Always seems weird how the ego in demeaning labels is so readily missed. (Buddy, “my friend”, etc, used like that)

@wk197 It’d be anyone who isn’t holding (believing) your beliefs. You’ll experience “them knowing a higher truth”...but missing, they’re simply just not holding your belief. -

Then drop it. It was never right. ♥️ Feeling (Truth) tells you this, loud & clear. Instead of believing & reinforcing your idea (of “death”)...inspect it. -

@oMarcos I’d YouTube it and get a few different views, but in a broad stroke it’s a handful of beliefs identified with, which leave us operating from a limited place. Each one limits in it’s way, and was created to make sense of a feeling, which was misunderstood innocently to begin with. The intellect weaves identity to cope, “making sense” of feeling, and in doing so a misunderstanding / belief is perpetuated, and the feeling is suppressed. Beliefs are only beliefs, and can never continue through the light of awareness / inspection. The misunderstood / suppressed feelings are released, understanding arises, and the patterned habits freed, along with the idea of self they were “protecting” (self of course needs no protection). The mind was working overtime trying to “accomadate” or “make sense of” self & reality, while holding onto the beliefs. Inspecting, releasing the beliefs...there’s little to think about, or “keep in order”. And of course, one feels a new “tier” of feeling, wholeness, confidence, conviction, assured-ness, etc. The suppression or ignoring of the feeling is done by labeling feeling “depression”....and believing the thoughts...rather than listening to the feeling. Again, in total innocence. The feeling was true, the thoughts were never true to begin with. No thought about me can ever be true...because there is simply no getting around the fact that I am what is aware of , the thought. And what is aware? Awareness, of course. Awareness...is aware. The thought “my”, enables the belief “my stuff”. By believing in “my stuff” ....one is indirectly imposing a limiting self belief...”I am the separate self...separate from my stuff”. The intellect (sneaky) will attempt to overdue “keeping all the stuff in order” to maintain the facade of belief in “me, the fragmented, separate self”. The belief is only ‘kept alive’ by being recreated over and over now. That is only possible, by not inspecting the belief and releasing the suppressed feelings. These suppressed feelings (over years), tend to feel like a mountain, and then in the same manor we labelled feeling “depression” for lack of inspecting the feeling in the beginning...we then label feeling “fear”. Meanwhile, all along, there is no such thing as depression, or fear. It was all ‘at the hand’ of beliefs of identity, we completely, made up. That “mountain” always was, is, and always will be...actually... love. Some people, use drugs to maintain the suppression of these feelings. In kind, one in their presence / environment, who does not understand...”understands” like the person they’re around. Said another way, they adopt the same misunderstanding of feeling, as their exampler (parent) sets. To expedite & bring up deeper / clearer understanding, make it all most relevant to your life, by extracting from the inspection everything you know you don’t want, and write that on a pad of paper. Then from that, extract everything you do want, and write it on your dream board. Expanded emotional intelligence, as well as the building of true passion for your creating, are the natural outcome of this.

@Beginner Mind Become aware of the I. Bring awareness to the bottoms of your feet, then the palms of your hands, then the I. -
Nahm replied to Pilgrim's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Pilgrim How did the soul get wounded in the first place? Not so much ‘we’re’ born with it...but it terms of the soul...? “I wonder if someone who was able to detangle their ego, would still suffer from these wounds? “ Who’d be suffering? God? (‘Untangled ego’ = No “someone”.) “Or if they are only existent because of the ingrained beliefs.. and if we stop having these beliefs, then the soul would be free of these wounds? So the soul then would kind of store the ingrained beliefs of the ego. There is also so much channeled material, where the existence of souls is claimed. I really start to wonder if there is a part of essence in each of us which evolves over time? But I am simultaneously highly sceptical of it as well.. “ What would you think of telling a six year old there’s no Santa? What would you think of a sixty year old who genuinely adamantly believes in Santa? (Not in terms of judgement of them, but in relation to the thread inquiry.) Can you describe these wounds, without duality? “REJECTION, ABANDONMENT, HUMILIATION, BETRAYAL and INJUSTICE” -

@Preety_India What’s the difference between spirituality, quantum mechanics, reality, a garden hose, tweezers, and you? (When / if a thought / response arises...label it “thought” and shoot it in the waste paper basket like a crumpled piece of paper, and then maybe consider reading the question again ♥️) -
Nahm replied to Beginner Mind's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Beginner Mind If you wanted to, you could let go of / surrender - every belief about reality, the world, and who or what you think you are entirely. You can inspect all your beliefs to the degree that you notice and let go of belief in this language you’re reading, of all words and meanings, and of all communication. For example, this sentence doesn’t make any sense, it appears to because you believe it does. There is a chain of beliefs which make this seem so. -

@Thought Art For sure… And if that isn’t dream board talk I don’t know what is! I hope you’re rockin one.

