It seems to me you are in a trap, and reinforcing it by calling other perspectives a trap. I've been there. That's the worst kind of trap. The "I'm not in a trap already" trap.

@Jonson Your troubles are the result of your misunderstanding of love. You are placing girls on a pedestal, because you think the love is potentially coming - or not coming, from them. The love you experience is only coming from you. The result of thinking your love is coming from them, leaves you fearing that perhaps they won't give it. Go within. Do the practices daily. Discover what you are. Become love, and you will never have a need for thoughts on confidence, fear, anxiety, trust - or any trepidation in kissing a girl.

@Danda I hear you. First, right foundation of body & mind, second, high enough dose of psylicibin. To see you are everything, see there is no you. To see everything is your illusion, don't believe. To see that you are love, be honesty and love. Things that are true for your body and the real You, or The One: You have no experience being born, and no experience dying. You did not begin, and you have not ended. You are conscious. You are One, you have never been two. If you look close enough, there is no thing there. Your thinking transcends your vision. Your awareness transcends your thinking. Your being transcends your awareness. One does not transcend any thing.

if you believe in a God, then God is as is regardless of your held belief. If you believe your beliefs have anything to do with what God is, then there is no God anymore. No one will ever find a seperate thing. not one thing, let alone a God. All is you.

@phoenix666 thanks. on the meditate on love note, i meant it lightly. like chill and just consider that maybe you are the whole thing. maybe the greatest possible scenario you can even imagine has nothing on the magnitude of truth. maybe. QMs, for me, was the bridge between how qm and spirituality are descriptions of the One, and how I'm that One, and everything around me is of that One, and I'm not some person that is separate. that's like saying a domino falls on its own accord, or some part of the air is seperate from the rest of the air. i was very science minded at the time though. thanks for the compliment on the decades. i appreciate it. weird how in my life, the subjects like qm's, meditation, psychadelics, etc are not really socially appreciated- but the benefits are so socially beneficial. anyways, i appreciate that. thanks!

I have not taken Leo's course. But, my thought on it is, you can never lose by investing in yourself. It's always a win. Every unwanted experience serves to fine tune your wanted, your vision. There is so much talking on the forum (not you) about should I do college, or a life purpose course, or work, etc. This, to me, is a generational thought construct. When I was in my early twenties, I went to college full time, had a full time job, 2 part time jobs, and played in bands, and meditated every day. There are 24 hours in a day. That is a lot. Time itself is completely relative.

@Hsinav I might be way off, but it seems like most people are thinking all the time. It was just a suggestion. Be breathing all the time.

@MiracleMan Sounds like frustration for not sticking to the practices everyday. Maybe some projection on Paul. All really is well though. You can't do anything wrong. It's all your path. I am often unaware of the same thing. I forget to get to where the person I'm talking to is before I talk. I'm working on that. I think that's why his message is mixed. When's the last time you sat for a minute, and allowed yourself to realize what you've become in this experience? You have been through some serious shit. You are that which overcame ALL OF IT. Do you realize how powerful that is???????? DO you have any idea what a badass you are??? Do you have any idea how many people did not survive what you have survived? A miracle man.
