@Fluran it's great to explore what 5 meo can do and not do Maybe your dose was too low to get something out of it. If you stare at your anxiety maybe you could track the root with 5 meo but that needs a little higher dose (just a little)

@flowboy On the other hand there is a lot of energy stored which needs to be released. 5 meo is perfect for that. Furthermore doing psychedelics regulary helps you to preventing panic attacks.
