  4. That sounds boring. The suffering is the deception. “My mind” is the deception. You’re suffering aloof while the greatest adventure is afoot. Can you discover who you really are? Or are you “just living life”? What is is, and every nuance of the contextualization is up to you. You’ve been behind it all along. Every last letter. And the self deception vid’s get deep down in there, seize the moment, take advantage, jettison appropriately. Pen & paper.

  7. @Leo Gura Absolutely! Lol. They’re so clever, they outsmart themselves - they never do what you say, but are always doing what you do. I have a close friend who literally can’t be comfortable in a room with kids. Full on panic attacks, from toddlers, within 10 minutes. His dad was like that too. My other buddy lays on the floor and starts playing toys with them before acknowledging me when he comes over. It’s like visiting someone with a dog, with bacon in your pocket. The kids do what he does too.

  10. @dimitri Spent the day in a third grade classroom yesterday. The project of the day was writing. We each wrote a fairytale using the Goldilocks theme. They all seemed just right to me.

  13. @KP_Spirituality27 A shot in the dark, but any chance you’re working out / doing new physical things which are strengthening some muscles, but neglecting the back muscles?
  14. @How to be wise The sauce for the wings is made of sugar and fat, then they are fried in more fat. The French fries are processed in fat (literally deep fried and soaked in fat). That puts the body and brain on a high energy low energy rollover coaster, mood typically follows, and perspective usually follows. When you get off the processed foods altogether, you get off that rollercoaster. Nothing tastes as good as clarity. Eat a seasoned chicken breast and a baked potato (without sugar or fat on it) instead. Then try cutting the potato. Experiment and see if you are better off without whole carbs (potatoes) too. Try sweet potatoes or other vegetables. Or skip all that nonsense altogether and try the Loophole Shake. It’s so much easier and tastes so much better.
  15. @Ampresus Meditation can really help see the reactional thinking & actions. Instead of in hindsight, you become aware of it as it is happening. Being willing to be aware of it brings it in instead of holding it as separate. Then it’s understood, known by you now (was you already anyways) What is readily seen in hindsight, slowly but surely becomes awareness of reactions as they happen, and ultimately there is acceptance and peace. Your op is kind of saying, “I’m definitly suffering big time...yet I am at a loss for motivation to do any of the work”. “In case you can help me with this frustration, please consider doing it. My anxiety is getting stronger.” Journal how you feel. Write it down.
