  1. @roberthenry Removing meat, processed foods and refined sugars, common aluminum deodorants, unfiltered water, and fluoride toothpaste contribute to clarity and energy abundance. It’s experiential though, so if anyone is interested - I recommend experiencing the difference. The psychological relativity of refined sugar, specifically, the effects these things have on the pineal gland, and processed iron (free radicals) are very worth looking into.
  2. @Patang There’s no hard part in enlightenment, there are ‘hard parts’ getting there. You are love. Loving them is effortless. Saying such things to those who love you would hurt them. They are you, experiencing unique challenges and suffering. Just love them back, and enjoy the love loops.
  3. @CuteCornDog It’s up to you. That will never change.
  4. @Courtney Thanks again. ? Here’s a link with some overview of the basic practices.
  5. @Faceless I don’t see what you mean. It must be so simple I can’t grasp it. Maybe you’re like the child born as the reincarnation of the Dali Lama. It seems very possible & interesting to me. Maybe you just never added the ego to begin with, and never experienced self deception. So there was nothing to transcend, nothing to be realized. Maybe you have only existed as love it’self, and never saw reality as other than your own illusion. No veil, no void, only love. That’s amazing to me.
  6. @Jamesc Sometimes people seem to think “I love what I’m doing” -If I become enlightened, I might end up changing my whole life to be a teacher of enlightenment. The key thing is trying to realize that if that is what one does after the big reveal, it would be because they’re doing what they want. A life / career change would not be from a sense of duty or responsibility. It would be from utter freedom and love.
  7. @Faceless That’s amazing! ?❤️ Took me decades. That someone could not even believe in or do daily meditation and be in the meditative state of truth all day, blows my mind. How did you achieve this transcendence of thought so easily?
  8. @Courtney Thank you. You’re whole post is very refreshing. You have a lot of clarity and seem very open. I’m so excited and happy when I imagine what’s to come for you. It’s beyond worthwhile. Enjoy! ❤️
  9. @Courtney A “depressing realization” of being alone is not a realization of enlightenment. Knowing you’re alone conceptually, understanding it, can be misleading. Without the practices, without changes in awareness, there is no direct experience, and there is no real-izaltion. Self talk / “monkey mind” is one of the first things we’re free off through daily morning meditation. Don’t be discouraged. Have some faith in the practices. “You can search throughout the entire universe for someone who is more deserving of your love and affection than you are yourself, and that person is not to be found anywhere. You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe deserve your love and affection.” — Buddha
  10. It’s the same as a dream; you’re everyone & everything in your dream, and the dream is not reality, what you are is.
  11. They serve well in data collection and clarity on ‘where I ‘m at now”, but it’s the other-than-what-it-says-you-are which is where the growth is. Looking into things like epigenetics helps open the mind to the fact that we are creating ourselves, in that sector. We are what we think we are. Careful not to allow useful data to end up reinforcing limited thinking of capacity.
  12. @spicy_pickles Loved reading your revelation! I was like that also, a people pleaser. For me, it was well intended parents, using the wrong wording...like be “nice”, be “good”. I grew up being nice and good. Then what you’re saying hit me one day, and I was free. Then, as these things have a way of going, agreeability came back around in an authentic manor, because it seems, the universe agrees, and I agree with the universe. Now, X number of days to go in life enjoying this sweet subtle synchronicity. Paradigms man, can’t live with em, can’t live without em. Lol.
  13. @Marios Tsagoulis I think I’m hearing you. Like you say to someone, you can do it, you can do this too! And they start in on how “you don’t know what I’ve been through”, and for them, the idea of self deception is something very different than realizing they are viewing potential future through past experience. Unaware THAT is how they are deceiving themselves. ?
  14. @Joseph Maynor That’s great to hear! And, me neither. I’ve found ‘don’t believe anything’ is sound. Never been into philosophy. I like it all direct. Even into & data, like qm’s, neurology.
  15. @IvanV21 There’s the everyday experience of “self” in reality, then reality is realized to be illusion and “no self” is realized (you are all of the reality / illusion not just the person), then there’s what the no self is, which is the only Self that Is. This is the Self we all are in reality (actual reality, not the illusion/universe) So the term Self Actualization is used - as in, the actual self. It’s pretty fuckin awesome. Don’t tell anyone I said that though.
  16. @cetus56 “we” couldn’t have fate.
  17. @cetus56 if i could bottle love i would, but it can’t be other than free.
  18. @cetus56 its no accident Q: What is love and truth? How do I decide to continue a relationship or not? Sri Sri Ravi Shankar: There is a strange relationship between love and truth? If there is a competition between love and truth, it is the love that will win. It is the fear of losing love that makes someone tell lies to the most loved ones. They are afraid of losing their love if they tell the truth. So which is powerful? Love is powerful. And it should be that way. What is love? If you have not known, there is no way you will know. Even a single creature on this planet cannot say that it doesn’t know love. Because that is our second experience. Our first experience was pain. The first nine months were easy, we were fed for 9 months in a comfortable warm environment. Then suddenly you have to come through a narrow passage which was so painful, with your head getting stuck. It was very painful experience. They cry because of this pain. A baby makes so many funny gestures and faces the first few days, because they did such a great job of getting out like moving a mountain. After the pain, they look into the mother’s face and catch the love of the mother. They realize that they are love, and know that there is nothing but love. By the age of three they start to forget. That is when the intellect starts to form, asking 101 questions. They keep asking questions. Half the time they don’t even listen to the answers. So what is truth? This is the most mature question. You can know love but you cannot tell the truth. Truth is that which is unaffected by time. With this definition, all that you see is not truth, isn’t it? This building is not the truth. It didn’t exist in the past and it may not exit in the future. Same for the body. It was not there in the past and will not be there in future. Everything that is changing is not true. That which is true is not affected by time. Truth is that that existed, that exists and that will exist. The spirit of inquiry into what is that which is not affected by time, leads you to one substance that doesn’t change at all.
