Time is one of the cards. Each of us creates it. Letting it go is a gain, no loss. Like a weight lifted. Time is created by referencing some other time. It’s that sneaky. We don’t notice what we reference as another time, is actually a thought. So we believe now, and a thought about another “time” are the same. Only with those two points can we believe in time. But one of those points is just a thought. You are a sneaky, sneaky being. Oddly, people are always thinking they don’t have enough time for things. That’s hilarious. Since they literally don’t have any time.

@Serotoninluv That’s a little more down the road but yes that too. This came up today. I was answering a lady’s questions and used the tea cup in front of her as that example really. Asked her what it is, she said a white tea cup. Then if you take away thinking, including words, then what is it? Ten minutes later she had a big realization on language, memory, etc. She then rolled that into time and was saying that’s the same thing. I’m doing the same thing with time! Lol.

@tecladocasio General learning, comprehension, etc. Maybe learning about botany, horticulture, and aura’s, and then quantum mechanics. The mental capacity observing the botany is expanded, in comparison to just learning about botany only. This expanded capacity serves as well with theory path wise, and pretty much anything else imo.

Just a head’s up, you can check nonexistence off the list of things to worry about. There’s no such thing. It doesn’t-exist.

@Paul92 Congrats man. That’s the first sign of vulnerability & genuine honesty I’ve seen from you, and I’m loving it. I know it’s hard. My wife suffered from this for over a decade. She tried everything. Transcendental meditation one on one with a coach was a major breakthrough for her. From that practice, 30 minutes 2x a day, she experienced awareness for the first time. She then went on a 10 day retreat to Sedona AZ chalked full of EMDR, Shamanic Breathing, etc, etc. It was deeply life changing for her. In hindsight, she realized her OCD was overthinking driven by emotional suppression. Not gonna lie to ya, the next couple years were rough man. But, she’s living and breathing well being now, very happy, no longer suffering. You can do this Paul. You can. I did. She did. I made a post about it. I anticipate you’re going to read first hand that basically - each of us had an “OCD”, or “manic depression, or “hyper anxiety”. You can do this man. Keep opening up, keep breathing from your stomach, keep looking into and trying meditation, utilize every single resource available to you and find even more. We have to try a lot of things, but you can do this.

@Paul92 I think it would serve you tremendously for me to call your bluff here. You stand to have your paradigm completely flipped. I know it’s bold, but, desperate times..... And it’s all in the name of Love eradicating suffering. I’m going to make a post that begins as such, and I believe people will share very honestly from the heart, and that it will be helpful to many people.

Write on paper about how you’re feeling. You will get 10 times more out of meditation if you empty out, and see it / understand it. Also, do Byron Katie’s worksheets. Life changing stuff.

It can but you have to realize that you’re going into / through yourself to ‘reach someone’ (you). Leave duality, down to vibration (becoming), down to potentiality. This is very felt, by the person. There is an aura which registers this, though the mind takes a while to catch up. It initially seems to them you’re communicating through sound. I’ve both had and triggered mystical and awakening experiences in people. The humility and vulnerability in a very deep social sense in key, along of course with complete nondual awareness. The hard part of course, is recognizing any shortage here as one’s own. Typically this is from a lopsided feminine / masculine presence. Also, this is like walking a tightrope blind. It can’t be planned or thought, it happens only surrendered completely. Very little to no memory of it. Literally unbelievable. Belief won’t do. A ‘Faith / Trust’ Free fall, if you will.
