  1. @Serotoninluv you've got the clarity & distinctions, and you have them all up in your head. you get to live it now, you lucky SOB. They are your experience, right now, right in front of you. The One that you are, she is that same One. Right in front of you. walking and talking. Right in front of you.
  2. keep a journal, it helps when you go back and read what you wrote weeks or months ago, to see your expansion. in a couple months, read your old posts through your profile page. you will see a big difference. it can be tricky, because one of the benefits is longer term thinking. you want and need it, we all do. just keep meditating, twice a day is twice as good. you are here, at actualize.org, you have come far already. A case could be made that you have done the hardest part, the part anyone rarely does. you made the decision to make yourself a better person. ?pretend somebody else wrote this post, and read your contributions a few times from top to bottom. I wager you'll see something right now.
  3. @Heart of Space paradigms can be transcended. i laughed at people who said they experienced ufo's, had out of body incidents, experienced the truth, samadhi, experienced they are everyone and behind everything, etc. Thanks to the practices, I have experienced those things. Still laughing, just alone. There is no seperation. It really is all you. That's not helpful to hear, I acknowledge that. There are no words that can communicate to you that you are creating your life. That's inherent. The veil gets lifted no matter what you do. The variable is before or after physical death. I am in a perpetual state of amazement that I have experienced the truth, and still get to do what I'm doing right now. I trust that is of zero help also. I can ramble on the practical benefits if you like, but many years ago, I would not have believed any of what I would tell you now. I'm glad I didn't. a boiled down point- I stopped doing what thwarted me, I started doing what aligned me. Punchline was revealed much later. We all have our challenges. I finally did whatever it took. I hope no one has to get as low to get going, but that's the beauty in it. That's the experience. The rest is up to us.
  4. @Ilya maybe spend a couple days getting ready to be ready. Just try to pick nice perspective, that meditation is good, that self inquiry is good.
  5. @Telepresent no. There are no objects. Not even a thought.
  6. @username humanity is materialism. Relative to the truth, it’s material, and believing it, materialism. Humanity isn’t created or destroyed, it’s fake.
  7. @Swagala a thought is a thought. It’s happening. It requires no identification.
  8. @Chrissy j it’s not adding or getting good with anything, it’s letting go of all the concepts that we create - we create our own suffering. It’s allowing what you already are not, which does not suffer. There is a veil, and the ride of a lifetime. Nothing truly grows. All limitations are self imposed, when let go they are realized, and we call that growth, ironically, because that’s how it’s perceive by others. It’s really funny that everything is you.
  9. @SFRL jokes on them, actualized is free.
  10. @cle103 Staring at the tip of my finger right now, I’m filled with joy. If I keep staring, my capacity for love gets exceeded and I’m on my hands and knees, crying laughing at how fascinating & beautiful it is that it is there. That it “works” and is nothing! I also believe someone could lead a perfectly happy life with no need to know the truth. Beliefs are tricky though.
  11. @cetus56 I would really love some examples of what was considered an insight and later delusional. I think your answer for this would be found in those specifics. Probably should take another trip and see. Find a buddy and get psyched!
  12. @Heart of Space you could see there is no you, just a brain with thoughts in a long, super long, causation of stuff, and it’s all the same stuff. Just because a brain thinks “me” does not mean there is a “me”. I don’t think people appreciate the level of game in their own veiling.
  13. @outlandish awesome. You should probably do the Jesus toast thing and sell that loving terd on EBay and forsake all this made up enlightenment bs then. Lot’s of people will pay top dollar for the good shit.
  14. @DrMobius I’ve experienced absolute truth. I’m with you on there are no words for it. Other than absolute.
  15. @xeeky4 Deepok Chopra told me if you don’t have time to meditate once a day, you probably need to meditate twice a day. The practices have been working for thousands of years. You can do the practices and continue to move from fear to love. You can also attempt to address the fear head on. If so, what are you afraid of?
  16. @kieranperez There is no justification of worry. Daily morning meditation will show you this. It’s not the circumstances, it’s the perception. Surrender this perspective in your meditation. It’s not serving you. Allow the perspecive that you can do anything, and you can.
  17. @outlandish The path to is relative to the path from. When I was younger, the world could go ahead and fuck off. Now I’m old. I acquired a super power along the way. I’ve had the stuffing beat clean out of me, and still, there’s only love. If you are looking to beat the stuffing out of something, something that will take it and remain love, pm me anytime. Judgement is procrastination. Worse, even. It’s backtracking and reinforcing. Everyone thinks their view is the most realistic, the wise know that is merely the first of infinite filters.
