  1. @Consilience Great attitude & perspective for enlightenment work imo.
  2. @MM1988 Thinking about posture.........................................................................Awareness, of posture.
  3. Every one of us is perfect and exactly how we should be. Divine perfection. There is meditation for letting go of thoughts, improving concentration, finding peace in the breath. There are wonderful things we can explore & learn. Mind blowing experiences to be had. Bottomless love we can discover together, and within ourselves. But you, the real you, is none of those things, needs no thing, no one. The real you is infinitely perfect. Always has been, always will be. This is the greatest discovery.
  4. @SoonHei It’d be sweet to invent ‘emboss goggles’ you could wear outside.
  5. @MM1988 Thinking.....................................................................................................................................................................................Awareness.
  6. @SoonHei Excellent. The embossing analogy is delightful, leveling it all to one unified ‘substance’, so to speak. Great post.
  7. @Tistepiste You could be the first person to ever answer this question, by skipping the reactional defense of semantical linguistics, and actually answering. What will you do, after you become enlightened? You won’t though. Contemplate, why that is.
  8. If Love’s infinite, omnipresent, then thinking won’t do. You’d have to become directly aware of it. You’d have to go within, like a drop seeing ocean. Excellent name btw!
  9. @stevegan928 Nice to be able to make that statement, now, isn’t it? I’m assuming there was a day when you were not aware of that...?
  10. @the_end_of_me Not trying to be silly, but it’s self inquiry, so that’d be up to you. But I think a decent question is, what is aware of thoughts?
  11. @Tony 845 Imo, the pertinent facet is, what do you think is going on with it? What does it feel like? What, if anything, led to it?
  12. @Laymen Can I get a hell yeah!! That’s awesome man!
  13. @Ali123 Nice! 1. It’s ok either way. 2. Like this: https://sites.google.com/site/psychospiritualtools/Home/meditation-practices/self-inquiry
  14. @fabriciom No, but that would be one hell of a trip. I did shrooms for the first time maybe 4 years ago. Just my opinion, but that’s the beauty of psych’s, they don’t contain those properties, they show us if we do- as in, they show us if we hold falsities, as truth.
  15. @Mikael89 30-60 minutes a day for 20 years. And a long list of other factors. I did not know about psychedelics, and I was not aware of how thinking arises reidentifying. Could have taken maybe 2 years. Wouldn’t change a thing though, as this was just one facet in my life. One part of a fulfilling life.
  16. @Misagh Breath focused meditation.....then out of the blue, pop - oneness/no longer the body...then obe’s (only 2?)....then there was a ‘both’ period...then a hero’s dose....nonduality....no memory anymore of identifying as the body before all this.
  17. @Key Elements Thank you for your thoughts! ?? That line...where is it? ? @Barna Thank you! Omg yes.
  18. @DustyWhy Need for someone to convince you is lack of motivation on your own part. You’re afraid of yourself, what you can do, what you can see, what you really are. I don’t blame you at all. You’re terrifyingly powerful. You can real-Ize that. You can couch-call and speculate, but, you know, deep down, you know, you can never be beat. One day you will find yourself in the sanctuary of death, and if you like, you can take just one breath of bliss, just enough to expel, “I can never be beat”, and you can arise again to say “I can never be beat”. It’s now brutha. You’ve been dyin since you were born. You can.
  19. @MiracleMan Can you get away, attend a retreat? Step away, empty yourself into the clarity. Then when you return, that clarity can be applied. The foot that kicks you in the face helps you see that you are the foot, like the life you are living helps you realize the life you dream. It’s already working out perfectly. What don’t you want, what do you want? Where do you keep the paper you manifested this on? Hanging on the wall in front of a treadmill of sorts, I trust? Let the pain convince you to believe in yourself. You can do anything.
  20. @SoonHei I can see Windsor accross the water.
