  1. This is where your life changing realization is to be found. There is not and never will be a thought about you. Every single thought about you, is false. Feeling tells you so, every single time. “I have always struggled with my self perception”. vs “I have always struggled with mistaking a thought about myself, for myself.” vs “I am the awareness of the thought. I am prior. Thought comes & goes, I, awareness, consciousness - do not.” vs “Through proper investigation, I find no separation between myself which never comes & goes, and all else which comes & goes. I must therefore conclude I am either formless, or deluding myself, with thoughts of myself, which are myself, and thus can not be about myself”.   2. @beastcookie What would it be to see through the veil of sex & body, to know the source of mindless bliss? ...Not to settle for the cover story, the projection, the assumption, the apparent? Scrutinize...has touch ever actually happened? ....like wise, sex...reproduction...living? See through biology, neurology, quantum mechanics, to & through transmission.

  7. No it does not. Infinity does not experience other than infinity, because infinity. Infinite can not know finite, because infinite. These things you’re thinking up are finite thoughts, which are made of, or are actually, infinity, so they can never be about infinity, they only appear to be. Eternity can not know time, our, or lives. God does not give a you joy and happiness. God is you, is joy, is happiness. When you suffer, God is not. Absolute infinity is not everything you can imagine, everything you can imagine is finite.
  8. Now you’re gettin somewhere. How is nonduality a paradigm? Where / what is the “psychological domain”? How is “the psychological domain” not a paradigm, and not an appearance? If there are just appearances, there’s no remaining question regarding authenticity. If one is in the materialist paradigm, identified as the body mind, there is suffering and therefore there are questions regarding authenticity.
  9. There‘s no me or not me to be mine. That is a thought of you, not you, and yes, it is not useful to a thought of you, only to the liberation of you. Consider the logic being employed, that all paradigms have been transcended yet you’re asking if it’s possible to be absolutely authentic. The paradigm you’re in is materialism, being a solid separate “you”. But that you is a thought, which ‘itself’ isn’t solid, separate, or material.
  10. Yes indeed. ‘Do’ that. But it’s not a matter of mentally overcoming, it’s letting it go, not believing thoughts. Simply see your friend can do this too. It is not up to you for them. It’s up to them. In attempting to accept reality, one is believing one is separate from it. No thought will do, as all is love, and love can not be thought. Be an undeniable example. Live the life you dream of unabashedly.

  13. @soos_mite_ah Meditation, working your way up to an hour every morning, is great for realizing you’re never thinking about what people think, you’re only thinking about what you think other people think. Also, through meditation, the body releases the emotional misunderstanding all on it own. The trick is mindfully getting out of the way / not ‘going into’ thinking about yourself. Meditation done properly revealed you are the awareness, aware of the thoughts....so no thought about you was ever actually about you, but was supporting the identifying as the body (suppressing & preventing emotional release). If emotional release gets too strong, go for a walk and focus on seeing, hearing, breathing & feeling. Write about how you feel. Pour yourself into things & activities you love...pain becomes beauty miraculously, but only in direct experience. Never in thinking. Godspeed. ? Take advantage of all resources available to you. Sometimes the mind says ‘more is needed’...when often less is helpful. Food, thoughts, etc.

  15. @Kiko That is mastery my man. What a breakthrough. Keep going, and keep letting go of what doesn’t resonate. Never give up. You Will win with this, period. Nothing less will do. I completely absolutely believe in you. You’re right on. You distanced from the love you are, and are therefore trying to get it from others, and finding this doesn’t pan out. What ultimately works is releasing the misunderstanding & emotion suppressed. Your bravely & willingness to address this, your determination not to settle - very impressive. That’s the God within. That’s Love. You are what GOOD is. Absolutely. Unarguable. Undeniable. This is why those beliefs about yourself do not feel good. The beliefs are about you not being Good. And you are Good. So some beliefs, like those, will never jive. Expression is key. Recognize how you feel and express it thoroughly. Google how to use the emotional scale if you want to do some healing, expressing, & understanding work. Avoidance of this is the thoughts of suicide, negative thoughts about yourself, that the past defines you, that you are the body, etc. These are all the mind trying to make some sense of the suppression of feeling. Let the thoughts come & go, keep relaxing the body head to toe over & over, keep returning focus to relaxed breathing from the stomach. All of the suppression will unsuppress, it will indeed suck to experience, but it will leave the body for good and you will experience clarity, insight & understanding at a level you never thought possible. All of it. It is the grabbing onto thought stories about me, past, future, others, which suppresses & prevents release & expression. Nobody processes your karma for you but Love. When you’re ready, love washes it all out. Likewise, what he did is his karma. It’s his demon to bare, not yours. It’s not your fault. It is absolutely no reflection of you. It says nothing about who you really are. Nothing. Visit a therapist. Don’t size it up without even experiencing it. Go there and dump every bit of the emotion you’ve been carrying on em. Empty both barrels. “Wash yourself of yourself”. Shed that skin of old and leave it on their floor. There are lots of people too afraid to inspect and release like you are. So after you clear out and come to know this love, considering sharing it, so others can be encouraged and know ourself too. God bless. Wishing you love & healing.   17. @Tim R Eat clean, meditate for an hour every morning & if you are able to, exercise daily. Connect as deeply as possible with feeling through things you enjoy, like & love. Might be relationships, hobbies, work, poetry, painting, songwriting, science, nature, mindfulness, etc. Whatever you really love & enjoy, bring more, as much as possible, into your life. Make a dreamboard, begin shifting focus away from the perspectives you’ve mentioned (what you don’t want / what doesn’t feel good what you’re worried about) to what you do want, what does resonate. Start talking with folks about that instead. If you continue to paint a picture which doesn’t resonate with you, since you’re creating discord within yourself, your initial trips will be the surrender or ripping away of that falsity / discord. If you instead create a vision of what you do want for this lifetime, what does resonate with you, you’d have essentially addressed much of the ‘low hanging fruit’ of how you’re creating “fear”, and the initial trips are more likely to be awe, amazement, revelation & wonder...as well as plentiful in terms of insights aligning with & supporting your vision. Don’t worry about what to take, how much to take or how to take it, research throughly. Don’t worry about substances, test them with a kit. Don’t worry about amount, just start very small. Think of the trip like you’re planning to go to Disney World. Recognize a thought about Disney World isn’t Disney World, and you won’t have any experience of it, until you’re there. This reveals you’re not actually ‘dealing with’ anything about a trip whatsoever...but rather the believing & focusing on of thoughts which feeling tells you are not true. This develops the recognition between a thought & direct experience, which = willingness of letting thoughts which don’t resonate with you go, and ‘listening’ to feeling instead. Arguably this is the difference between “bad” trips and amazing breakthrough / life changing / life enhancing trips.
