  1. @kindayellow You maybe missed the whole, dying to be Infinite, ruining duality theme...? The infinity stones (facets)..? Anyone?
  2. @Ar_Senses Like, ‘you’re on a roll’.
  3. @Ar_Senses You’re rollin man. Self inquire straight into the heart.
  4. @EvilAngel Well done! Happy for you man!
  5. @Major Tom Give me a few, I’ll pm you.
  6. @Salvijus Please stick to English, per the guidelines. Thanks. ?? @sidaz10 Sounds like introversion, or reclusive tendencies. Give singing a try, or anything which uses the body in expression. Maybe dancing, etc.
  7. @Richard Alpert ♥️
  8. Uh oh. I wish you the best. ♥️
  9. @Buba Write about them on paper. Directly, or just make up a simple story, in which the character is feeling these sensations. Also, if there is any other method of creativity that is easier for you, like drawing painting, writing a song about sensations, etc, do that. Check out WinterKnight’s book too, imo. It’s very good and very clear and the writing about Metaphorization is right on. ?
  10. @seeking_brilliance Holy shit.
  11. @Buba You’ll just be sitting, experiencing emotions / sensations. Just sit and practice. Write out on paper what you’re feeling. From not knowing who we truly are, thinking builds a false set of beliefs about the self, in the spirit of protection. This limits our emotional connectivity to our source. As we go through life with this limited connection, misunderstandings compile. When someone or a situation brings this to light, the protective mechanisms are deployed - but unconsciously (we actually aren’t aware of what we’re doing and why). As we continue in the ignorance of who we really are, we practice (unconsciously) ignore-ance of the very emotions which are not actually suppressable. In misunderstanding our own emotions, and avoiding & suppressing them, we create what is referred to as, fear. This is actually not an easy task to keep up, so we thinking weaves in the past to justify the avoidance and we call this sensation anxiety. Thinking also weaves in the future to justify this veil, and we call this sensation depression. Neither fear nor depression are actual. They are misunderstanding we actually create ourselves. (The sensations are actual. What thinking says about it is not actual. Or, not pain, but rather, suffering)

  13. Yes. All you’d have to do, is not look into who you are. If you do though, first make sure your lifestyle & psychology are disciplined & stable.
  14. @Yahya First, do you believe this is possible for you? Then start from the most fundamental foundational aspects and work your way up...Write this out on paper so you can see it and gain clarity... How is your sleep schedule? How is your diet? How is exercise? How is your meditation? How much fun are you having regardless of what you’re doing in the moment? (How is your attitude in general) How are your relationships? (How is your esteem?) Do you have a support person? (a coach / someone who is helping you get disciplined) What does your time allocation schedule look like? How are doing with sticking to it? How is your focus vs overthinking (lack of concentration)? What resources are you using daily to develop positive effective psychology? How do you change your state / mindset, as needed? Why is it important specifically for you, for your specifically desired future goals, to do your best in school? What will a solid education and self improvement open up for you?
  15. I hear ya. Totally seems like that is true. What is the apocalypse? (Pre-hijack)
  16. See what it is. Liberate. Start with researching the original meaning of the word apocalypse. Then contemplate, what is the difference between a belief, and the truth. The Bible is best read awake. Same for The Quran, The Gita, etc.
  17. @Buba Fear from avoidance of emotions. Just emotions. You’ll be fine. Suffering has a way of becoming willingness to practice.
  18. @Ashleyy Trade those cards for meditation. Discover the light within you and shine it into the world. That’s what the dream etc is telling you. Odds of you listening, I fear, are very low.
  19. @Pouya Yes. If you become enlightened, that will be the end of babies being born. Do what you gotta do though man.
  20. @SQAAD That’s not pain. It’s not actually happening. That is thinking, overthinking. You’re in such a habit of fast thinking from avoiding emotions that you’re assigning the sensations (via thinking) to anything and everything. Stop being afraid. It’s just sensations. Tears, writing about feelings, and sensations. But that’s it. Nothing to be afraid of. The passed is passed. It done. Don’t spend another day running on this treadmill. Seize your life right now. Sit on the cushion, have discipline, keep your spine straight, relax head to toe over and over. Breathe from your stomach. When thought stories get your focus, just return to awareness of breathing from your stomach. Don’t believe thinking which suggests you can outsmart this discipline. Be aware of breathing from your stomach all day everyday. Give it a few days. You will have glimpses of how good your life is going to be. I guarantee you. You are incredibly worthy and completely deserving of a full happy life. You are as capable as anyone need be. Stop routinely underestimating the power of Nothing. Set alarms to meditate. Use a timer. Write reminders. Ask someone to get you started with some disciplines. Ask them to set a timer and call you to tell you to meditate. Write down why you want to, what you want out of life. Inspire yourself to be disciplined. This may sound wild to you, but you do not need to think you’re way to a happy fulfilled life. Matter of fact, that can not be done. You just have to meditate twice a day, to slow your resistant thinking, allow emotional purging. Thinking is getting in your way. Reduce it with meditation.
  21. @SQAAD Yes. I completely understand man. That’s still thinking though. That is what needs to be put down for a while. You’re not really hearing what is being said here. Stop blowing off the discipline. Starting cleaning up your diet, get some exercise everyday, and meditate twice a day for 30 minutes. Do what you can until you reach that point. Write down how you’re feeling if you get overwhelmed. Do not write down thoughts. Write about how you’re feeling. Get in touch with yourself. Give thinking a break.
