Nothing is taking place from the mind, “ordinary reality” is Mind, so there is no ‘mind some thing is from ’. That mind is “the veil”. ‘Everyone’s’ experience is the same, but is also uniquely different, just as you are like everyone but also uniquely different. There are countless facets that get categorized, but can’t be really, and no distinguishable facets at all. Yes. There are no things. There is no such thing as a separation. It’s a conditioned thought. ‘How big’ “it” is can’t be thought because “it’s” “infinite”, and also because you can’t separate from “it” to measure “it” a part from you. There aren’t parts, separations or pieces. (Also, that’s what she said).

No. It is so easily ‘done’ blinking your eyes is more effort. Do you have thoughts? Are you aware of thoughts? Are you awareness then, or one of the thoughts?

You’ve had some awesome realizations lately and I love you, but humility is headed your way. Buckle up, and know it is worth it, and it will pass. Or of course, I’m wrong, so just ignore.

@moon777light Don’t try to encapsulate a memory, or thought of the past. I was suggesting to utilize those methods to continue expressing, emptying, thus self understanding / self knowing has space to arise (where thoughts of what self is used to be). There is a realization of that as the actuality (the ‘glimpse’), and when you see you are perpetuating and carrying the barriers, they are transcended, and that ‘glimpse’ is realized to have been your default state 24/7. Don’t focus on / attempt to relive the glimpse. Be willing to be aware of how you are adding the barriers (thought patterns against self), everyday. Another way to look at this, is when you are humble enough to say “I don’t know what / who I really am”, then negative thoughts against yourself (worry, anxiety, etc) are no longer justified, and the silliness is revealed. Let them go.
