Let me tell you I tried almost every fancy spiritual exercise/technique out there with many results. My first high dose lsd trip blew everything I learned so far out of the window. It blowed my mind completely. I needed to process over a year what happened, my spiritual progress never really was happening before this first trip and I so glad that I did this. If I could travel back in time I would skip all these time consuming exercises and books I read and would straight go to psychedelics. I am not overhyping right now. I could express this importance of taking psychedelics even stronger and it would not be overhyped. Only people who took seriously psychedelics would understand, so sorry for you.
