Hello, I have access to Ketamin R-isomer (shades). I have some psychedelic experiences already. How can I prepare for my first try? I want to plug it, is this a good idea or should I just snort it? Based on RoA what would be a good starter dose? Do you have any other tips? My goal is to explore this substance, what it can offer me. I dont know if I am ready for khole experience, so better not.

@Tboy the body does it's thing. If you get panic, know that this is ok and will be over in some minutes. Everything is fine, if you can look at emotions directly and experience it fully, this would be good of course. Dont expect bliss. Let happen what happens

@Tboy starting low is good, then rais up to normal dose. You need probably many many trips in normal dosages. Psychedelics help you in the way that they remove concepts and let you relax. So that you now are in a save space and your body has finally room for inner healing activity. Your body has a very deep intelligence, which wants to heal you too. On psychedelic, this body intelligence will do it's work. All you need to do is let it do it's work. No extra exercises needed. Just sit and let it happen. If you still feel thats not enough then include trauma healing techniques during the trip. Before and after the trip these techniques will be of course very good.

@Jodistrict why this ultra hardcore work. Almost no human can endure that by his own will even for a week. But plugging 5 meo is something everyone can do and you can get even deeper with this.

@Carl-Richard I disagree with everything you say. Meditation is closer to the function of normal consciousness. But psychedelic can be too. Look for microdosing. Also the default state can stay a long way after psychedelics too. It will not be the peak of a psychedelic experience 24 hours but the same you can say about Meditation. You are not 24 hours on your peak of a Meditation Session. I think just for my handful of trips I have higher consciousness than a normal Zen master during a day. Because when I hear them on YouTube I see that they have not so high awareness. And what they talk about is weak compared to what I experienced on psychedelics. The Zen Master had one mystical experience (he called it dying on the seat) after decades of practice. I could reach that in one session of Truffle.

All these spiritual Gurus teach mind altering Tools. Where is the difference to psychedelics, besides that these Tools teached by spiritual Gurus are less efficient and less powerful
