@abrakamowse This is just how tricky and deep rooted thought is, and the conditioning of our culture. The “money problem” (future) doesn’t actually exist. Notice how if I said in one week, you will have ZERO pocket lint....you’d probably not really think much about it. But replace pocket link with money, and you’d swear, right now, it was no longer an issue with overthinking, and an actual real problem. But “pocket lint” and “money”, right now, are actually equally powerless thoughts. Can you really feel that difference in this moment? How one feels heavier, more important - but is just a thought, same as the other? Which do you want to be putting first; how you feel right now, or a thought about future/money? Maybe you have made a habit of thinking, “I’ll feel better now, when I have more than enough money for the future?

@Shin Call me crazy, but make a practice out of it. Commit to 30 minutes of seeing the world, out at the grocery store, etc, and everyone in it, as it’s mother. They’re all still kids. Don’t be fooled by appearance. You are still it’s mother, don’t be fooled by that appearance either.

@abrakamowse That’s great it’s identified! ?? I remember when I was at this place where I started noticing how my energy / mood was always reactive to how those around me were behaving / being, and in general my energy was dictated by the highs and lows of my life, my day, if it was Friday or Monday, if I had things I was looking forward to, if I was holding a ‘good vibe’ vision of where life was headed, etc. Essentially, sometimes I was clear on a thought vs direct experience, but mostly I was reacting, still. When a thought or concern involved money, it was as if it had unique precedence like “well I’m a money worry/thought, so I cut right through to the front of the worry line - I’m a real problem, so we’re gonna justify worrying on this one - it’s a real / serious thing, it’s not that spiritual stuff”. Can you relate to that or no?

@Shan Cool post. Not exactly sure if this is what you’re lookin for, but what comes to mind is how folks have no idea love is omnipresent and infinite being. Lot’s of “my love” “her love” “his love” talk....like cell phones displaying & claiming “my internet”.... because they aren’t aware of the wifi.

@tentacion All is deception via appearance of limitation. As you read these words and interpret what is seen and apply meaning you are missing that you are the deceiver and the deceived. You’re doing it right now.

@Charlotte I went through this. Lot’s of great advice here. I would add that vapor (just in case someone doesn’t know) can be bought in varying nicotine levels. I switched from cigarettes to vaping, then lowered the amount of nicotine from 21 to 3 over time, then vaped at 0 nicotine, then finally quit. The reason made all the difference. What will you do, who will you be, in what situation will you be helping other people, helping some One, - in which vaping is not going to jive? That’s why you quit. Liberation is infinite. No comfy. No settle. Infinite. Know what people mean by “inner demons” ?

@electroBeam Unnoticed tension in the body & resistant thinking (the opposite is putting how you feel first) burns energy. But, it’s tricky as it’s ‘mind’, there is no source of energy for the body, in actuality, only in appearance. This will perpetuate a low vibration, and often, food is used in an attempt to raise the vibration. (A hamburger, fries, & a shake sound great if you’re vibration is low, and sounds terrible if your vibration is already high). The relativity at play between self vibration, and food, can be quite a trap, as eating the ‘happy’ triggering foods, actually perpetuates the lower vibration. You have probably notice there are even enlightened masters who are still in full separation, full denial, of body. The folcrum, is how one thinks, of one’s self. No - self philosophy can be catastrophically draining. Putting self first, means aligning with well being, health, truth, honesty - paradoxically allowing then, the opportunity to have something to give to others - via an otherwise unfathomable ‘amount of energy’ which is, always was, and always will be. ❤️ Entire lifetimes have been spent by self searching for truth of no-self. In these cases, Self is only discovered in death. ? It’s ok to acknowledge it feels good to love, and to accept that you, ElectroBeam, YOU, are deserving of love. The giver & receiver of all things. Unified, inseparable. Infinitely, unconditionally, loving. You are worthy of this. You are this.
