  1. If you are breathing, if there are clocks, if you have moved from here to there, if you are reading this now, you are in heaven. You are certainly not within a “caravan of despair”.
  2. @Hellspeed So perfectly accurately explained, I actually lost my breath for a sec there. ?? Really though, thank you.
  3. @Prada Elliptical, earbuds, tablet. Theory & health. “Two worlds collide”.
  4. @rnd Look at your hand, notice “hand” is a thought, a label. What actually is ??
  5. @Rilles Aright, alright. Better stop before you Confucius.
  6. @Inliytened1 Nothing is hidden from you. ☺️
  7. Yes, the meaning, the thought, still you, existing, meaninglessly, though even that implies meaning. ....liberation, still you. You don’t actually liberate from.
  8. @abrakamowse lol. Is there nonexistence? Is existence & no existence a duality, conceptual?
  9. The understanding of reincarnation, or even of carnation, is in actuality itself you. The understanding is no more a product of an understander, than consciousness a product of a brain. There is not that which understands, and that which is understood. There is not one which incarnates, and reincarnates - there is nonduality, actuality, and it is only you. The inescapable fact, is the catalyst of the very thought “reincarnation”. It is Self evident. The conceptualized self survives via self reference , past reference, and future reference. The gospel Is, and there are none of these. Concept survives only in the mind of man, while man is, in actuality, only Mind. Who can it be said to “I reincarnate”? Who says this? Often the first step away is “soul”, the second “reincarnation”, an odd blasphemy of Understanding. A reservation for the understander, a table for one, at which no one is ever sitting. A thought about self, is itself, the self - not, in actuality, some thing, about some self. ALL is Well, so too are you, the misunderstanding, so too are you, every thought.
  10. @StarStruck You keep sitting in the chair, alert, and breathing.
  11. @astrokeen A joyful appreciation for letting go & a genuine willingness for meditation.
  12. @astrokeen 4g is plenty. About 20 years of med. Had let go of a lot already.
  13. @abrakamowse Have you experienced the distinction? Or are you thinking It?
  14. @docs20 There are some experiences to be had with the practitioners of things like TM, Yoga, Reiki, Psychics, Mediums, which can be grounding, calming, healing, and also completely paradigm changing. There is a lot to sift through for sure. But it’s like trying to tell someone what a trip is like when they haven’t been. You have to go and see. The mantra in Tm would be meaningful for you, because you would create it. I’d rather meditate overnight in the middle of the woods, but if you could use a hand just getting started & some help from a more advanced meditator, try TM. I believe it’s a twice a day schedule at home, and meeting weekly could be useful accountability & guidance with more than you might suspect. It’s a bunch of things adding up to breakthroughs that matters anyways. Try a bunch of things. There is also something you’re saying to your life when you just pull the trigger so to speak, and do it.
  15. @Rigel There’s value in seeing how much you stand to relax and let go. Likely a well being paradigm shift & a spiritual-backlash coming soon I bet. Living can be easier than what you’re accustomed to perspective wise. You’re harshing your own mellow a bit in some ways. Lighten up on yourself. The path is the only non-hoax though, the red pill of self reflection. The message from the shroomery might be to have more faith in yourself. Maybe you are already going in a direction that’s feeling good...? But doubting too much? Go down to that basement floor within. Just truth and love down there, no doubt. “...and I know, just how you feel. You got to roll with the punches, to get to what’s real.” Truth’s everywhere man, you’ll be rockin again.
  16. @who chit That’s it right there! Nice. @Mezanti Hard to say with certainty but developing a ‘zone’ practice in which you flow or disappear, like an instrument, sport, etc, probably helps with the channeling. Not necessary though.
