  1. The thinking that you ‘got spiraled’, vs appreciating the creative power that you are, by recognizing & aligning feeling, intentions, attitude, perspectives, choices, etc, led to ‘solving’ this with spirituality / psychedelics, rather than inspecting what was going on with you. They essentially do ‘solve’ it, but by revealing to you that what wasn’t feeling good to you was not the circumstances, but the thoughts & perspectives about circumstances. The discovery that how you feel is entirely reflective of outlook and the letting go of reactionary patterns is a natural experience. Unless you add an absorbent amount of psychedelics all in one trip. Then you see the whole show all at once and overwhelm yourself. Then it seems you doubled down on the prior outlook, rather than hearing the message. With a foundation of daily meditation, the thoughts (about circumstances) which don’t resonate, are let go, and the activity of the mind rests. The body empties of resistance. Clarity & understanding arises. Then, when you take a trip, you don’t resist, you breathe, relax, and more unconditionally enjoy the wildly amazing ride. Because there wasn’t a proper foundation, the mind ran amuck with resistance. This is indicative of the day to day ‘monkey mind’, aka ruminating or overthinking, which is perpetuated by misinterpreting the role of thought, and under appreciating the role of attitude, or, outlook. So a ton of resistance, and a ton of mental misinterpretation, resulted in a dramatically increased suppression of feeling, which exacerbated the ruminating (worry etc) of the mind. Another way to say that, is the mind sought outwardly for resolve, avoiding feeling, which is suffering. The stomach is effected by the beliefs around not digesting your outlook, because the perspectives don’t resonate with feeling, but are held nonetheless at the expense of suffering. The heart is effected because the perspectives that you felt discord with were expanded rather than let go. The misunderstanding & misinterpretation of thought & feeling was exaggerated & projected on the meta...rather than being let go or seeking understanding and or discovering resonating interpretations, regarding the fore mentioned habit of unconscious projection. That is, believing how you feel is because of circumstances, and carrying (trying to) your conditions into the unconditional. Those conditions resumed rather immediately. From going to fast on the trip, it’s a blur vs an opportunity of inspection. Indicative of the same misunderstanding. The belief is that you can remember feeling in the past. The misunderstanding persists though the actuality of feeling (in the present) of resistance is loud & clear. (But unfortunately not understood and thus heard and integrated). The hell is the fore mentioned misunderstandings which make it very difficult to find your way to resonating with truth. The key is scrutinizing how you’re looking at things, interpreting. When a perspective doesn’t resonate, choose a better feeling thought. Be less concerned with the truth, accuracy, ‘rightness’ of the thought, and care about how you feel. Get understanding. Talk to some. Experience healing modalities. Write about how you feel in the moment and realize more emotional intelligence / understanding.
  2. Indeed. Can’t think of self, self is always the awareness of the “thought”. (Self referential thinking)
  3. @Scholar I think you’re missing the golden lining here. You can’t just tell someone they and knowledge & understanding are illusory and expect it to just ‘click’. Imo there is always the theme, or caution, to not believe ‘me’. By the time this is realized life is so blissful it’s not problematic, it’s hysterical.
  4. Is there really an I which is far from a level. Seen, heard, witness either in any way really? Maybe seen about, heard about, and believing about. Likewise, who, what, attributes suffering & expansion to “consciousness”?
  5. @Eren Eeager If interested, google what is smell, and go down that rabbit hole with spirituality in mind.
  6. I think it’s great. One becomes aware of the outward movement of thought story / avoidance, by ‘bringing awareness back home’.
  7. Not sure if it’s “normal” but totally relatable yes.
  8. Then the self referential thinking is non resistant. It’s actually what you want, what feels good & aligned for you.
  9. There’s no you which has satori’s. Knowledge is only an appearance, comes & goes.
  10. “Something is wrong” is not a feeling, it’s thought, concept, perspective. When you believe that thought is the feeling you create the suffering and peace seems distant. It is the peace which lets the thought go.
  11. Story of others, achievement...reinforces the belief you’re separate. Story of you awakening & falling into the illusion is thoughts only. It’s a story about a ‘you’. States, condemnation, psychedelics, sober, temporary states, illusion, fragmented, prison...nobody’s forcing you to retell these stories about yourself. Contemplate why you’re doing this. Be attentive to what you are being inattentive to. ‘Go back’, to the very first step of avoiding feeling. ??
  12. @LfcCharlie4 ‘His’ authenticity & honesty is so pungent you can practically taste it.
  13. Reacting would be in kind, name calling, assuming, blaming, writing off, projecting, etc. Responding does not equate to reacting. That is one of the nuances I became aware of in what I shared in the last post. When I slowed down and was honest with my self that those behaviors didn’t feel good, it was readily seen and naturally concluded. Theories can be not believed also. Especially in cases where they don’t feel good. The suffering is in the misunderstanding, misinterpretation, and misidentification. Essentially, thoughts which don’t feel good, but are believed in spite of feeling. The misunderstanding is due to believing assumptions in lieu of direct experience. You’ve not experienced God, so you believe God is separate from you, and like you, can choose to create dualities - suffering - or anything other than or ‘over’ infinite goodness. God never suffers. God does not know suffering. God is only knowing of infinite goodness, because that is all there is. Your suffering is released either by the recognition & relinquishing of presently held assumptions & beliefs, or the direct experience of God. These are actually the same, but as a course of action either would suffice. The misinterpretation persists only in reinstating & affirming it, in spite of how it feels. The trouble with assumptions and beliefs is one believes their belief is true. One then see’s no reason to inspect, because they are already ‘right’, in spite of how being ‘right’ feels. These assumptions are at the most fundamental level, and all experience is tainted as such. It is not easy to see, because it effects the whole of experience. There is never a shortage of how it feels though. Feeling is always decisive & clear. To remain believing the assumption, requires one to avoid feeling. To avoid feeling, is to avoid the goodness, the truth. The misidentification is derived only of thought attachment. The belief you are Redline, a person, a human, form, separate, physical, etc, and that there is a God which is separate of you. Meditation is great for detaching from thoughts & getting some ‘space’ for inspection of thoughts. Inspection is great for releasing beliefs & assumptions which don’t feel good, and realizing truth which feels amazing & inspiring. Writing about feelings clarifies misunderstandings, and understanding arises. Then there can be open mindedness. With open mindedness, a fresh approach can be undertaken to contemplate new perspectives, and ‘listen’ to feeling going forward, as not to create more assumptions & beiefs. Stuff you might contemplate or consider if & when... God doesn’t make choices. There is nothing to choose from. God is unconditional. God forgets God is God, by appearing as Redline. God does not experience suffering, or unconsciousness, because God is infinite consciousness. Death is an assumption, a belief.
