What is anxiety?

@Charlotte There was no anxiety in ‘ego death’ for Nahm. It was mystical, and beautiful. Much more self was realized, no thing was lost. Nahm had not yet heard someone explain how horrific ‘ego death’ was. Nahm had not yet heard the term “ego death”. Nahm therefore did not have such a belief, and therefore no need to let go of it.

Or show her how she is using you, explain how that is perpetuating her suffering, and discontinue being used. Likewise, is it possible to continue to enable, when you’re aware you’re enabling? Possible, but then the self serving nature of it would be very apparent.

No, no belief help can help you. Only the knowing only you can help yourself. First you have to identify the belief “I can not help myself”. Then you can ask if it’s true. Then you can...

@FoxFoxFox This is not a mountain, we can do it now. You’d need to give an example of what you’re afraid of. A hypothetical example won’t work though, because the information / context (words) won’t “do it”...the understanding is “it“.
