  1. Knowing the path (free) and walking the path (free). Saw the one, do the other. See it again, as needed. No biggie man. All roads lead to no one doing. Also, there’s a middle way to be revealed to you from someone who has had none of your relativity (the deep trips, The Only Being direct non-experience) and who is living as you’re interested in living. You don’t even have to find them or look, they’d already be beating down your front door. The direct way and the disciplined mind way, you might say, complement each other in a sense cancelling each other out. Can be very freeing.
  2. http://www.meditationiseasy.com/meditation-techniques/vipassana-the-meditation-technique-of-gautama-buddha/ Keep the spine straight too. Slight forwardness, so you don’t get sleepy.

  4. It seemed that way to me. Did everything I wanted to do in my life. No more fear. Even had an ‘ego death’ on a high dose trip, experienced Being and saw that all is love. Then I realized my whole life was built on evading fear. I think fear is as sneaky as one is clever, so it’s really hard. Such a tight loop. In there all deep and sneaky like.
  5. @Ether Pills may be a crutch for one and freeing for another, I really don’t know, but it sounds like you felt you didn’t need them, so congrats on moving forward. You are the peace, we are all the peace. Life’s all finite relative stuff, you’re the infinite peace. This post makes me wonder there are somethings you want to do, to expand, learn, develop a talent or two, etc. What is it? What are those things? If you stay stagnant, it’s numbing, if you keep moving forward then you keep growing - there’s appearance of resistence, but the beauty is the resistence brings out what is infinite, what is you. Eventually even the damn resistence is beautiful.
  6. @zoey101 Fantastic voice❤️
  7. @WaterfallMachine When you don’t know, no one can tell you, once you do know, there’s no one to tell.
  8. @riplo Truth is looking through delusion trying to find truth or delusion, Truth is “looking” so all that’s seen is delusion, until the delusion of self is realized, then all there is is Truth. Insights, epiphanies, revelations, enlightenment, are helpful. Unity is a general Truth direction, seperations are falsities. Or just accept what is and don’t look, since you’re already it.
  9. @LiakosN Jack Butler! ? I started playing guitar via that last 10 minutes of Crossroads.
  10. Prioritize. Maybe get a job, move out, and find there’s plenty of time. The more you try the more you learn, and the more what you want to do comes into focus.
  11. @UDT You don’t have to feel lonely to choose not to be alone.
  12. @Shroomdoctor Pick a much bigger vision.
  13. @johntimber Meditation is a break from these demeaning thoughts of self, and a chance to change this. When did you learn to think ill of self? When did you begin to think reality is serious?
  14. @TRUTH_SEEKER It’s still that same now. Remember? The electricity & connection, the magic...? The excitement of watching creation unfold? Get outta the head and back into the heart. All the connection is there. That now is never not there, you just forgot cause you were thinking a lot. If you had the momentum and lost it, then you haven’t been ‘taking care of yourself’; having fun, doing some stuff you like, feelin the love. Don’t underestimate fun to get that feelin back in motion. You got serious, but it’s totally undoable... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=10uRa4oENus
  15. A lot of info in this article I think you might like... https://www.consciouslifestylemag.com/psychedelic-trip-safely-explore/ Prepare well and be curious of what is being revealed.
  16. @Gligorije I have social worker / counselor friends, and also friends who have went to therapists as well. From what I’ve seen, honesty and not projecting are the most important facets. It seems common (ime) that people lie to their therapist and or get caught up in finding personality short comings of the therapist. If you just look at it like time set aside to just let it free, to just whatever comes to mind, and anything that therapist can offer as help is icing on the cake, I think you’ll let the past go for good and be lookin forward. I also think you’re in for a really amazing life, because you’re not settling, you’re doing what you need to do to get to good, and you’re focused enough to prepare. I think you got this man.
  17. @Sparkist I like your take on all this.
  18. @The Don What if you’re longing to be a fisherman, and to fish. So you do, and you love it. ? What if being a fisherman is your place, and you know from the freedom and deep sense of connection that fishing, learning how to make better bate, how to fish better, how to prepare the fish more deliciously, brings, etc.
