  1. Gave that some thought. Thank you. Seriously. ?? ?
  2. @sausagehead Sit down, write your goodbye letters, reminisce on the good times, the people. Genuinely say goodbye for good to all of it. Say goodbye to what you accomplished so far, and goodbye to all the things you thought you’d do or be. Express your appreciation for the earth and air one last time. Close your eyes and be done. You’ll either have an awakening, or a deeper sense of surrender (and awareness of attachment).
  3. @Giulio Bevilacqua Ya. It’s organic & natural, let it out. I second use of music. The right tunes can push release buttons. Also, if you have speakers, sit comfy and do whatever while you play a few hours of healing sound bowl videos on youtube. Don’t use earbuds though, use speakers, for the sound waves. Also, there are some binaural beat videos (use earbuds) which help ‘pull out the demons’. Godspeed ?? It’s all totally worthwhile.
  4. @Dlenger1 Are you aware of thoughts now?
  5. Day to day stomach breathing and choosing a better, and true for you, thought. It’s cumulative for a very long time. Bigger picture, stop thinking in terms of ‘overcoming feelings’, and consider allowing them to go full bloom. Inspiration, synergistic energy, effortlessness, nondoership, allowing, witnessing, being the observer, knowing the being, etc. Slow down and inspect what unfolds which leads into those three feelings. Thought / perspective of avoidance. What is it which is actually being avoided? You can also contemplate....precisely why & how is it that this “stuff needs to be done”? Keep tracing it back...discover the primal root of all of this.
  6. @Serotoninluv Nailed it, and thanks for the reminder. Magic indeed. ? Claiming knowledge is sooo damn sneaky!
  7. @mandyjw Ya but not tryin to freak anyone out. ....consider giving the meats and sugar a break. ....maybe caffeine too.
  8. @Ali123 Excellent work man! There are infinite differences, even in the nothing that is meditation. Google things like meditation instructions, and try out what different people suggest. Or keep doing what’s working for you. Or both. I think my longest sits were around six hours at a time, and yes, big big differences. Both in depth and permanence.
  9. They know the entirety of themselves, so they know the entirety of you. They might not know what you ate for breakfast, but they do know things about you that you don’t. They know the bigger picture things from looking at you...your proximity & relativity of love, fear, desire, emotional depth reached so far, approximate amount of overthinking, etc. Specific info wise, solid imagery appears in the mind, as if on a multidimensional screen, uniquely different than thought, idea, or imagination. Profoundly more real. This happens in no mind and is orchestrated by no one. It’s not really communicable, but it’s like if someone turned a movie on in your mind, but the movie is like all dimensions, used in conjunction simultaneously. Sounds, smells, colors, etc, are solid & unified so to speak, and unmistakable. Like it bypasses what is normally referred to as interpretation or perspective. That might sound weird, but it seems ordinary when it happens. Maybe not the first couple times. Ordinary in the sense, there is always a ‘next thing’, and so (short of a psychedelic trip) it just seems like the next most logical thing. Though this “multidimensional screen” is not like thinking & logic at all. Just a reference / analogy. The state is not a factor, this is past the states stage. They themselves are love & uncondition. The actuality is everything. What is seen on this ‘multidimensional mind screen’ is what is pertinent to Love, healing, peace, the path, and that specific person’s relative realizations had, and yet to be had. Often, the imagery is a symbolic message of sorts, which fills their gap, and enables a guru to then communicate it with the person. Though, few guru’s seem to explain this inner “process” that transpires. They can not access your past (at-least I can’t), but in their presence, you might. The mind is limitless in what can arise. It is typically almost completely ‘untapped’ into. It is not limited to what one might call ‘everyday ordinary operations’. For example, a lady I met with recently literally leaped out of her chair crying and laughing, as she told me about her past life. She had never experienced the ‘solid imagery’ the mind can do. Tons of details all in an instant. She kept saying “a lifetime just happened!!” It was very interesting. She had obviously experienced something very profound and very life changing, though I saw it too, the same, but in entirely different ways. She also received direction, in the most practical literal step by step sense, regarding the remainder of her path, from her Self, though she credited this to me. (I think she felt like I planted it there or something) She kept insisting I was in her past life, and saying how weird & funny it was because though I was there, I was the one person she couldn’t see. Make of that what you will. Lol. I try not to interpret it.
