Should be said, these are ‘story time’ answers about ‘Phil’, but happy to help nonetheless. It would be entirely relative to that someone. To give a general answer though, for a seeker... loving, responsibility, a clean diet, fitness, Maslow’s pyramid, using the dreamboard & emotional scale, daily proper meditation, guitar and or piano & singing, solo retreats & trips in nature, the books Ask & It Is Given, and The Nature Of Consciousness, law of attraction, law of one, law of as above & so below, all of the immutable / universal laws really, basic economics, psychology, neurology and quantum mechanics. Again, very general here, the much preferred answer is entirely a one off from talking to the seeker, if they’re still a seeker by the time we’re done talking, which is highly unlikely. To someone who wants to start a similar business I’d suggest scheduling a session. That’s not a sexy answer I realize, but it would be entirely relative to that someone. There really is no generic answer I could say here that would not be misleading. Imagine someone advising Ester to be like Rupert, or Rupert to be like Ester. Can’t be generalized really, other than to say it would be best if they had many years of experience talking with individuals, couples, and families about wants, needs, & life dreams, and have already met their own needs, are manifesting their wants, and living their dream life. Generally speaking, the best experience for helping people create successful businesses is having created serval successful businesss, like any other line of work in that way. No. None. It’s been a great joy in my life. That there were no challenges is basically the result of the answer to question 1. Fall in love with truth and being alone, or find something more fitting that one is passionate about, maybe life coaching or the like. That is not to say be alone. I’ve a wife & family, friends, coworkers, etc. Offered what came to mind. The only real answer is I never thought of any it. It really is just experiencing what’s happening so to speak.

It’s not what others say that gets your goat, it’s your own vibrational resonance with it. Do what they have not, use the scale. Harmonizing is for the studio, not the muggles. ? Put ideas on dreamboard, make them literally in your reach. See them visually, perceptually, rather than as thoughts which come & go. Then watch them manifest & use the emotional scale for any discord along the way.

Check direct experience. The seeker is illusory. Ineffable. Inspect, de-condition, self realize satisfaction beyond asking. There is only the words to go on here. Reading into it more, as in thinking more isn’t inspecting, de-conditioning, self realization.

Thinking that way doesn’t feel good, yet feeling is blamed. Nothing “personal”, I couldn’t love ya more, but you’re already deluded. You’re not God. Take that one slow my friend... not two. Sometimes what seems popular is really poopular. Use the emotional scale to release. You create your reality, so why claim of ten minute molehill is a lifetime mountain? On a Jesus kick lately, bear with Me... "Whoever blasphemes against the father will be forgiven, and whoever blasphemes against the son will be forgiven, but whoever blasphemes against the holy spirit will not be forgiven either on earth or in heaven." Curse God, no biggie. Curse other people, no biggie. Curse your life, you screw yourself. Understanding emotions, using the scale, is amazing. It uncovers the magic of reality. No one can make you understand yourself though, you’ve got to put the armor down and willingly choose to. Home slice is coming from truth & wisdom. We just love the giggles outta ya man. Living life without emotional releases is like having sex without orgasms. There would be a “what the hell’s the point” kinda vibe. Totally understandable. You’re missing out bruh.

You & reaction is already duality. Reaction isn’t natural, it’s a causal semblance. You can not be a thought (unreal) which you are experiencing. Seeking is not believing, it is inspecting what is actual. The illusion of the separation, or separate self is already apparent. No, that is another duality. “It” & true, you & nothing. Likewise, you & states, someone & not doing or not getting, someone becoming aware. The dualities, and imo, most respectfully and relevantly, the suffering, is already the case.

@zeroISinfinity It sounds like you’ve got a dream paradigm that could be seen through. In the sense, if the beard of dream is shaved, being is the clean face.

It’s always what we claim to know that shoots our foot. The knower can never see what the knowing claims to know. Before you concern yourself with the splinter in the other’s eye, remove the board from your own eye. That is, you believe it’s because of someone else that you feel that way, because you aren’t inspecting your own beliefs / judgement / conditions. The miracle of doing the work of inspection, is unconditional love & unconditional happiness is uncovered. Every single moment of your life from that point on is literally blissful and pure magic. This can not be communicated, you’ve got to directly experience this. How long are you willing to make your list of what you must avoid so you can be happy? Two conditions, three, twenty, hundreds? Those are your conditions. This is what is referred to on the path as conditioning. It’s what we let go of. Not what we use to reinforce our own suffering. Religion, and or spirituality, often refers to this as judgement. Psychology refers to this as deflection & projection. Divorce lawyers & therapists just call it income. How ever you slice it up, you’re in control. You can choose love, and emotional equanimity. ? No you can not, because you are already “there”. You’ve only actually ever been there...and you are creating conditions upon “there”, which is to say, your own love & happiness.

