@Edvard I wasn't trying to give you a hard time about using the word reality, I was just wanting to know what it is to you. It is something very different to me. I think it's very relative because the evil doesn't actually exist. Also, none of what we're seeing or hearing is reality.

@Edvard You keep using the word 'reality'. How / what do you mean? What's you're connotation of reality? All opinion of course, but, I don't think there is evil. I think it's like a movie. Funny, sad, tragic, exciting, adventurous, etc. Our nature reflects we don't watch a movie about what the neighbor is doing. Boring! We watch crazy awesome exciting movies. We even pick ones that break our hearts. It's ok though, because it's just a movie. When it's over, it's all cool. Life is the same. One Love.

@Wes Thoughts you referenced being born, if you think about it, that's just a thought. You don't have any experience being born. you mentioned adding substances effects your consciounsness but you don't know what your consciousness is, or literally what any substance is, so those are only thoughts too. You also are not a scientist who did the research, nor have you actually experienced 'your' brain....all of that is also just thinking. I'm not saying this to be critical. I'm hoping it saves you some time. Science is helpful (imo) to expand the mind, but hinders when it's looked at to 'prove' things, etc. It's just the study of things, it doesn't prove things. Read or watched videos on quantum physics? It's helpful in dismantling the other sciences. What a miracle.

@Marinus Keep going, you're rockin! It's natural. I once read on this forum to think of the ego as a wetsuit (or so) that you're wearing. Emotions come from within and hit the wetsuit and 'get stuck' bouncing back and forth. So aim to let them through and out. Like, let them come and let them go. Just allow. It's a cleansing happening. @cirkussmile you're picture really grows on a person after a while. Love to ya bro.

eating cookies, playing video games, sex...those are fun. enlightenment is a path other-than suffering. So I think if you asked this again, when suffering, the value would be apparent.

@Hero in progress ever tried Reiki? I tried it. I was very surprised. Dumbfounded really. Sort of an opposite approach but as effective as what @Martin123 said. Like when you smile, you feel good, and when you feel good, you smile.

@Ilya Without meditation, what is in our vision, hearing, etc, appears to be what is and we experience it in that manor. With some meditation, we begin to see that much of what we see and hear is colored by our beliefs and assumptions about it. That our experience of it is not so seperate from our previous, or lessor expanded experience of it, and the mental constructs we've formed from our experiences. With more meditation, consistency and duration, we start to feel the space between the I and all that is seen and heard. With more meditation, more space. Eventually, that space reveals that there is indeed no separation. That we are connected to all of it, as all of it is not the physical locality it appeared previously to be. We are not the physical we appeared to be. Then we are free.

@ZenLucy I have read that also. I liked it a lot. In regards to Truth, I just want to offer that it is important to remember that you Lucy, are this whole thing, the infinite all, and all of the finite within. More important than what is perceived, is the focus given to your perceiving. The experiences are rooted in your perception. What do you want.

@Why? less seperate perspctive, more One/No perspective. Leo's video re: meaning comes to mind, as in, detach, then construct meaning on your way back. Repeat daily. Attaching is done to a self that doesn't exist, so, there's no loss in detachment, only an aligning or allowing of all that is. And all that is, is Love.

@Moreira kind of a shot in the dark here, and of course there's projection in this response, but is it maybe residual thinking left over from the root causal thinking that led you to the semi-conscious state? Maybe you're attaching the condition to 'luck' or 'randomness' and what bothers or disconnects you a little is a deeper awareness that there is no luck or randomness. I can relate to what you're saying, but I also had strep throat this past week and it was one of the best weeks of my life and I felt (emotionally, energetically, consciousness wise) really great. I could feel the throat situation but also sang for 4 hours at a bar and had a blast. For example, maybe it's not the rough night of sleep that bothers you the next day, but rather the knowing of what you chose that led to the rough night of sleep. So maybe realizing what those choices were will releases the resistance / question and perhaps you find it funny and just lighter to bear until it passes and you're back in the zone.

@How to be wise It's already flowin. Things that add resistance to the flow, and then we're not experiencing the flow (ime): being overweight, unhealthy, eating sugar, flour, too many carbs, lack of sleep, judging, thinking we have some idea of what other people are thinking, being sedentary, etc.

@Grasshopper IMO, all 3 of those scenarios are happening. Locality and non-locality, super position entangled.

IMO, the difference between what I'm saying and what you're saying is in the meanings & definitions & usage of "I, you, me, them, others, One". It boils down to what we've each experienced, within this illusion, and wether we hold our experiences to be real, or nothing. I'm a fan of nothing. Quantum Erasure shows the past isn't by any stretch what we experienced as having happened at all. A deep surrender to this is liberating af. When this illusion expands beyond it's self / retracts into the void - , there is no "I, you, me, them, others, One", because in reality there are no words or brains, etc, only Love. I'm not confident that this can be communicated really, nor that I am equips to communicate it, and that's pretty fuckin awesome imo. It's trying to use words to communicate what is far beyond using words. It's what / where all the words are coming from, and at the same time there is nowhere anything is coming from, and yet that "anywhere" and "nowhere" is here, right now. Thanks for the compliment on the QM usage. It's a paradigm to me; i know a lot about QM, I don't know shit about QM, it gives me a lot of clarity about these things, and at the same time, it reveals that QM's itself isn't real at all in the first place, and neither am I. @Echoes in my mind, there are levels so to speak, I imagine the levels as atomic, nuclear, and quantum, just words of course for different focuses within awareness. on one level we all have our individuality, on another we are all one. quite a few times, when I'm alone with someone, their individual consistent personality abruptly stops and they speak directly to me as the one, and snap right back into their personality. this has to do a lot with the collapsing of the wave and the observer, which ultimately of course there is no observer, but again, trying to explain these levels. in my opinion, knowledge and or information dictates the behavior and reaction of all things relative, so it's critical to have an understanding and some knowledge about the wave collapse process. helpful bro?

@Harikrishnan great question. i have no idea but i would love to read some answers from the crowd. i think what are you, and what is reality might be a good start. Infinite makes for a lot of versions though.
