stage of development you should easily be able to see through the man. The spiritual community is full of self-hatred. Especially the pedophile/satanist elite conspiracy spiritual people.. or whatever we would call them.
  16. Wants best for his country? How would you know? And what about whats best for the world? Whats best for the environment? Whats best for the poor people? I mean.. theres so much stupidity in your post. Its mind boggling. Why do i even start ffs ?? Your teachers intuition? Oh lord
  17. To me he seems to show off way too much how super airy fairy conscious he is. I kinda question his sincerity and how loving he truly is. But he certainly has some kind of wisdom. Very nice for the ultra new agey types.
  18. Imagination? Then jump in front of a train. Disidentification? That is not dissociation. This is very delicate business once again. The reason people aren't doing self-enquiry the right way, is because they don't have the energetic awareness. They're mostly blind to what their hidden intentions are when self-enquiring. But you need to do it wrong a lot of times before you realize it for yourself. So i'm not saying you're not on the right track or anything. Just trying to spare you some time. I've been there myself 4 years ago. Awakening of the body is where you go through all the trauma. Anchoring the consciousness into the body. That's also where the labels will fall away from what you thought your body was. It's the alchemization process. That's something far more different than dissociation. Often people use this path to run away from being a person. Enlightenment is a way of not being "me" anymore. An escape from pain. This hidden intention is something that must be dealt with eventually. And it will be dealt with. But mostly further up the process. And you will never understand what grounding means by my words. Just do research and start practicing. It's probably the best advice you can have on your journey right now. And like Dreamscape said... eventually it's about residing in the heart. Sounds very poetic and fluffy... but its actually very practical and essential.
  19. I see! Well grounding into the body makes no sense until you experience it for yourself. This whole path makes no sense without grounding. The problem with self-enquiry is that its very delicate business. Most folk here use it as a way to form new conclusions by dissecting reality. Self-enquiry is not about reaching conclusions at all. So i would advice you to really take your time to search for the definition of grounding. And that still is far away from the actual experience. To me it looks like you're done awakening the mind. Its time to awaken the body. Methods: breathwork, tai chi/qigong, yoga for example. What i meant by that is that the only way you can become the insight is when the body and the mind are integrated into the consciousness. Do energy work to realize. Vipassana meditation is also very very powerful.
  20. It looks like you need to ground yourself. By trying to understand everything you're dissociating from your senses, hence the depersonalization. Its rather about being involved in your senses than distancing yourself from pain by mental gains. 1 tip: throw away the attitude to attain insights. Its about you being the insight (which eventually comes with grounding and embodying the higher consciousness states). You cannot be the insight without doing body work. Body work is absolutely crucial. Don't be a slave to your mental insights/intellect or what you're able to achieve during meditations. This will all become very silly once you understand what it's truly about. The state of non-attachment can only come through involvement. Not through dissecting. Thats dissociation.
  21. Which eventually makes stories much cooler ? we need stories as human beings, as its interwoven in the fabric of existence. We just stop being slaves to stories. I think its about where the ink meets the paper.
  22. Yes sir! The Heart of Centering prayer by Cynthia Bourgeault. And of course lots of stuff about the Essenes (Lars Muhl for example), christian gnosticism etc.
  23. Yeah I would recommend some christian mysticism. Contains some deep level metaphysical stuff. Nonduality definitely not excluded.
  24. Thats nonsensical and surface level thinking.
