I never had a breakthrough on 5 meo but always wanted to go higher slowly (if this is even possible). So my Plan is (inspired by Leo guras 10 hours sessions) to plug many times in a row to go like 1 mg stronger everytime, starting with 6 mg. I dont want to be overwhelmed in a negative way. If I recognize during the trip it becomes too strong then I stop plugging more How can I do this plugging session in a best way? I dont want to wait 2 hours so how can I raise best in which time frequence? If I feel good on 6 mg, can I plug in the middle of the trip 1 mg more and then after 10 Minutes 1 mg more and so on? Will this raise the effects? I need a strategy

@Schizophonia In my estimation you get very deep insights about the lifeforce/kundalini energy that animates your body. If you Plan to awake your kundalini (you should inform yourself before if you really want that), I think 5 meo mipt is the best Tool for this. Some people report 20 is too strong to enjoy this. I think you should do 15 mg. There are potent batches out there and not so potent ones. If you have a potent batch it really will kick in on 20 mg. And take it oral, no Smoking. Oral has better absorption on this one substance

@Kimka I would just have a talk with him. Say directly what you dont like. People here giving you advice to leave without contact him are not empathetic to him. He should know the reason otherwise he will suffer very deep and his drug Addiction will go out of control

Start with 4 mg then 3 mg steps raising the dose on the next trips until you find the sweet spot (for most between 8 mg and 15 mg)

@Thought Art the first time I took lsd. 220 micro on a good sunny day. Before that I did allad and I was surprised how more serious lsd is. This was totally overwhelming for me. My whole reality was kicked out of the window. I was never laughing again on psychedelics after this Trip, maybe because I see how serious it can get.

@Leo Gura no I dont think that. But here in this forum I am the only one with over 30 5 meo minidose experiences. The Minidose Trips change a bit over time (less heart beating, less localizing problems, less nausea) . So I see a developement My goal is a Mini breakthrough (I hope this is even possible..)

@acidgoofy my goal is not a breakthrough. My goal is to go to my Personal Limit. I just want to test the limits and if I feel that the limit is reached I stop then.. 5 mg steps would lead to a forceful breakthrough where I cannot step back. I just want to test the waters as soft as possible

@Alfonsoo there is something on it. My first times where I did non know anything were so different than trips today. I have now so many expectations and fear issues. Back then I laughted often so hard and was full of curiosity. Now trips are more serious, I am less curious and dont laught anymore..

They dont posses these beautiful colours. Your mind creates these colours. You therefore make them beautiful

@Mips I have a way which takes the fear out of 5 meo dmt completely. Take Mdma (120 micro or more ) and then take 5 meo direct after the peak of Mdma is over (1.5 to 3 hours in). Some 5 meo facilitators did this combination also on hundrets of people and they think also it's the best way to do this for beginners

@UpperMaster aah I see then later, . You are young and found self actualization/spirituality. You are damn Lucky if you start in that age. The older you get the harder it will be

@UpperMaster I would take psychedelics. Without psychedelics you will have an extra hard time to understand the teachings. I know it sounds like a magic shortcut but if I had not taken them, I definitively would understand less. You need a lot of practical experience with psychedelics.

@Keanu I think from all what I read from you you are not so deep as you think in your developement and need a lot of work. Sure you are more conscious than an Eckhard tolle Reader but I feel you dont understand how deep this goes. I hope you will not see this as judgment. I am just want to tell my opinion in most direct way
