  1. Right, that’s what needs to be let go of (it’s your belief). The actuality is you and her don’t have a “relationship”. You experience “the relationship”, and she experiences her “the relationship”. It is precisely how you’re experiencing it. You are not experiencing it precisely as it is. So if you’re worried about complications of neurosis to “our relationship”, you are experiencing the relationship from the deluded perspective of materialism.
  2. @Schahin Science has ‘proven’ “reality” (your dream) is constructed with 11 dimensions. So the 12th is a reference to nonduality, or seeing the 11, from the perspective of 12th. The 12th is a mystery pointed at by most who are working the 11 dimensions “model”, as the 11 dimensions is used to explain how consciousness (thought & perception) is accomplished by the human brain. I like to see it as the 12th is the scientist creating the 11, unbeknownst to him / her. So it seems like there are 11 dimensions, in dimensionlessness actuality. This will likely lead to the revaluation (apocalypse) human did not evolve as currently assumed. (Aka it’s a dream, now) Collectively, it’s gonna take a while for the paradigm shift of consciousness being infinite (not a product), but really, that’s your own perspective / reality, which is “taking a while”, because that is the dream, ....“a while”. At some point, relatively, a lot of resources will go to discovering that 4 dimensions of “reality” can not be resolved with 11 dimensions “in the brain”. Then science and spirituality must be reconciled for both or either to continue. Paradoxically, that will be the “end” of both, which are not currently anything (just belief). This should at least initially bring to light that the finite perspective sees in in 11 dimensions, or dimensionlessness....but not both. It will be “resolved”, (or “12th dimension seen”) with the understanding and acceptance there are not separate finite perspectives, as science turns the corner into what from the current paradigm might be referrenced as “dream science” (which actually turns out to be non-dream science finally, but only in hindsight). Or more simply, that there never was 3 or 4 dimensions, only the dimensionlessness experience (“dream”). Having watched the most recent video + 30 silent days, Leo will probably be “the one” who brings this breakthrough together / to light (more literally, bringing the light to experience). Soon the term “outer space” will feel like “the earth is the center of the universe”...as it’s realized you are the “center” of the “universe”.
  3. Mindful of your reactions and the apparent causation...mindful there isn’t a causation....Mindful there is only Mind.
  4. 1 gram for first time. Just get your feet wet, see what it is, no expectations. If you have a chill friend, and you’re both only doing 1g, having a friend there is great. Have fun with it. Not stupid fun. Down the road, when you have more experience, go solo. It really sounds like you need to drop your current projections of seriousness and fear, etc - and adopt the perspective of fun, carefree, let loose, unwind, breathe and relax. Say some self love affirmations before taking it, about how natural and easy it is to forgive yourself and love yourself. In 20 -30 trips, I never once brought ego (my personal wants & expectations) into a trip. The trip is to be without ego, so you can have a peak at what it is. “fears that limit me....fears in my head....I feel it's all in my DNA....fears, patterns, limitations....all the situations that causes me fear....I feel fear.................I do not even understand why.” What stands to be understood, is “The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself”. You can not realize an answer with the same mind that is creating the problem. If you want to be without all of those, be without them. If the point of the trip is to be without them (fear), then definitly do not bring them (beliefs) with you. Don’t you want to trip, to see the trip? Don’t bring your problems. Write down any and all concerns in your life on a piece of paper, bless it, and put it in a dresser drawer or somewhere safe. Tell yourself, I am without them now. I put them away. And above all else, no matter what - don’t resist. Surrender. Might want to write “you’re totally fine, relax, and Surrender” on a piece of paper, and position it in front of you. Also, do not just eat them. Make tea. The flesh of the shroom has a low toxicity and the last thing you need tripping is neurotoxicity coloring your perspective & thoughts.
  5. Withdrawal is enough. Try to stay light, silly, carefree. You’re quitting because you love that girl. So just love and take care. Trying to do consciousness work on top of the withdrawal could lead to wanting to strangle yourself, beating up on yourself, etc. Really hard to say. I’ve seen people quit heavy cocaine addiction by smoking weed for 4 days literally all day, and then not interested in weed after. I’ve seen other people try weed once and be addicted for decades. I suppose you’d have to just do an honesty check as to wether you’re inclined to addiction to weed. (And then the answer you want).... Oh ya, you totally should. Lock the fridge up tho.
  6. @Tony 845 You are puzzled by your belief in enlightened people, and separate beings. That puzzle is a distraction to the real puzzle, you. Just take one minute to consider...how is that someone else could be enlightened? Doesn’t enlightenment denote, everyone is One? Obviously, only you could become enlightened, because only you are holding your beliefs.
