All suffering comes from you not agreeing with reality. This is also ego. When you accept what is, you have no reason to suffer. He for sure has sleeples nights worrying about the future or other problems like most people.

Maybe if they dont cremate you.

@Whatev3r The mind is ego. In a sense all thinking is ego. Get out of your headspace by focusing on your body. Like prev example or other.

Its so quiet in the morning, i love the silence, the birds, no people talking to you, the time before the chaos starts.

@Whatev3r This answer probably sounds weird, but im serious. Try to focus on your right big toe (feel it in your shoe, socks, feel the nail, etc) when you feel you are getting anxious. You will find out why when you try it.

Is changing your mind or your opinion doing something wrong? From your posts it looks like you are very critical of yourself, and obviously me telling you to cut yourself some slack doesn't do anything. What is it that you are really looking for?

@avk123 The question is more, is it a addiction? and after getting set material for how long are you happy? and thus was it worth it and does it give you fullfilment? Then again, if i win the lotery im not going to refuse the prize .

@Vegeta People only help cause it makes them feel good, me included. And many do it for the validation, which makes them feel even better. Regardless its dificult to project someones mind. And somethings might lead to positive results and others not. Do one puzzel at a time. And when you meditate put the focus on your body instead of your mind, so your mind can calm down.

@Vegeta Its in egos interest to project its far superior opinions and beliefs on to you. This is for most completly unconsius. Work on your conflicting beliefs.

@Vercingetorix Ego is a very confusing consept. As it mostly ego defining ego. Lets say ego is a pair of glasses that you cant take of nore you know your wearing. The no ego xp is a temporary crack in this glasses. Enlightenments is the permenant awareness of the glasses.

How do i say this. Suffering in above example is just a projection. When you become completely aware of your projections (no ego, enlightenment, what ever you want to call it). You literally have to option to not pay any mind to set projections. At which point, suffering in this case becomes a conscious choice. I know this is hard to swallow since most people have the belief that when they don't suffer because of this they are a bad person.

@MochaSlap Enlightenment in a sense is freedom from ego. Personal development in a sense is making your ego less screwed up. You should see how that means that there are relevant to each other while at the same time not @cetus56 This so called love is a interpretation done with the ego. Same goes for suffering. When all ego is removed they become optional in a sense. Both are just a projection, however, since we live in set projection, we might as well enjoy it. Choosing to suffer at that point is for lack of a better word "stupid".

In a sense we are. You constantly see things that are not there. I dont mean little flying pink elephants and such. We label everything, and these labels in a sense make up our reality. When you see someone who you label as an asshole. You see a asshole, when for some reason you change that label to nice guy, you see a nice guy. Reality is that you are only looking at a image that you made up in your mind. Outside of your mind these consepts dont exist.

Your parents mean it well. Is a full time job there 40 hours a week? If you start your own business expect to atleast spend double that. I run two companys and still have time. Its all about setting preoritys. If you want something you have to work for it. There are no shortcuts or magic pills.

Sound like some big goals. Fortunatly more and more people are becoming aware of that suff. Killary is a good one tnx. I still think your a little out there. But who cares .

@Jared Gregory No. And if you consider some cases as a dependency for escaping reality then even more no.

Take that literaly and dont wrap it in spiritual bacon. Everything you think you see happening is nothing more then your mind projecting it on reality.
