You probably don't need it as long as your diet is sufficient. Eggs and chicken are not the only source of protein. You probably don't want to rely excessively on eggs for protein, the long term cost benefit ratio is potentially not worth it.

Expand your diet with a variety of other ingredients and you'll easily hit your goal every day.

Dairy - cottage cheese, yoghurt, cheddar, mozzarella, semi skimmed milk,

Legume - dahl, lentils, bean, soy, chickpeas,

Whole grain and legume pasta is an excellent protein sourcey products like tofu, tempeh, soy yoghurts are good

    Fish and seafood

It's really about batching together a variety of ingredients and learning how to make the meals taste nice.

But the true growth comes from sufficient stimulation in the gym. Full body training 3 times a week, train mostly big lifts, compound movements with, and your muscles will grow fairly quickly.

    Ofcourse sleep & stress management

Only then If you feel you're not getting there, add something like a hemp protein or whey

    Thank you! Michael

Let say I wish that it'll rain tomorrow because I want my crops to grow, but you wish for it not to rain because you want to go hiking. Who will "win"?

That's true. So are you saying that only I can manifest, because there's no others who could?

So what is doubting you now, you think there is another who could pray for opposite and net result will be universe confused, who to support.

See this itself is a doubtful thought from manifestive perspective. I don't know why you think someone else want same desire like you? Who told you that, you are constructing that inside yourself so that you can doubt who you really are. You can see circumstance of another going trying to date same girl like you do, but as I said circumstance doesn't matter, if you believe in your faith, then your faith will bring it to you.

What if two people wish for mutually exclusive things, who gets their way with the universe then? Maybe they cancel each other out.

I've always been skeptical of manifestation, like i agree with the idiom: "Where attention goes energy flows", but it seems to me that it contradicts one of the fundamental laws of our limited reality, which is that everything has a price and if you want something you have to work for it, i.e. the law of equivalent exchange.

There are no two people. Its your thought two people wishing. And obviously there will be circumstances to confirm that thought. But circumstances doesn't matter.

For example.. if you're a virgin with no sexual experience with women..constantly thinking this will sustain this situation forever..because thinking you're a virgin.. and thinking you have no attraction skills  WILL make that stay exactly like this (this is what reality is for you . and you don't want it to change ...).
It's only when you change your mindset.. and everyday think positively about th situation... instead of focusing on the negative that it lwill change.
That requires faith..and an enormous deal of courage..and hard work .

but it can and must be done. You must find away to create your dream life .this is a win or win battle and I'm committed to change my life and take self actualization seriously.

You have to change from who you are to who you want to be. There is always this fight going on. And In NOW only you can change that. Why loa is not working for someone is, in the NOW they are being who they are instead of who they want to be.  Also  there will be lot of circumstances that will come to make sure you stay in who you are instead of being who you want to be. So remember circumstances doesn't matter only state matters.

There are a few things which I can't fully contest but I am suspicious about. Like the 4 hours of sleep thing. Weirdly enough, there is literally a genetic condition which brings down your sleep quota to only about 4 hours, so maybe he actually has that, so that's actually more believable. But there was one time where he talked about how he healed his ankle just by sitting with it or something, like a sped up healing process.

Indian Pm sleeps like that is what I heard.

Sadhguru being in hospital is celebrated by a large number of people in India.

To the contrary. Daily meditation is a waste of time. Retreats is where results happen.

Meditating for 4 hrs does nothing. Meditating for 100 hrs does something.

@Leo Gura did you miss the snowball effect. The problem with what you are saying is that someone would read this and skip the daily meditation and goes for a 10 day meditation will fail miserably to sit. If I sit regularly for 1hr daily, it would be easier for me to sit 10hrs daily on retreat, wheras if I am not regular on my daily sit, then its hard for me to sit 10hr daily for 10 days.

  7. I was at a center doing short vipassana course for 3 days and I noticed that I was not able to sleep at night after close to 10hrs of meditation, I lay in bed moving sides but couldn't sleep and normally I sleep and dream, but for 3 days it was when I start dreaming, I kind of sleep but am active in dream, when dream stops I wake up then for next dream to come so that I can sleep. This happend in my last ten day retreat also few years back, but I couldn't see that, ie I had to dream to sleep then.

I didn't bother to ask teacher reagarding this. I connected it with GOD dreaming waking up dreaming again.
