Do you also see the conflict there? Which is it, your belief being projected, or, a fact? How do you know that informs you of aspects of reality? Isn’t it so, that only informs you about one females opinion, understanding, misunderstanding, experiences, etc? Do you see how the stretch from one’s opinion, to fact or aspect of reality doesn’t add up? (Definitely no implication here that projection is bad or wrong or anything, just to be clear)

@Nadosa Ok, thanks. That makes it easier to understand. So there is no ‘it’. Which means there isn’t something you must experience for yourself which is going to resolve the anxiety… and therefore what remains is what you are experiencing… which are these thoughts that seem to be about yourself. Then you can begin to understand why certain thoughts about yourself feel so off to you. That make sense? -

Slow down. -
No offense I hope but, not very attracting there. When I imagine one of my kids sharing that perspective it kinda breaks my heart. Then to imagine all the justifications & rationalizations and mental gymnastics required to uphold such a view… ??? But then I imagine my daughter being with a real man, by which I mean one who understands the emotions, and therefore is not manipulative, I feel great again. ? Please tell me it makes sense to you that people are manipulative to feel better.

@SamC How do you know that? How can you tell & be so sure you aren’t projecting fear onto females? If you’re projecting from your experiences, what experiences? If it’s not projection and is direct experience, what did she say? Did she share what in her experience led to fearing men?

Can you explain that process, how does strength training result in ego-dissolution, embodiment, etc? -
@Blackhawk Follow up hell inquiry… in hell, when someone realizes they were wrong about some stuff, do they stay in hell anyways or do they get kicked out? Thank you once again sir.

That is the thought(s) to the contrary. Which emotion are you experiencing?

Nahm replied to Nadosa's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I meant that it. What is it you must experience, such that there won’t be anymore experience of anxiety? (What I’m talking about here is you, so that reply was confusing.) -
Nahm replied to Nadosa's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nadosa By it, do you mean the anxiety? -
@StarStruck We’re all equal. That’s already felt (contentment). Also, thoughts to the contrary are felt too and hard to miss (emotions below contentment).

This would emphasize and expand the ‘conflict’ though, as reminding in & of itself would be the thought activity of there being one reminded, and this thought activity would in & of itself be the veil, of that ineffable, appearing as, the very thoughts, or remindings. ? -

Recognition & inspection of conflicting thoughts / perspectives. Similarly, there is the desire for attainment while there is said to be no desire. ? Nothing is meant by states of consciousness. That is the point. It’s a thought, a belief, which could seem to have meaning, which would point to thought attachment & identifying with or by thoughts. Likewise, ‘I’ve done this’. There is the realization the mind doesn’t have a definition for consciousness, and it is delightful. There is also the realization there isn’t a mind which has anything at all, because there isn’t “mind”. There is a realization that there isn’t any actuality of “consciousness”, and this is not the same as consciousness being non-existent. The former is realization, the latter is a belief. Similarly, there is realization of nothing, and thought or belief of nothing. -

Notion = the thought of. Not the direct experience of. If you are the universe there isn’t a universe, there’s you. What’s that? The universe, or, you? A lego war is legos. Could that be accepted (that it’s actually legos)? No. Why? To accept requires denying to begin with. It’s already legos. You could be watching a lego movie and believing whatever you like, or nothing at all, and its still legos. Exactly. Yes. Beautiful. There is also that shared experienced ‘over here’ so to speak, of that arising thought, “I”. -
@mandyjw ?? I’m really, really loving riding a mini bike through trails in the woods lately. Sometimes the path gets really narrow and is encroached by trees. I’ve noticed if I focus on not hitting a tree, I drive into the tree... because in my focusing on not hitting the tree, I’m actually focused on, the tree. But when I focus on the path, ahead a little bit, that’s where I go.

Thanks! The answer to the how is you. Which is the same as saying there’s no ‘answer’, you’re sofa king awesome. Loa is vibrational, not dualistic thoughts. Wanna see for yourself ‘in the flesh’ how awesome you are? Focus on what’s desired, let go of thoughts about lack, shortages, can’ts, doubt, etc - this is conscious focus, and this is not ‘thinking’. Thanks, me too. With or without focus, wanting arises. Expectation is thought, which of course also arise, but must be focused on and believed for it to seem true. Yes, awesome. Maybe you could even go to the parties after work, idk. Also, you are totally helping by being the camera man. Inspect that as well… what’s the thinking, the point or purpose of the filming? It’s not like it’s going to be recorded and then the footage thrown in a river. ?

