When you’re fine with whatever mood she’s in (genuinely fine), she’ll start to realize she is the one missing out, feeling less than she could be. If you’re involved mood wise, helping, justifying...she won’t. Careful not to perpetuate victimization. Don’t repeat any of this to her, we don’t want you getting murdered.

@Elisabeth Sounds like you’re holding a pessimistic future perspective for yourself/ life, and feeling the mental breaks from it during sex / ecstasy / partner “seeing the real you” as you mentioned. ‘Longing for something I don’t think I can have” makes me think you’re used to this negative long term view, to the point you don’t realize there is not an actual problem, but that it is your perspective and it’s eluding you. Have you listened to speakers which focus on the infinite possibilities in life? I think that would help. Life is supposed to be fun. Sounds like maybe you slipped into a kind of “life is serious, that’s a given” mode. There’s no inherent meaning though. It’s up to you. In a bigger picture, maybe you’re becoming aware of the reality of non-physicality, and mentally holding on to the concept of a physical reality. Are you prioritizing fun everyday?

@Freakrik No dude. There’s no hell to go to. You have a perspective of duality (good people and bad people) but that’s your belief to let go of. Kick that 20 up to 30. and twice a day. You got to stop talking about hell. Its made up. Let it go bro.

@Freakrik You are misunderstanding infinity, like a blind person trying to understand someone who is describing colors. Let infinity go for now. It’s way ahead of where you’re at. Stop using infinity to justify continuing to put your own focus on hell. You are keeping your worry going and it is completely unnecessary. And really, no offense, but consider not getting on the forum until you’ve done at least 30 minutes of meditation each day. The idea here is to free yourself, not enslave yourself by talking about things like hell. You’ve got a life to live man. Get going.

If the question (in regard to anything) is...should I worry, the answer is always NO. Worrying is irrational, unproductive, and a falsity. Could be easier said than done given where you’re at today (I don’t know) but it is a logical & rational mindset. Worry just simple will not help. Be smart, cautious as needed, but worrying is self inflicted suffering. As far as potentially going to hell when you die, yes, you will be ok. There’s no such thing as hell. Try to get to a place where you realize you just believed some ignorant people who judge others and instead of realizing the error in judging, they backed it up with “It’s not me judging you, it’s God’s judgement”. God is not on par with humans, and therefore judging anything. God is Love, and Love is God. No judgment, no hell, nothing to worry about. Do you see how your consciousness / self development work is cut out for you? Like, the good news is there’s no hell and nothing to justify worrying. The bad news is, you have negative habits of repeating negative thoughts about Hell & likely other unwanted aspects of your past & potential future. You can get yourself to a place where you have let go of your past (Freedom). You can get yourself to a place where you have a positive perspective on your potential future (Enthusiasm). “The work” you have to do, if you want, is actually good news, because you’re going to love the positive changes in your inner world, and your outer world. Focus is king. Whatever you focus on, more comes into your life. So drop the focusing on hell 100%, and it will never be an issue for you. Pick something you want in your life, and start spending a little time focusing on it. Magic ensues man, I swear.

@Freakrik I hear where you’re comin from man. I was atheist for years. Seems like if there’s God and Love that there must be hell, but that’s the duality, the cosmic joke. Everythings really ok though. ❤️

@Freakrik I think you’re misunderstanding. There’s no hell, realms, etc. Nobody’s alive then dead. Just Infinite consciousness. Love is love man, and you are too. Perhaps at a point in your life, you believed some folks who talked about God condemning some people and not others, and maybe now you can start to see they didn’t know, just, sometimes it makes people feel better cause they lost someone, or hurt someone, or were hurt. Forgiveness is made difficult when we believe we’re all seperate.

@Nagma In two months, you could change your entire life, your perspective, your health, etc. You could get to a ‘place’ that is unbelievable to where you ‘are’ now. You could experience orders of magnitude of yourself. The word enlightenment is just not useful really.

@Bend_and_Sway FInd a position, with a scenario in which you can help & love to the immeasurable degree that you want to. I don’t think you’ll rest until you do. I think you’re experiencing a kind of social worker burn out, where you get a degree to help people, and then you get 30 cases and it turns out it’s one big paper pushing box checking state funded carnival of burocracy to get next year’s funding. There are millions of other positions. Your past made you more than ready for this future.

There’s no time to waste thinking about what you don’t want. Master focus. Apply it to what you want. “What you don’t want” only serves you to realize more so what you do want. No more looping. No more negative feelings or inner chatter. All that exists, is what you want. That’s all you see, and that’s all you think about.

Do not: play video games, eat like shit, let anyone frustrate you, drink or do drugs, judge others, diminish yourself in any way, say you can’t, settle, try to “pull up” a friend to where you’re at to go into business together, break laws, shit on anyone ever, think you’re smart, underestimate yourself, underestimate what you can do in longer periods of time, stop learning, stop asking questions - and do not listen to anyone who says you can’t. You can no longer, and never again have a past. However you think about yourself is done. From now on, you catch your thoughts in any way related to your past, and let them go immediately.
