Psychiatry isn’t fraud. Belief isn’t true. Duality (psychology) is an appearance. What’ll you think the next such earth shattering breakthrough in no longer ignoring perception could be?

@traveler Take the message already my man. You’re interpreting thought & feeling backwards, and it ain’t workin. -
Nahm replied to DreamScape's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@DreamScape Yep. Pretty much the only thing you can’t do in this regard, is second guess it by sacrificing your authority. That = more “monkey mind”, which is the only veil in the ‘first place’. You might say what is desired is connection with truth (as truth), so monkey mind is a refuting of the truth, relatively. -
You have not been self inquiring for any length of time, that’s a thought. Self inquiry doesn’t make you tense whatsoever, that’s a thought. There is no you, no focusing, no hard... that’s a thought. There’s no “anyone else”, no other entity being asked here, that’s a thought. There’s no “explanation”, that’s a thought. There’s no “another explanation”, that’s a thought. There is no “you” “focusing on” awareness, that’s a thought. There’s no “you” “noticing”, nor “holding onto a perception”, nor are there “kinds” of “perceptions”, that’s just thoughts. There is no “I” which has ever “done” anything, nor “another I” which is ever “telling you what to do”, that’s a thought. There’s no “you” “keeping attention”, that’s a thought. “Pure empty awareness”, is just another thought. That another entity is speaking to you is another thought. That “you” are searching, is a thought. Experiencing awareness, is a thought. Being right, is a thought. Implications, is a thought. Self inquiry = let every arising thought go. And that is only a thought.

@Ar_Senses Sounds like you’re really carving out your unique niche and have a nicely solidifying vision & plan. Awesome man. Godspeed to ya. It’s easy to appreciate where you’re coming from with this line of work as well as where you’re headed. ??

@Keyhole No worries. ?? If you have any specific questions about it, let me know. -

@Keyhole If this is experientially understood, understanding & experience are known as self recognition, and therefore nothing is known. If this is in part conceptually understood, but not realized, a devious god of the gaps would act as a filler, or scapegoat, between relative conditions and unconditional. It’s of course one’s own right and one’s own business to do so. The offset however, could be an unnecessary expansion of void ‘between’ infinite unconditional and infinite unconditional appearing as finite mind. This could account for the feeling appearing to be influenced by dualities, which are unable to be understood relatively or attributed to nonduality. Scrutiny of direct experience reveals to oneself it is not equipped to absolutely understand the suffering of another, only of oneself. This is intrinsic of compassion, and not dualistic to it. Why people suffer can not be rationalized, only the absolute truth will do. There is suffering which could be said to be causal to the veiling of the finite mind, though it is not in any case subject object, or from one entity to a second entity in it’s true nature. There could also be said to be suffering in not realizing this, but that is not the suffering of an albeit innocent approach such as the god of the gap. This could be a great example of apparent misfortune which can be revealed to be the greatest of fortunes, synchronistically hinging on understanding. -

@Keyhole Infinite consciousness can not know a finite world. Likewise, nondual awareness is, when all dualities in perspective are let go. Unconditional truth can not be known by applying conditions. -
@Raptorsin7 When feeling is in discord, pretend you’re totally fine with everything exactly as it is. You’ll know the condition being held by feeling the difference between the ‘everything’s fine as is’ perspective & the ‘what I need / want to be different so I can be happy right now is...’ perspective. The feeling of resistance will reveal the holding of the condition. Relax, and impartially dial into & examine that feeling for understanding. This points to realizing. Technically, no one can actually tell you how to let conditions go, because you have to choose to, and yet there is no actual subject object relationship transpiring in the experience. One is only believing there is, and one can continue believing this, or let go of the conditions which support the belief. It is equivalent to asking ‘how can I stop believing I’m the person...and know I’m infinite love?’... Let beliefs which don’t resonate with the love that you are, go.

Good feeling is not produced or procured, though it certainly appears to be. It is only temporarily apparently veiled with conditions. Letting them go, nothing is known to be the source of all good feeling. Good feeling is ever present in everyone and in all things & experience as well. Then either you are perfectly at peace in our unconditionally loving infinite being, or, you’re holding some conditions and they are readily known to you by occurrences of the experience of discord. Wanting to want is just wanting. ‘Wanting to want’ is thinking about wanting. If the wanting is stuck, doubling down is not the way to go. Letting go is the way. However the world is, is fine. However you are, is fine. Let go completely. Good feeling alway arises.

It’s a rather amazing discovery - non-reaction, aka no longer believing one’s own thoughts. It seems like you’re going to things & places, driving, walking, etc. But you aren’t ever actually moving. Thought, perception & sensation convince you that you are ‘going to things’, ‘moving’. But you aren’t. You’re attracting. You never move. Write what you actually want on your dreamboard. Let go of resistant thoughts about ‘getting there’, and of ‘how’ it will arrive. What you want is already being attracted - the dreamboard helps you to see, realize, relax, and enjoy this. The most amazing discovery, is the truth of you.

@Serotoninluv ...“chirp”. ?

@Ar_Senses Amazing vision man. What’s first for you?

There is no future. Think of a unicorn. Notice it’s a thought. Only direct experience will do. Slow down. Meditate every morning, first thing. There is only now, present. Notice - the “reason you have anxiety” - has nothing to do with anything in the present. Analogously, you’re writing a story about a future which sucks, and acting surprised when it feels like it sucks. Don’t avoid feeling, go to it. Swim in it. Live in it. Examine it. Know everything about it.
-
@Heaven Believing desire leads to suffering is believing in causation, believing in causation one is already holding oneself apart from the ‘present moment’. Desire is not a concept in the future, it is your asking of this question.

Nahm replied to mandyjw's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@mandyjw With enough strife you can realize effortlessness. If you’re responsible enough you can have fun. If you’re conceptual enough you can achieve no mind. Find the right teacher and you can become the right teacher. If you let thoughts of this go, it’ll make perfect sense. But don’t believe me, this is simply the Truth. -

It’s ok, we’re simpathetic. -

Nahm replied to Danioover9000's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Danioover9000 The very word is telling you very plainly that there is no such ‘thing’. There isn’t non existence. That’s what the word means. There is no “it” in this case....because...it doesn’t exist. Notice, you’re not actually thinking about non existence, only the word, and then questioning if existence has an opposite. -
@Philipp You can always start really small, and increase incrementally really small. Whatever speed you’re comfortable with. That feeling isn’t about what might happen as you might be believing. It’s that feeling can’t go ‘into the future’ like thought appears to. Feeling & thought are either aligned now, or not. Feeling is guidance. Thoughts are chosen in accordance with, in alignment with, feeling. Otherwise, we experience a “sense of separation” that we can’t quite put a finger on, and it blows. If you get that down, when you’re tripping balls, you’ll be happy & present.

@Meta-Man In that scenario there’s no meta-man, nor blaming. ♥️ Just God self realizing and murdering millions of innocent people. ???? -
Nahm replied to Rilles's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Does the absence of wanting equal not wanting? @Meta-Man Let this corona situation resolve a bit before you fully awaken as unconditional love and start the second holocaust though. Tx. -
Nahm replied to Rilles's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Am I understanding what you’re saying....you don’t want to murder any one, so to speak...unconditional love does. I think I understand the “position”, so to speak, what’s being said. The sentiment & ‘message’ of it however eludes. Side note, did our convo here just synchronistically attract @Free Mind? Weird. That’s some heavy stuff there Free Mind. -
Nahm replied to Rilles's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Meta-Man Ok. Thanks. Hope it’s not taken as judgmental, just not understanding why you want that stuff, especially as you are unconditional.
