  1. You never come and go. You never move at all. All that appears to change, all separate things, upon proper inspection, are revealed to be magic. Eternity is a banana, infinity a glass of water, inseparable from knowing - the unchanging, immovable, undefinable, ineffable, Truth.
  2. Becoming attentive of what you’ve been inattentive to, is very much a first step of the way. Notice the apparent division of actual loving & aware you - and the “you” in thought stories (your idea of you, a ‘thought cluster’ about you). Consider, it’s not possible to become a more loving person, but rather, to continue to be attentive & aware, self discovering - while ‘playing the role’ of a person from an ever increasing vantage point of Loving. In a sense, stages of life; need love, want love, give love, am Love, Love is All. Or, “you can’t give what you don’t have”, is realized to be “you can only give, what you are, and have always been”. It can be very releasing & relieving to begin to see how sensations are typically experienced via a “you” in your thought stories. This is where guilt, value, ‘becoming’, ‘lying to myself’, egoic behaviors, & paradoxes etc are created. Be attentive to the fact that you are not in the thought stories, but are the awareness, present, and directly aware of the thoughts, here & now. Really notice this is always the case. Notice when you’ve ‘gone off’ into a thought story. Suffering happens in the thought stories; but the opportunity for intelligent choices, loving, and action, are always - here & now. As you are more loving, and not striving to be ‘more lovable’, the dissolving of the ego is naturally underway. Also notice, the only ‘place’ you have ever experienced love, is within you. It is not mac & cheese you buy at a store, it is not the light from the sun - it is always unseen & unheard - within you. In thought stories, love seems to come and go, in accordance with stories about your “self”. Notice, with regard to “feeling better about myself”....you are directly aware of thoughts, sensations, and perception. You are not actually aware of “a self” which you could “feel better about”. When we mix the sensation with the “self” in the thought stories, we misunderstand the direct everpresent guidance of sensations, and experience guilt, etc. Notice when a thought “about yourself” arises - the thought is not actually about yourself - the self is actually what is aware of the thought (about a self). A thought about yourself could never be true. You will always be the awareness of. It might take a bit for this to “click” but when it does, it is astounding how liberating it is. The potential for new, never-felt-before-sensations is miraculous, and quite real. Tap into that for fuck sakes!

  6. Nature & unnatural are perspectives. Being 100% down with nature...just spent days ‘in it’...not bashing nature at all, or pointing to “unnatural”...I’m just saying consider a neti neti approach too... Like sit in nature and say, “how am I not at all like that tree”...”in what ways am I not like that rabbit”...etc. What about “my” or this experience is different? There is a worthwhile revelation in it. Another pointer through analogy might be...I am dream, I love being surrounded by this dream, it’s alive and wonderful. And also saying...in what ways am I not like this dream? A noteworthy contemplation might be something like ....How come I’m not reacting at all to what I think that squirrel is thinking about me? He’s lookin right at me, he must be perceiving me, he must be thinking about me. Must he though? Does the squirrel think he was born, too? Does the tree? It’s being, so it must be thinking about being, right? This would have to be pretty elaborate if the tree is being, yet not perceiving me, - is not thinking about me. Why are all the trees thinking there are all the trees? Maybe intelligence has nothing to do with trees. Maybe it has everything to do with them. Ever occurred to you to ask one, and actually listen to the answer? *Again - in addition to, not opposite of.
  7. @seeking_brilliance I absolutely love & enjoy your posts and especially this one. In the vein of in addition to, it is of great use to also see the ways in which man is nothing like nature. (Again, in addition to - not instead of)
  8. @kieranperez Don’t forget to feel good. You’ve been doing some great work. ?? Also, inspect how what “dissolves” is recreated. Clarity: sensations....misunderstood...avoided / suffering....inspected, understood,...illusion of separation just was never there, and no more recreating the tension & stress (chest pressure) etc. Godspeed man, rootin for ya, as always.
  9. @Max_V Are you seeing, even a little yet, how you are misunderstanding the sensations? How they are telling you “that’s not true”? As in, “Does the universe want the best for us”... Only in misunderstanding sensation & thought, could you believe you are separate from the universe, and that the two of you have separate intentions. “Your” sensations, are the universe (already).
  10. @Western Buddha What about the liberating perspective... “I chose, next time I’ll choose differently”...and letting it go? Notice, you are keeping this in the forefront...why are you doing that?
  11. This is said in an almost whole ignore-ance..... “Why go on vacation when I’ll just be back home after?” Everything will never make sense without Nothing. The opportunity of the greatest of all experiences, the “best of both worlds”, is ticking away. Meditation is the way.
  12. You’re really onto something here. It’s as if deep sleep is just an assumption. You “don’t get it” because you’re not taking it a priori, whereas many do “get it”, because they don’t inspect and notice it’s an assumption. I’d consider following that through...what if someone never slept...what’d happen...really? What if someone never ate? What’d happen? How would it feel, in terms of progression, without these (sleep & eating)?

  14. @Jkris It’s as if each day is it’s own dream of implied consistency. Then take away the days, the awake and asleep. They are all just in today’s dream. Implications of nothing, of ‘today’, of ‘now’.

  16. @Meditationdude For what it’s worth, having taken 6+grams of shroom tea many times, and 30+mg meo a handful of times, both insufflation & vaporized...the shroom trips were far more powerful. Probably because I did only the shrooms 20 - 30 trips before trying 5-MeO. Sounds like that’s where you’re coming from. I know it’s not the popular testimony, but you might actually find the outcome to be the opposite of what you’re thinking. Meo is quite powerful and also particularly smooth imo, compared to the mindfuck jungle shrooms can be. Meo is also very dialed in to just being / consciousness.
  17. @Max_V You too! Thank you! ?? Meditate every day, notice when you’re mixing, relish in the great feeling of presence, & liberation from thought stories. Perception will change, fear will be understood and reduced. Insights will come more often and you will begin to see the connection between them and sensations and thoughts stories and clarity. Things like retreats, trips, more intense practices, etc., will become much more approachable, obvious next steps.
  18. That is yet another thought story about you in the future. You are not in that story, you are not in the future, you are awareness present right now - aware of that thought. Notice the relief in being aware of this. Meditation slows the mind down, and you can see “the mix” coming a mile away. “The mixing” actually causes the turbulence, creates it. Stay with the sensations, not the thought stories. One is always true, the other is never true. Have the balls to Listen. You are directly aware of thoughts, you are directly aware of sensations. In mixing them, you forget you are what is, aware of thoughts & sensations.
  19. @electroBeam That’s confusing because you are present and aware, now. You are actually not in that thought story. In not noticing this, you suffer as if you were. Notice how mindbendingly simple this is, that by acknowledging what you just typed is just a thought, and only a thought.
