@Memeito You can move from astral projection into lucid dreaming and the other way around. Astral projection is very different from lucid dreaming, at least for me I also made the same test like you did with. Numbers are very abstract and can change in astral realm. real objects/persons cannot change so quickly

@Shin "Not giving a fuck" Exactly! this is so important when it happens. Crazy shit is happening always in astral realm and you see this all and just watch it. When you have fear or when you are too exited you switch back in less than a second to your body @Barna it is a good result as a beginner that you felt your astral body, thats a big step. Next time you will notice more and more. It is not easy at all I know. Sometimes it is very difficult to raise power in your astral body. But this comes with training you just need to stick with it. Before you grap the rope you can also try to lift carefully parts of your astral body (e.g. your hands)

@Barna OMG... I think you just met your guardian angel. This is a spiritual guide who helps you and gives tipps how to go out of the body faster. You can communicate with them through telepathie. When you are in the astral plane you can meet with her but this is nothing for beginners. First learn to astral project if you are really serious about it. your intention to really go out of your body is very important. Your subconscious will understand your message and will do the work for you. You can also ask the spiritual guide for help when you hear her next time during the rain. Then when you feel very light try to move your hands (without moving your physical hand if you know what I mean) and try flowering with a good headset next time

@AstralProjection when taking MDMA for therapy, does the sitter need to talk about the trauma with her? Like normal psychotherapy? Or would it be enough that she makes an intention setting and the sitter does not interfere during the experience. Like letting her just be meditating about the trauma?

@AstralProjection Thank you very muchI dont know what this ghost-issue is, maybe a psychosis but she see ghosts since her childhood and she also can see the aura of people. However her head overanalyze everything automatically, she is always thinking and thinking. MDMA-/LSD Therapy in europe will take some time until it is legalized and therapeuts are trained for this ( maybe in 4-5 years). I see also some ghost but only on the astral plane and I am ok. I dont know what these ghosts really are but this is another topic.

@AstralProjection I know a girl who suffers badly since 10 years from traumatic experience and sometimes sees ghosts (but this doesnt matter for her compared to the trauma flshbacks or panic attacks). Do you think this person can try psychedelics to heal the trauma?

@MsNobody Aah you almost did it. This fear comes up only because this stuff is new to your ego. Calm you down. You have no sideeffects, nothing can hurt you. Dont take astral projection too seriously in this moment. Be more curious and this fear will go So my advice: try again as soon as possilble. Fear will come up again but it will be less and less. At the end there is no fear anymore and you can experiencing this amazing phenomenon called astral projection

@electroBeam if you never had an astral projection then you cannot say something about this stuff. In the beginning I thought astral projection is another reality. I saw then that this astral world as real as it seems is full of illusion. I dont know if this reality is also an illusion. I am working on it to find out. Intellectually I can grasph that both - astral projection and this world here - are illusions. But still my inner feeling take this reality way more serious. Thats how it is.

@electroBeam Can you induce astral projection at will? I never came to the conclusion that this is absolutely essential for enlightenment work. It is just another illusion (and also a very short one)

@Geo I never did that and rarely traveled trough the universe. I am always at my home, astral projections are very short so most of the time I look around

@Geo I can go astral. Its very different from lucid dreaming. It feels total real. It is like virtual reality with crystal clear solution. But everything is changing, nothing is stable on this astral plane. Even when you look at things for more than some seconds it will change its form. It is very positive experience and remember whatever happens you cant die. Try it out if you have deep desire to go astral. Everyone can experience this

If there are some skeptical people about angels, I recommend to do out of body experiences and see for yourself. Many people including myself will meet their own personal guardian in the astral plane.

I recommend normal Headphones for your Handy. This is enough to get the effect. Because with this you can use holosync in bed without hurting your ears when you lie on the side. I use Holosync for getting asleep very quickly

Yeah or she is just lying to herselve, believes that she has real contact but deep inside her she knows she is just playing a role. Like she is playing herself a role as a human beeing. Another interesting thing: did you recognized about these channel entities that they answer difficult questions outside of spirituality very strange? Or even wrong (Ra about pyramids, bigfood)? Or they come up with an excuse ("Hello I am Ra. Ohhh for this question I have not enough energy..ohh I am losing contact, next session please (meanwhile I can research this question)") Show me one unsolved question, which a channel entity solved and which cannot be answered with a 5meo experience.

What would be your choise: 1. take a job as an actor, who has the easy job to lie in a bed and spread out the truth through ra weekly, help people around the world to answer their spiritual questions and work in a phantastic research team which explores paranormal activities or 2. work for the rest of your life in a boring library, where nobody knows you? Hello everyone, I read this Ra material, the whole book and I did the research. Here I want to share you my opinion about this: First of all, channeling and Ra seems all like a big big fake. I believe in many stuff like ufos, chi, telepathie but channeling between Carla and Ra never happened. What really happend was this: After Don Elkins did his channeling experiment with a group of people and no success happened, he was embarassed and his research institute doesnt want to support such strange experiments. So he asked Carla. Carla was faking the channeling sessions, pretended to have contact with Ra and helped him out. I read her biographie, Carla is book autor and she began her career in film by screen writing and acting ( http://www.ignaciodarnaude.com/ufologia/Rueckert,Carla L.,Wikipedia.htm). So she knows how to write storys and she knows how to act (as Ra). "What about the law of one? Ra says so much true things" some people will say. You need to know: Carla doesn't have the information from Ra. She has the information from her near-dead and LSD experiences and from many books she was reading. She also worked in a library, therefore there is a high possibility that she has access to books about spirituality. She was interested in spirituality long before this channeling stuff. " what about her motivation? Why should she lie to all the people who want to believe in this crazy bullshit?" Here is the reason: she needed a job like every one else in this world and she loved Don Elkins (you can read this in one of her interviews). She faked all ra sessions to keep the job as a channelor. Furthermore she got many attentions from Don Elkins and all the people around the world for her great Ra contacts. In her situation I would do the same thing. After Don Elkins died, she had no contact to Ra anymore. This is easy to explain because her motivation to play this role comes to an end. So in conclusion I hope some Ra-believers of you wake up from this delusional channeling-stuff. I dont't want to say you cannot get value out of this book. Cut out all the extraterrestrial Ra bullshit and just have the (ra-)w information and it comes to a good spirituality book with a little entertainment factor. But nothing more than that.

I have some questions, you said it was your first psychedelic experience - why did you choose lsd and not for example some mushrooms? I have no drug experiences at all, but one day I will try psychedelics too. I just need to read a lot about this stuff

Hello, I sometimes have the wish to tell my close family-members like my old parents about enlightenment. The problem is they are very close minded and not open to anything as far as I know but they are highly intellectual and philosophical. I know you can question, if it is meaningful at all to talk about enlightenment, but this is another topic. For me it is interesting in the first place to see how they react and of course I would be happy if they at least think about enlightenment seriously for some seconds. Now here comes my question: Do you know how I can introduce them at best to spiritual enlightenment/nonduality? Have some of you showed your friends/family members about enlightenment and how did they react?

@Prabhaker As I said, I just want to see their reactions. I am very curious how their egos fight against this stuff, to see how their world view breaks apart. Another thing is, that it can be a big positive change in their life. I ask me how to do this at best and I ask for your experience. If this action is meaningless to you, fine. I agree with you on a specific level. But please let us discuss this issue in another topic.

Furthermore these people you named look all like monks and a monk is associated religion. Not a good method for introducing them to enlightenment I think