@Thought Art ? Like an alarm clock I hope. ? ?

@dimitri Nice!♥️

@Buba By inspection work, I didn’t mean a ‘search for happiness’. I meant, inspect these thoughts & beliefs, see what is uncovered in the process. ♥️ There are thoughts about you at play, which simply are not true.

Nahm replied to Llight's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Llight If you just sit with them and let thought go, it will be revealed to you how you’re creating them right under your nose, so to speak. There’s not much more that can be communicated while you keep telling everyone what they know and think, instead of listening and contemplating. When that experience occurs for you, that is when you scrutinize the emotions you’re experiencing, rather than personifying your experience onto someone. You’ll see what I mean, and it is most worthwhile. Try writing about the feelings, there’s lots of insight to ‘gain’. -
Nahm replied to Llight's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Llight Your perspective seems to be from a secondary to emotion place, as if there were emotions and then consciousness. Whatever feeling you believe is commanding you, I can assure you that is not the case. -

Whatever it is, let it go completely, entirely. Then you know. -
@Robert Leavitt Beautiful! Thanks for sharing. ??

Nahm replied to Llight's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Llight You’re creating what you’re calling feeling, security, as well as emotion. It’s not separate, making it possible to “command you”. It may seem like it. There simply is no ‘final awakening’ or ‘enlightenment’. Nonetheless, I deduce my comment was unwelcomed, no worries, I wish you well on your path. -
Nahm replied to Llight's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Contemplate what that is. Scrutinize for subject-object false thinking. Such as, a first thing (person) could be controlled by a second thing (emotions). Such is the pointer, “nonduality”. Notice emotions are not separate. Control is a thought, an idea / belief. So is “enlightened people” btw. That emotions are something or could be something to “conquer” is a false perspective, and “makes an enemy” of emotion in belief, leaving a constant “goin against the grain”. Let go of this notion of “enlightened people”. That is not a real thing, at all. It’s more or less, working against you, because you hold a yet inspected indirect belief that you are not. You are putting people above yourself, putting them on a pedestal so to speak, subtly demeaning yourself. This is a form of ruminating. Instead, inspect your own beliefs. No, they are not. You have never experienced that anyone else is experiencing emotion. I’m not saying it is not a reasonable, logical deduction. I am pointing you to inspect your own direct experience. This reveals an entirely different actuality, from your existing beliefs. You could believe the story of Peter Pan and Dumbo too, and that would also be an idea in your head. But where would that get you in self realization? Look to direct experience, rather than believing stories (your own thoughts). ♥️ -
Get tight on your inspections. This is a false assumption. You have never once experienced what anyone is thinking. Upon inspection and realization of this, much overthinking is reduced, much freedom in terms of feeling & living in joy is ‘gained’ (revealed to be actual). Your statement subtly mentally ‘places’ problems, worries, disappointment, etc, in “an outside world”, but you are creating them, and you can inspect and see through them, as they are perspectives. Every time such a perspective arises, feeling tells you this. Listen to feeling, and be willing to let the thought / perspective go. Seriousness was learned from interpreting and identifying with the suffering, deflection, and projection of others, as “serious”. Write about feelings on paper. Trace it back. Perhaps you were raised in a ‘serious people environment’, and you currently still believe serious = reality, rather than seeing that it is only a perspective they were choosing from a place of fear, you are choosing also. Take time each day to express on paper in sincerity, this helps dissolve seriousness. It can also be extremely effective to “be what you are trying to inspect”, as in.... spend a few minutes each day trying to be as serious as you can. It tends to reveal the facade of it, sort of by poking fun at yourself, ‘charactering yourself’, resulting in hilarity breakthroughs. Keep a straight face, and “be super serious”. You’ll find, if you’re already pretending to be serious, but don’t realize you’re pretending...pretending on purpose can uproot / reveal it. Responsibility..... Reframe this as your own perspective rather than “of the world”....response-ability. Be aware of the almost-light-speed of reactionary thinking, by observing it. Begin slowing down, taking a few seconds, and then respond. Your ability to create response will go through the roof. Then, if you are being serious, you’ll be well aware you’re choosing to...and because it doesn’t feel sincere, you won’t anymore. The “trick” of realizing you are the creator of your reality, is not so much to begin doing it, but to scrutinize in this manor and inspect, realizing that you already are. Watch out for write off’s like “subconscious’. Whatever you think that might be, inspect it, become conscious of it. Allow awareness of the immense effort that attitude requires, but more importantly, simply notice it does not feel good, and has never resonated with you. Another “practice”, have someone slap you across the face a few times. Might sound ridiculous. Might be ridiculous. That’s why it works though.

@Buba You are already the true self. Like I said, do some inspection of any arising thought or belief which feels less that awesome, by writing about it on a pad of paper. Don’t fall for the pattern of distraction from doing this...such as continuing to talk about doing this. Actually do it.
