@Noah Are you sure you’ve had the stutter since birth? I’ve seen videos of people much older who psychologically undo it miraculously. Have you seen these? What do you think of them? Having a period of self worth trouble in pretty normal at 17 imo. Confidence in self worth will build if you stay in the direction of becoming completely responsible for your self and your actions. In truth, you’re already enough, and you always have been. If that’s hard to accept, win the thought game, just a little bit better and honest thought at a time. Aim for mental equanimity. Spend some time without distraction contemplating that just that you are is enough of a total mindf’n miracle to rejoice in. Just sitting in silence is an impossibly possible phenomenon. Even standing up from a chair is amazing. Also, honesty and integrity are key to self worth. Meditation helps slow down the thinking, making it easier to slow down and be more on purpose & truthful in relationships. Practicing self inquiry leads to a place where self worth is no longer an issue at all. Also, good posture can’t be underestimated, it changes our physiology and outlook.

@Elton You’ll be fine, this too shall pass. Speed the turnaround up by getting all the help you can. Pride doesn’t purify or give clarity. Do everything you can, get all the help you can, be thankful for it. What has transpired sounds very hard, but be very careful not to keep beating up on yourself over it. Find some comfort in the now. Look around you, see that you are fine.

@Faceless But if you’re the only one, who are you sharing them with? -
@Faceless It really is out of this world. Beyond possibility or imagination. There is a real reality you have yet to experience. It really changes the perspective on this one.
-
@Serotoninluv like a mofo. It’s the Miley Cyrus of stopping.

@Faceless This is why I don’t talk about baseball.

@Faceless Time is an illusion though. All chemicals are illusionary too.

@MarkusSweden So, what’s the plan man? -
Nahm replied to John Iverson's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@John Iverson When you and your friend discuss what is true, that’s philosophy. The being you and your friend actually are, is truth. -
@njuufa It’s not to good to be true. You’re not missing anything.

@MarkusSweden It’s really cool. Almost seems like we could do something productive with it. -
Get in touch with whatever you want, whatever works for you. Heck, 7 things that work for you are better than 6. Success is absolutely pointless, and relatively important, if you decide it is important. But, let’s say you have that vantage point, where you are all and literally nothing matters...then what? This. This right here, what you’re doing right now. So go ahead and achieve every success you desire. A paradox of enlightened state and human state is not the goal, or point - it is not liberating - not one or the other. Unification is the point. One. That is liberation from delusion. Enlightenment is simply the clarity of what you are. It remains without the self deceptions of what the self is. It’s no end all be all when talking about the relativity of living life. (Unless that’s what someone wants) The ego is a deception that God knowingly adds. It’s hilarious really. It just gets made out to be serious when people reference the illusion. But it’s not serious, that’s illusion. Unenlightened: I am this human. I work through doubts and fears to achieve things and enjoy experiences. (God operating under God’s own deception) Enlightened: I am. I’ll do things as this guy, too. I’ll enjoy the shit out of every moment. There is nothing which needs doing, and forever to do it. It’s not that there was a Big Bang, and billions of years of evolution, and the biological forming of a human, and advancement of a human brain, which then was able to conceptualize, and then realize it’s true nature as God. It’s all a backstory that is false. There is no need to acknowledge it, at all.

Ester Hicks refers to this practice as prepaving. Worth looking into. I’ve practiced this for many years and it is more effective than action.

@MarkusSweden If someone claims a ‘legit’ paradigm, they’re saying they have not experienced the resolve yet. Their awareness has not expanded beyond this yet. It likely has to do with his own hang up, on his own sexuality. -

@MarkusSweden I assume Siddhartha experienced what he actually is (no thinking) , and relative to that, as a human, there is suffering (thinking) to be transcended. The suffering is illusionary. It’s just thinking. -

@egoless @Leo Gura I second that. For whatever reason that video won’t play on my ipad.
