  2. @Raptorsin7 Contemplations - I Am I Am “I am” is a thought. The distinction implied by this thought is: that I am, vs, I am not. What is aware of the thought - “I am not”? Awareness is aware of the thought, “I am not”. The thought “I am” points within, to awareness which is aware of the apparent thought, “I am”. Awareness is not a thing; awareness is being all things. Awareness is aware of, awareness. Appearance requires ten thousand names, while Truth is always pointed to with the very same name; I Hold the tongue. Feel the breath.
  3. @Raptorsin7 https://www.actualityofbeing.com/dreamboard-1 Just as you are attracting, so too is everyone else. You aren’t attracting on behalf of anyone else, no one is attracting on your behalf. We are all collectively attracting, and we can all help each other to consciously create.

  5. Manipulation is discordant. That’s how one knows one is employing it. By how you feel. Judging thoughts (beliefs) is more of the same.
  6. Prior to. What’s felt are self referential thoughts. What’s projected is the discord therein. What doesn’t feel good doesn’t feel good to others either. “I told myself”, “I want myself to be”, “my own persona”, “I don’t find myself getting”, “a part of me”. These are thoughts about an idea of you… but the thoughts are felt by you.
  7. Take a moment to reflect on past relationships. What resonated, what didn’t? What was fun & easy, what was difficult? What did I attract, and why? To ignore the discord and alignment of thoughts, is to project the discord onto ‘others’ as “toxic”. To feel the discord and alignment, and understand it, is to change it, and thus to naturally attract what’s wanted… Make a dreamboard, and use the emotional scale. Therein is the loving yourself. It’s in addressing the discord & alignment - not conceptualizing & projecting. There is no justifiable justification, or rational rationalization, for suppression. There is no ‘I which knows’. There is no future, there is the believing of thoughts that there is a future, and better feeling will or could be in it. Attraction’s happnin right now, always. Feeling is only ever now, and the discord & alignment of thoughts, now, can not actually be projected onto others and or a future. Only believing the thoughts that ‘it’ can, makes it seem so.
  8. Contemplations. The Dreamboard…. Be realistic to what is, so to speak, to ‘where you’re at’, or, what is ‘true for you’. Bypassing, vs inspecting and understanding beliefs and any discord therein which arises - does not ‘work’. Do not write “$1,000,000” and “my own island” on your board and hold the expectation for it to manifest, if in earnestly and sincerely, you believe this is not possible. Start simply with something smaller. To ‘test it out’, write something far less significant to you. This might be elephants, cardboard, or key rings. Anything which there is little to no attachment with / to. Something which when thought of, feels free & easy to you. Write that on the board - and you’re done. Then bring focus to perception & feeling through out your day as you experience the ever-playful universe ‘showing you’, appearing as - being - that which you wrote. Attraction is very straightforward. And then there are self referential thoughts, and thoughts that how you feel is because of ‘how it is’, justifying shortage & lack thinking, etc. Separate self thoughts, objectifying people, etc. It’s the projection of the discord between you and source. There isn’t actually anything holding you back. The emotional scale. Dreamboard works for relationships too. The difference lies in the ‘consciously’, of consciously creating. The universe is being me and you, isn’t it so? It be’s them too. Take a moment to reflect on past relationships. What resonated, what didn’t? What was fun & easy, what was difficult? What did I attract, and why? The universe is the only teacher. Words can only point to what is ineffably already guiding. One must listen to feeling, and ‘go and see’.
  9. First you’d have to find it. Consider response ability, which is only ever possible now, vs ‘responsibility’, which can easily seem to imply a large amount of time, etc.

  12. @Zedman Well, it’s the ‘experience’ of that there is no such thing as experience, or Godhead, or anyone who becomes, or any becoming, or any such thing as understanding. It’s seems that it is common for not-an-experience to be conceptualized and or identified with, and then spoken of in those ways. This highlights daily meditation & thought attachment, which is what’s pointed to with the terms conceptualized and or identified with, and what can’t really be said but pointed to with cessation.

  14. @Natasha You know I love scales. ? I’m still kind of wondering about specifically, back exercise. I’m deducing is might not be possible quite yet to to do isolated / back exercises quite yet. The only other thing that comes to mind, is a dreamboard. There’s just something about looking forward to a lot of stuff to come that expedites healing. Can’t put a word on it really. Wishing you the best, sending healing vibes. ??
