@Breakingthewall I plug 5 meo and this fear for me is like you did something really wrong. Cold shower, Extreme heart beating. Music cannot help here because it feels so off. Lasts over 20 minutes I just concentrate on breath because concentration on my thoughts makes this worse.

@Leo Gura serious Issue. I want to be prepared before watching this show, if my consciousness is not on a certain level this will not flash me for sure. I also have rare time for watching TV Shows. Can you tell us, if you watched this after a 5 meo malt Trip? Or were you total sober I ask me if I take truffle before, I can enjoy this as you did or if even truffle will not be good enough. Leo thinks He tripped so much on 5 meo like no one else and he searches in public teachers for (who dont share deep knowledge to normal people in public) the same realizations he had and therefore concludes he had the deepest understanding. Just as an Example. My girlfriend had construct awareness even before She touched any psychedelic. She can at will merge into Universe during day. Since her childhood. Her first trip on 100 micro lsd she had God realization on instant. She trips almost ever week full dose. For one year so far. She is young and spiritual gifted with paranormal abilitys. One time She read on internet the effects on a 100 micro lsd for normal people. She said thats what she experiences sober all the time without taking anything. So from 3 to 29 years old She has therefore tripped 365x26 about 10.000 days!!!!! if She go further She will for sure outreach leo's level of consciousness and understanding in many different aspects.

@Jodistrict was it a one time experience with bufo? I assume u Did a full dose. If you would Do it at home and alone, would that produce same healing for you or is a shaman here important

But based on what you wrote it seems you had one trip to Amsterdam with a friend and the probability is high that you choosed a beginner dose on your first and only trip. You can tell me the correct number of trips and I would believe that but you didn't so I needed to assume again. I agree with you, you could change your lifestyle and this also can have a powerful impact on trips. No one will deny that. But it sounded like this is a too broad advice for the issue of this topic. Maybe I think so because you wrote just some sentence about it and therefore it sounded a little too far away to help for the specific problem. Anyway that was just my impression, I hope the topic starter can do something with the advice. Where did you get this experiece? This is a typical one on psychedelics and very scary for most. I had this experience one time where your experience is inside your own mind. But I dont know what it means when the distinction between real and not real collapses. By the way I dont want to podest psychedelics over other methods, but there are some situations and problems you just can encounter on psychedelics as far as I know.

@Kksd74628 OK now see what I mean? I bet you took the beginner dose of 7g. So overall you had one weak psychedelic experience in your life, that doesn't count at all. If you really think you can give already tripping advice with only one weak magic truffle experience, then just let me tell you that doesn't work. Your advice about basic self help and male energy (and doing push ups lol) flows really out of the window in the storm of ego death. No one with a real trip experience would ever give such advice to someone else. So sorry to tell you the truth that this is just weak self-help advice without depth in this case.

Was it a real trip with magic mushroom? I was so sure about this point, I would have bet my life savings that you never tripped in your life. It seems I was wrong