Thank you! Any best selling books on Reiki are a great start imo. They’re pretty explanatory and also directional with steps to directly experience. -

It’s that, and also attuning into the subtly of that experience more by being very inquisitive & curious of what can come of it, or what more there is to experience there. It’s is most ideal to ‘tune in’ with someone, and specifically an experienced reiki teacher or similar. Vibrations naturally coalesce and similar subjects and thoughts arise, and also there is a distinct unmissable experience of, so to speak, someone else’s thought arising as if it were yours. Sort of like if you suddenly had someone else’s hand. It’s normal because the experience of hands is normal as in typical of experience, and yet it’s not normal at all because it isn’t ‘your’ hand per se. I mean, ultimately it is, but the uniqueness of the experience is again, unmissable. -
I wanted to add, and think about the bigger and bigger picture. Feel into the bigger and bigger picture. Like with the exam, think of the system behind the scoring, why it was created, what the point or ideal purpose of it is, how it (more or less) leans toward and or ends up serving the overall, etc. Compare the thoughts… doesn’t feel good if you’re the one that failed the exam… and …totally makes sense and feels great if you’re the universe. Could failure still be failure, if it didn’t happen to anyone?

If you’re interested in this btw, consider trying some reiki classes. It’s very hands on, they have many exercises people do together that are really mind blowing and eye opening. The first one was sitting back to back with someone, and bring up a strong memory. The other person would first report on the feeling or emotion, and then the thoughts or specific around the memory would arise. Then same thing but in two different rooms. Then same again but when each person is at their home. -

It doesn’t. I experience them but don’t believe them, so there isn’t the emotional response. The meditation really shines there. It somehow actually ‘triggers’ more love and joy to arise. Sometimes too much and I have passed out. But even then it was awesome lol. Sometimes I don’t remember it though, and that’s a little weird cause I’m taking people’s word for what happened. It’s like meditation opens up this channel where this stuff can occur, and so it’s not like typical thinking. In that channel there aren’t selves or selfishness, there isn’t anyone who wants to hurt anyone, so there’s really nothing to do anything about in that regard. No. That’s an interesting question though because for a while it was the exact opposite. It started with people I’d never met before. It did sort of, amp up or become highly sensitive, and I ‘heard’ people’s thoughts before they said them, like my wife. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but I quickly realized I liked it the other way, I like not knowing what she’s going to say. Far as I can tell, it’s as if that preference arose and was clear, and then it never occurred with her again. -

Knew you were gonna say that. Took years to get that nonduality is all that is, and there is no reincarnation, and yet I’m talking with ‘dead’ people standing right in front of me, which are much more ‘real’ as in vivid etc, than ‘regular real’, so to speak. The issue with communicating this goes back to the thoughts. When you’re reading what I’m saying thoughts arise, and the direct experience pointed to can’t be thought. But can be experienced. The movies Interstellar and The Arrival are more or less about this. -

It’s an obscure reference old odd people make. Not even really, just me I think. And for good measure and future reference… Location isn’t really what’s relevant. Could be thought of as a natural byproduct of daily meditation. It seems like the mind is limited to the experience of thoughts, but ‘below’ the thought activity the mind can do so to speak, really fascinating things. A pretty solid case could be made that incarceration could actually be beneficial, in a certain sense. Not to make light or belittle anyone’s situation, but there might be more time than things to do, in which case meditation might be considered and practiced more readily. Yes. It feels blissful, like falling in love, and mystical as if life is a storybook or a dream. Yes they’re just automatically there. There’s not a trick or mechanism to it. Beyond daily meditation, you just put yourself in the situation, like, set the time aside to experience it. What makes it seem elusive is precisely that, that it isn’t a doing. You could think of it like charity. It’s not a doing per se, but a giving, or a spending of your time for someone else’s benefit. Benefit in the sense, healing, awakening, enlightenment, releasing conditioning, etc. -
You are too, it’s just ‘veiled’ if you will, by certain subtle thoughts which go unnoticed. Comparative thinking for example. To compare the time of your life with a thought (of some other time when there is life), is like comparing today with a thought (of some other day). The actuality of today can’t be compared to a thought (of another day). I mean it can be, but only if unnoticed is what I’m sayin. No intention of changing your mind here though, in my best estimate it is ideal that you remain free.

Meditation happens at the “level” of mind because “levels” is a thought / thought activity / thought attachment / a belief, or in this case conjecture. If it did there wouldn’t be this suffering talked about, so no. Suffering doesn’t show up in thought though. Suffering is the discord between a thought and our true nature. Posted a video explaining precisely this today if interested. More or less yes. Not sure what you mean by that. If you mean like some kind of avarice maneuver, no. But if you mean a non doing or a bringing the mind to absolute stillness / no activity, then yes. Suffering is discordant thoughts, without repeatedly focusing on discordant thoughts suffering doesn’t ‘show up’. It’s like letting the focus on discordant thought go, and you ‘arrive at’ contemned on the emotional scale. And from there delightful, insightful, exciting thoughts arise, just like & indicative of the ‘higher’ as in better feeling emotions on the scale. If anything, there is a ‘big gone’ when suffering goes, as the entirety of the concept of a sufferer (separate self) goes as well. Nothing wrong with being open minded. I might be an alien, you don’t know. A human is nothing like an animal, but thought makes it seem so. Check, name anything which is aware.
