@DocHoliday ♥️?? “If you do not fast from the world, you will not find the father’s domain”. Jesus The ego is so sneaky, it will employ a perspective to trigger tension, simply for the sake of continuation of what the self desires changed. Sadly, we use eachother. Awareness though, ahhh sweet sweeet awareness. -
@thematrixyz What if you just sat and relaxed, and instead of holding attention on what you don’t want, you put attention on what you really do want, and played a little game of looking at how deeply you want it? Might lead to great things.

@torgeir Go for reiki, see what’s really going on. Some blessings certainly do not appear as such initially. We think we know better. Perhaps the universe has heard your desire for a dramatic change in perspective.

@DocHoliday Hopefully helpful...when you think about what other people are thinking, you forget you don’t know if other people are thinking. When you feel how they feel, you’ve yet to realize it’s only how you feel. These are the misunderstandings which are making you uncomfortable. The authentic self is the most amazing thing to be around - even to pass by on the street. The experience you’re talking about is not of people and things, but consciousness, and it is all responsive, to you. It is not possible that it be otherwise, however convincing it appears. -
The only value is enjoying yourself, there’s no mediocrity in it.

@Ampresus This is the first of a hundred. Be the stomach breath. -
Nahm replied to Lynnel's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Lynnel You probably laid a great foundation. The Truth has no falsity, the ego does / is, so there’s no such thing as a bad trip, if one is seeking Truth. -
@Devi Shanti We’ll see. ?

@Leo Kaminski Thanks, that gives a better idea of where you’re at. Meditation & yoga first thing every morning, and stomach breathing awareness & self inquiry all day everyday. Then your trips will rocket you into another stratosphere, in a permanent fashion, saving you years if not decades. You’ll see the difference between knowing (knowledge) of dogma, beliefs, information, etc (the delusions / bullshit that are the potential for bias & traps) in comparison with knowing Being. Similar to how you would know a friend, compared to knowing information. This is done through actually doing the consciousness work. The worst thing you could do is be the one who has mastered material conceptually, but does not do the daily work. Suffering is the teaching, nondual awareness is the peace. Make sure, when Leo’s talkin, you’re lookin at the moon, very honestly, and you’ll be great man. The hard, almost impossible task is, to do what’s been suggested here - without exceptional & intense suffering to motivate you.

@KeenokF Why do you mention your past?

Nahm replied to Jack Walter Leon's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Jack Walter Leon How does it make a difference, if people understand you or not? Meditate every morning, and again in the afternoon. Of course the mind is throwing you off track. You’re not well practiced. Your enlightenment experience was without the proper foundation. Enjoy knowing the call for the practices. Most people would really want that. You are very lucky. Self inquire, all day, everyday. Keep asking who is this I, and let go of every thought which arises, by acknowledging, that is a thought. Feel for the “me”, over and over. After some number of days, you’ll see that you get to that wonderful “me” in less and less time / inquiry. Later, when you have a foundation in place, psychedelics might seem appropriate. You’ll know. In a nutshell, you posted “Hey, will someone please tell me to do the work?” Hey Jack. Do the work. -
@Leo Kaminski What’s your daily meditation / yoga like? How’s self inquiry going? What books have you read? What fears have you faced? How have you been more attentive to what you have been inattentive of? How have you used what you’ve learned to deepen your relationships, and be more efficient & effective in pursing your desires? What metaphysical truths have you experienced in your trips?

Yes, ultimately, but there are many counter intuitive paradoxes of self realization along the way. It sure is. Yes. Nobody cares... but there is care, no? You can also stop there too, if you want.
-
@Anton Rogachevski Yes! ?

@KeenokF Start appreciating what you have, your abilities, the connections & opportunities you already have with people, etc. If you keep thinking about & looking at lack & shortage, you’ll continue experiencing more of it. If you take responsibility for your perspective, being thankful for what you have and what you’re capable of, you’ll experience more of that. It looks like things, but it is consciousness. Watch this a few times, a hundred if that’s what it takes for it to click. Then listen to this stuff every morning (preferable while exercising / elevated heart rate), first thing, before your old thought patterns have a chance. Then use meditation to calm your mind (conditioned perspectives & patterns), and vision what you want in your life.

@kev014 Listen to Abraham Hicks. Or, of course, don’t. Money, like you and all things, is consciousness. It’s your vibration about topics which “matters”.

@inFlow ? @Aaron p I have some exercises from my book I’ve been doing with people to help with self realization. If you’re interested in trying something, pm me. -
Nahm replied to Moment's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Moment Weird isn’t it? It seems the deeper one gets into science, the more they can’t see the truth. Kinda baffling. (Not John, he totally gets it). -
Nahm replied to Cameron's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Cameron Be careful you’re not fooling yourself. Tense your entire body, then let go, relax it all, to see if there is a difference. Otherwise, from cycling a hundred miles a day for days, and running five to ten miles every morning, beyond the second wind, there is a point where we are continuing, with all muscles relaxed. This slow accumulative change, especially combined with the organic development of breath work, can fly right under the radar, leaving you wondering about body tension. Ya very well might not have any. Tread so carefully though. -
@MTR “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.” - Matthew 7:13-14
-
@MTR What’s your understanding of that quote? What is the message? What is the work, in “works on what he has seen”?

Nahm replied to isabel's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@isabel Gotcha, thanks. The mind is holding the truth back with a paper thin veneer, slipping an identity in the back door via “me”. Look for that me in “I don’t experience a oneness with the whole universe just with things around me that I can see”. Point to the me that other objects are around. Look for the me everything is around, and the oneness will become more present. Then, who is the I in, “that I can see” ? “also I've watched a ton of videos now so I wonder how do I know that's a real experience or if I just think that now because a video said it would happen” That strikes me as pretty flexible & open minded. Maybe it’s not one or the other.
