  1. @Arhattobe haha yeah I did just then. Sensitivity has effected me a lot. Hope that answers your question
  2. @Arhattobe oh true, well you can count me as one. Sure there’s heaps of others
  3. @Arhattobe yeah that’s normal, everything that you feel is magnified when kundalini started to flow through the body. Take it as a sign of going in the right direction
  4. @Arhattobe it’s happens to everyone. Facing and resolving emotional knots in the mind and body requires increased sensitivity. Everything needs to be magnified in order to see and understand it clearly.
  5. @Bobby yeah "After ecstasy, the laundry" they say. My depression and anxiety got so much worse after awakening to. The mind has a trillion tricks up its sleeve to keep you in trapped, its actually quite remarkable.
  6. The funny thing is you may have met one or several enlightened people and not even known it. Thats how ordinary it is... don't put enlightenment on a pedestal, after all its the simplest form of existence there is. Pure consciousness doesn't care about presenting it self as a "special someone" who needs to show off its knowledge. Its simply being itself, as it should be, and has no need to be anything because some outside influence says it should be. In this "work", one of the most difficult illusions that people need to break out of is that everything in the universe is not of equal value. This means are no unconscious beings, consciousness beings, enlightened beings, stage blue beings, stage green beings etc. It is all ONE thing.. I am sure all your "spiral wizards" or "turquoise beings" might be a bit disappointed to hear that but thats reality and you need to accept it, sooner or later. It's not rocket science people
  7. @Tony 845 It depends what you mean by enlightenment.. you most likely have a fantasy about what it is and what you will be like when you get there. You will eventually reach a stage where you need to accept there’s no way to be a “enlightened person” and you won’t gain anything from it. Enjoy the idea while it lasts though, you will get bored of it eventually.
  8. Kundalini amplifies everything in your unconscious so that you need to face it. So yeah I’d say it definetly does accerate the way to enlightenment. It may take a lot of suffering and going in the wrong direction to learn the lessons required though. Don’t get trapped into thinking your special in any way because of it (though I bet you will) because reality will slap you in the face.
  9. What happened to this monk seems quite unfair.. I guess you could say he still achieved enlightenment in a sense. https://www.google.com.au/amp/s/www.bbc.com/news/amp/46548994
  10. @Tony 845 it’s sort of tricky because there’s really no advice to give other then to open up to and feel the emotions. But your ego will probably take that on board and try “open up” which doesn’t work. Be mindful of how you try and resist and manipulate the process and how that is reason for your suffering. The energy is totally natural and pure, it’s your mind that makes it a nightmare. In the end you will be so exhausted from trying everything that you will just naturally give in. It’s not something you can do
  11. @Joseph Maynor it’s a permanate realise of energy that starts to circulate, heal and rewire different chakras in your body. Brings up a lot of repressed emotions/traumas which causes depression and aniexty but can also cause periods of bliss. The process can go on for several years. This is from personal experience and from hearing enlightened people talk about. For example, Saduguru, Adyshanti, Craig Holiday and Gopi Krishna all went through this process.
  12. @Nahm Even if your living in peace and can still can get insights and gain more wisdom. Don’t fool yourself
  13. There’s no final stage on the spiritual path.
  14. It has a half life of 15 hours, so you need to take first thing in morning. You don’t develop tolerance to it that easily. I’ve done it every day for more than a week and still notice effects. The effects are stronger the first few times you take it though. In the beginning I felt like I was a bit too stimulated (e.g. racing heart) but it’s just a matter of adjusting the dose appropriately and letting your body get used to it. Also dont take any caffeine the first few times you try it. That was a mistake I made.
  15. @electroBeam I’d suggest giving Modafinil a try. I got some a week ago from overseas and it’s pretty effective at keeping me awake and productive at work. Just don’t take the whole 200mg first go. Try taking half (100mg). I had the same issues as you before I started taking it but I feel a bit better now.
  16. News thrives off publicizing horseshit, people love drama.
  17. Listening to Adyshanti talk about his Kundalini process gave me a lot of faith when I was going (and still do at times) through intense kundalini symptoms. The way he explains things in the below video I could relate to.
  18. @Serotoninluv Nice little story you made up there. Ive been undergoing a kundalini awakening process the last 2 years so I don’t know if my perception of the world falls completely under tier 1... I just reckon you guys waste time talking about “stages” like it’s some finite thing. I think it’s a ok model up to stage turquoise but beyond that your making shit up because your trying to explain consciousness..
  19. Sigh.. you guys cling to spiral dynamics way too much. Totally deluding yourselfs with bullshit ideas.
  20. Nofap is moralism for most people and creates shame and guilt. It’s pretty stupid
  21. @Shin There is no valid advice at that level of consciousness because it is completely delusional thinking. The best advice to give is to raise his current level of consciousness and to see through his bullshit perspective. Expand your own awareness... Start by questions like: Why do you feel bad without a gf? who told you needed one? Is this information source reliable? what aspects do you think are unattractive to a girl? who told you this information? why am I unsure of myself? why do I disagree with my experience when I am around a girl? what makes a girl different from me? where did I really get my negative self worth from? How can I bring joy to a womans life? Do I want a girlfriend for my own gain or do I think about how I can contribute to her own life. Reflect on past experiences for each of the following questions and present a loving attitude towards the emotions that come up. I hope you guys find your OWN spiritual progress and stop relying on someones else titty (i.e. a female). AS LONG AS YOUR REALLY DESIRE SOMETHING FOR YOUR HAPPINESS YOU ARE FUCKING LOST. QUOTE FROM ME
  22. Why do you people so desperately rely on woman's appreciation for your self worth? That is the big question. As an introvert and having no troubles picking up interest from girls (in fact I have turned many down because I have better things to do), I feel sorry for you guys. If your so focused on getting a girlfriend its obvious you have shit self esteem and thats the thing you have dive deep into. No girl wants to have a guy with shit confidence. Stop being selfish and wanting some girl to baby your childish emotions
  23. I think he had some good points. Especially that many spiritual teachers can become too passive and become a doormat and therefore integration of stage red is important. I realised I can be quite passive and it may be due to my resistance to this stage. However I think he overconceptualized the whole model and taken it too seriously like most people of this forum. It just makes things more complicated then they should for no reason other then intelectual stimulation
  24. @Leo Gura hahaha love your stage red example.