  7. If you do the exercise, it is revealed to you just how simple this problem is to rectify. Just write down what you currently believe is true, the judgment essentially. Example: Bill should be more considerate to me. Ask if it’s really true, that you know what’s best for Bill. Then flip it around onto yourself...”I should be more considerate to Bill”. Ask if that’s true, if there’s any truth in that perspective. Then flip it again....”Bill should not be more considerate to me”. Ask if there’s any truth in that perspective. Then ask yourself...”What do I need from Bill so that I can be happy with Bill?” Then ask yourself...”How does it feel to realize I have made my own happiness contingent upon what Bill does?” And.....”Who would I be without believing Bill should behave the way I want?”
  8. @peqkno “Kai-Fu Lee is a Taiwanese venture capitalist, technology executive, writer, and computer scientist.” - Google. Hmmmm...I wonder if he has any personal interest in people hearing, thinking, and believing like he does.
  9. Leo discovered he is The All That Is, and it is Love. He discovered he can do whatever he wants, and it doesn’t matter. He has chosen to help everyone in the world discover this real Joy and Peace, and you’re thinking there is something more worthwhile he should be doing....? Define for yourself what that is that he should be doing, and do that!
  10. @StillSearching What if you literally completely accepted her as she is, without seeing her as having a problem she needs to fix, or a change she needs to make? What if you were your business, and you let her be her business? What would that look like?
  11. @SoonHei Love that channel, it’s a shame they’re (he?) aren’t investigating first.
  12. @kieranperez When you write how you feel on paper, the eyes see it, and the mind understands it more. The videos are not a journal, that’s taking you in the opposite direction. Journaling is not a struggle, nor is it difficult. Living in fear of sensations because of beliefs is a difficult struggle. It effects the entirety of your decisions and life experience, as well as your health & well being. Writing down your obstacles, and then asking if they’re true would help you become aware of some beliefs you hold which are making life a difficult struggle. Chronic avoidance of sensations, such as learned as a kid, feeds constant fear, which is constant overthinking, which some people label as a ‘disease’, or as ‘something wrong with you’, or as ‘not normal’. This often feeds into the fear to experience sensations, thus blinding the mind from understanding any of this is going on. But when the mind sees it, on paper, understanding begins, overthinking lessens each day, heart rate begins to go down, stress level goes down, nueroplasticity goes up, body becomes less and less tense, more peace is present, love is more readily felt, more understanding and empathy arises, more social ease arises, clarity begins to become a reality, the vision of what I want appears possible, the details seem to fill in by themselves as I go, as I believe in myself, my dream for this life is materializing, it always was. I was in the way. Or don’t journal. Lots of different things work for different people.
  13. @Mikael89 Don’t try to do it in your head. Our egos are too tricky. Use a pen & paper. Write down what you want, as clearly as possible. Then write down anything stopping you, and any reasons you can’t. Then look at each reason and ask how you know that’s true. Write the opposite down. Ask if that is true. If you want to do this, but you just can’t do it now or today, write down when you want to do it as a reminder, and let it go.
  14. Do you believe there is a “humanity”? Do you believe there are separate, physical beings? Do you believe there are “objects”? Do you believe there is “energy”?
  15. @thesmileyone You’re trying to experience something you think is horrific, and wondering why you have anxiety?
  16. @kieranperez On another note, how’s your journaling going? Finding any releases of unwanted emotions? Is it easier to understand when you see how you’re feeling on paper?
  17. @JohnnyBravo @lmfao No drug sourcing. Thanks. https://www.actualized.org/forum/topic/7-guidelines/
  18. Law of Attraction: What do I want?: A girlfriend. What beliefs are in the way, causing resistant thinking? That I can’t have a girlfriend. You can choose the girlfriend, you can choose the belief. In any case Michael - you are getting exactly what you believe you should get. (Or not get) If you want a girlfriend, every thought which says you can not have a girlfriend, must be inspected. You can choose the girlfriend, you can choose not to do the work of inspection. In any case - you are getting exactly what you believe you should get. (Or not get) You might even discover, that you have a belief, that you are above doing the work that many other people with girlfriends, did. Inspect that belief. Or don’t.
  19. The tongue can not taste itself, happiness can not find itself in a ‘thing’. Tell me a thing which is comparable to you. What thing is more facinating, more amazing, more of a miracle - than you, just sitting there? What thing can LOVE? What thing can dream? What thing is compassionate? What thing is empathetic? What thing can share? What thing will you find, which is more - then you? What thing is joyful? What thing - is peaceful?
  20. You could become a pilot, you’d need to learn a lot, address the fear of heights (if you had one), get in your flight time, and obtain a license. What is it you feel you need to learn, what fear would you need to address, how would you get your experience / ‘time in’, to be a boyfriend? “It might be possible.. but we all know it isn't going to happen” How do you know that’s true - that you know what everyone knows? How do you know it’s true, that you know what will or will not happen? Direct experience of having no success with the opposite sex. And of how the whole human specie and society works. Is that really true? Is it true that you know how the whole human species and society works? What did you try that did not ‘work’, what did you learn, what did you then try differently?
  21. @Mikael89 So what’s your evidence that God does not want you to have a girlfriend?