?? @Eren Eeager There aren’t “separate selves”, and stories about individual selves therefore will not do. There is reincarnation, but it can not be explained. Only self realization will do.

@Snt_lk Other people are as real as you are. There is no “concept of nonduality”. That would be two. Nonduality is not-two. (Non-dual)

@Dark_White The emotional scale. Beautiful work my friend. Really nice. I definitely had similar moments, still do and still will, and I’ve learned to drop it on a dime (release it) and have talked with many who have as well. I’d frame this up as contemplation in this regard is like diving down into the depth of clarity. This releases emotions, and that is the desired effect. As emotions clears out, unconditional, formless, clarity remains. Along the way, thought tends to ‘hijack’. Spot the self referential thinking, that is, thoughts about yourself that don't feel good to you...that is the ‘red flag’ to release. Thought labels, such as with the thought “objects”, and it can definitely seem like you’re ‘stuck’ there. Also notice thought labels it’s own source, such as with “I am really impatient person”, and “I like to get things fast”, “I lack”, or “I’m dealing with”. The concepts got you thinkin, which is great, and it tapped intuition, which is fucking awesome, and that is bring emotion up & out which is the ideal. Now, help em out by expressing slowly, loving, up the scale. Allow the identity misunderstandings to release, and self realization, seeing the “objects” are nothing, naturally follows. Sounds like you’re experiencing doubt, disappointment, irritation and frustration....so check out the scale, and express how this sometimes leaves you feeling and thinking pessimistically about your future. Then express ...sometimes boredom is experience...and so on. If those thoughts were true about you...”I’m impatient”, “I lack”, etc...they’d feel like orgasmic liquid love oozing through the body mind.

@traveler Express jealousy, crazy as it may sound. It brings alignment to desire, focus, and wanted, and it brings whatever’s ’off’ to the surface, into the light to be burned away. Open the flood gates, release it, Big Love is behind whatever it is, and emotions can be so counter intuitive. Always appreciating what you share btw, and wishing you the absolute best. ??

That is why you’re suffering. You can not heal attachment from a previous relationship, because that is not actually something happening. It seems like how you feel, and the shaking, is because of the past relationship. Yet, have a look around the room, is that person / that relationship there? Are you experiencing that relationship? Of course you are not experiencing that person / relationship right now, obviously, but you have to actually stop and notice that you believe you are. You’re looking to heal attachment from it - but you’re not experiencing it. Look around again, notice, you’re not attached to the relationship at all. You are experiencing thoughts about the relationship, which you’ve been ruminating about for a year too long. Time to look at your direct experience and stop recreating this suffering. Use the emotional scale to express and release, and you will see how it seemed like the experience now is about the relationship in the past, but actually isn’t. It’s about the way you’re thinkin now. You’ll feel so much relief it’ll change the course of your life in a very significant and positive way. It’s also going to spill over via helping someone else, who ends up being very key to your financial success, with a venture you haven’t even thought of yet. You’ll see. I am not dogmatic, religious of Christian, but this quote comes to mind in regard to what you have going on.... “I am not your teacher. Because you have drunk, you have become intoxicated from the bubbling spring I have tended.” - Jesus This was said to those in his presence, namely disciples, who become intoxicated with love, and attributed to him. They actually believed that the love they felt, the very own feeling, was somehow coming from him, as if he didn’t have feelings or something, I don’t know. He is telling them to realize the ‘spring’ of love is within them, that they love they were drunk on was not coming from him...nor from any relationship.

@Dlavjr The trap you’re experiencing is judgment, but you believe it’s perfectionism because you’re identified with it, you believe “you’re a perfectionist”. This is a logical misidentification, because you are a perfect being. In expressing more that you are a seeker, you won’t have any ‘perfectionist issue’ anymore at all, nor would there be the judgment, nor would you keep saying it with misplaced pride and reinforcing it. This will save you so much tension & time, and you will be so much the better composer for it. The potential trap is suppressed emotions. You’re not experiencing this now but you will be this year. Use the emotional scale, learn it now, beforehand, it becomes like riding a bike. It will save you immeasurable suffering, tons of stupid-tax, and prevent what would otherwise have been minor but frustrating set backs, and which otherwise would have been interpreted as having little to nothing to do with you. Understanding the scale, you’ll understand exactly what it has to do with you, and that will be the key to your success which your audience will neither comprehend nor be able to get enough of. Your music will be heard and appreciated by a lot of people. Like, a lot. What’s in question is how good of a time you’ll have. Take some pictures of yourself at this college, and in the earliest stages of composing, you will be super glad you did.