  10. @Mikael89 Who dis? Just kiddin. Loving your attitude man. @Paul92 OMG the nerve of some people. Moving on with her life and finding happiness. Who does she think she is!? Maybe you created the belief you need her or someone for you to be happy? You don’t, but that’s a tough belief, a tough attachment to let go of. You can do it though. The direct route would be to forgive her and forgive yourself, and to wish her happiness. You don’t have to carry such weight. You can put it down. Listen to your emotions. They’re telling there is an issue with your chosen perspective.
  11. Being on 5meo for the rest of your life is like being on 5meo for the rest of your life. Eating an apple is like eating an apple. Sweeping a floor is like sweeping a floor. Actuality! Mu! Samadhi is the best of “both worlds”, delicious perfection in imperfection, of The Middle Way. One can not be told what it feels like. Because.... Thoughts are like thoughts. Feeling is like feeling. Samadhi is without thoughts. If someone tells you what it’s like, you don’t have “what it is”, you have thoughts now, about what it is. Only direct experience will do!
  12. The word nonexistence literally says that there is no such thing as that-which-does-not-exist. It is a word, and idea, a belief. It is not an actuality. It is your belief / thinking about nonexistence which is causing your depression (at least, in part) There is no need to cope when one is in Love. That’s a silly notion. Real is infinitely better than you could ever believe or imagine, that is why you must do the work, to realize your beliefs are just beliefs, and the Truth is indeed wonderful. So glad to hear you made an appt. You seem to really be stuck on your current beliefs of what is real or not real. You are real. Your beliefs, that ego, the sense of ‘I already know everything’...that’s what’s giving you all the trouble. You are believing your assumptions. Lighten up. The Truth indeed ‘sets one free’. An easy conceptual path to the relief and humility of “I don’t know” is to consider that you are making claims that you know things which take some people entire lifetimes to know. “Not knowing” feels amazingly good. Asserting that you know when you don’t really, does not feel good. Dishonesty and arrogance does not feel good. That is literally why it does not feel good, because the thought is not true. Perhaps there is an opportunity for you to listen to your own emotional guidance, granted you’ve got some beliefs to sort out too.
  13. @Serotoninluv Nice. I see that also now.
  14. Well first and foremost, “this formless thing” is you and is not a thing. The ego can’t “not trust it’s thought’s” because the ego is constructed of thoughts. It is a profound evidence of your true nature being that of a creator. You, formlessness, created you, “zerolSinfinity” with Mind (Nothing), and “zerolSinfinity” has created another “self” (“ego”), with mind (Something). All the while, there is no actual distinction of something and nothing in actuality. But this is just words, words, words. What is needed is practice, practice, practice.
  15. The “script” is repetition of thinking. It only seems automatic. Without believing thoughts, they dissipate and cease, then there’s no “script” anymore. What if you writing the script spontaneously as you are acting out the seens? It’s not so much wether you are in control or not, it’s more is that a separate self which could be controlling or not, and are there separate things which could be controlled or not. Try to find the exact line between the dream state, the lucid dream state, and the daytime or ‘awake’ state. What you’ll find is the line is made only in thinking, and there is a repetition, a pattern of thought which is paper thin, but thick enough to veil by convincing there are such differences. The level of scrutiny required must surpass the level of “trickery” involved. Instinctually, we go to our thinking for this scrutiny. That is necessary, but will not take one ‘all the way there’. Trust comes into the puzzle down the road. “Is is legit to achieve nonduality through lucid dreaming? Or nonduality cannot exist within a dream?” That is a profoundly insightful question / observation. Take notice of the level of thinking / trickery involved in that the question about nondual realization is itself a foundation of distinction, or, duality. “If I ever try to manipulate the dream (ego fear / general thinking), it will end.) That is a huge insight. One thought is enough to launch a narrative, which veils the Truth. “How can you even grow without silly doubts?” That is a deeply wise observation. Starting to expect some pretty big realizations from you.
  16. If all that is experienced comes and goes and therefore is not it, and if ‘it’ is what nonduality points to, then being an empath must therefore be a state / stage. If it’s a stage / stage, a great question is what is the next state / stage. One way to look at being an empathic is using spiral dynamics analogously. With each color there are the dualistic realizations, followed by nondualistic self realizations. If that’s agreeable, then the inspiration path wise to realize the true root of being an empath would be because channeling comes next. If that’s not agreeable, just ignore this. I don’t know nuthin really.
