Accept yourself, love yourself. You don't have to hurt yourself by worrying about these things so much. Know that the considerate thing for yourself is a lot more simple, yet beautiful. (Buy booklist and go to emotions)

It's fine to be nervous. It's part of the fun

Relax your body. Especially front of chest and a bit below that

You don't have to "disidentify" or distance yourself from things from my experience. Just don't think about things through your identity. For example don't try to make yourself feel happy. Just have happiness be there. You don't have to think "I'm gonna work now". Just see that work is being done. Simple is better but still reveals the complex beauty. This is how I do it right now, haven't read too many book list meditation things yet though -
I like this one sometimes when I'm feeling weaker

It depends on for what purpose. You can try to master something absolutely low consciousness but you will probably learn some good lessons along the way that can be applied for higher consciousness things. So mastering something just for the sake of it might not be the smartest thing.

If you're this serious I recommend looking into yoga routine Leo recommends. Not that I've tried it, but I'd assume it is very useful

Even if it we disregard the "unearned" part then it is still so that you have to do the work and have the realizations to have a stable high consciousness state when you use psychedelics. So it is sort of irrelevant. Our situations in life are "unfair" so yes some will have an easier time and it is completely acceptable to use psychedelics responsibly to achieve higher consciousness. -

It might not be "ok" for now. Associating or not especially associating with mirror image is normal. If you're curious you can try and see what's behind the fear, but of course you might not get an answer. If you stay on this path you will eventually figure out what this phenomenon is, but it might take some time and it'll probably pass before that -

Some ego still remains. It's like reduced ego and becoming aware of it -
Try to find the magic of life when you're feeling empty. It's no wonder you're feeling empty since you aren't seeing it. You're used to different kind of entertainment or only seeing the cool things on special occasions. Open heart chakra helps.

Feel the anger fully but don't follow it

@phoenix666 Open mindedness is might be learned the hard way, from mistakes and being wrong and also by facing own emotions and arrogance. Some people that talk about open mindedness set a camp at a comfortable level of open mindedness by becoming insecure. You will settle on something and see how it goes -

Chakras are really cool and you can learn exercises to open them or maintain a healthy state. To be fair it might take a while to get used to them or learn more, but it will be so worth it because energy work really releases emotional issues -
1. There's nothing better to do, it's the best thing there is. It's fun so why not 2. It doesn't kill those things

The following is a wild guess. Try to see if there's anger inside of you or other "toxic masculinity" sides. Repressing them instead of transforming them can lead to you really not caring about your things. Leave a bit of the "how a spiritual person acts" and see what kind of emotions there are even if you feel like they're not you. You don't have to act on those feelings, but just see if you're suppressing them. Same with the feeling of perfectionism etc. If you're familiar with chakras, look into the bottom 3 more. Don't give up in the long run and things will sort themselves out even if it seems hopeless at times. For resources I recommend Leo's book list

Not a healthy relationship, you're being kind to yourself by leaving.

I tried it. First time I got sleepy and I didn't have music. Second time around I had the drums that helped me keep a rhythm. I didn't have any strong experiences, but to be fair most of my chakras are quite open so there might not be a ton of trauma to go through. It did open up my energy a bit still and made me feel more energetic. I also was still very much adjusting to the breathing, so it maybe didn't remain necessarily intense throughout the whole thing. There definitely was some tingliness though. -
So a friend of mine introduced me to subliminal affirmation videos. The theory I understood to be behind them is that you listen to audios with affirmations going very quickly in the background so that you can't really understand the messages, but your subconscious can. This way you can receive affirmations without conscious filters and receive affirmations effectively from the messages. Have any of you tried these videos? Any experiences? What do you think? There are videos for plenty of stuff and I think you could also learn to make your own. Many videos have outright silly and dumb purposes but I guess that's the internet. Just as an example video here's a more normal one https://youtu.be/IzCHIy4jMt8 Also, I was told to avoid youtube channels MindPower and MindAudio, as they have apparently included toxic messages in their videos.

It seems like the whole comment section didn't watch the video

@mohdanas Most people that struggle would be absolutely shocked by many things he could talk about

The results are a lot faster with kriya especially once the basics build up in I'd guess 3-4 months -

Don't worry too much about just "completing the game" as in completing life. Having a blissful world and that's it. Follow your passion instead and that will also be the best for others even if it might seem selfish at first. You can't help everyone but you can still enjoy life. If you're feeling down, keep meditating and it will pass. -
YaNanNallari replied to Viking's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Kriya invites you to a different world and approach to developing well being for yourself. It is more technical than normal meditation. It's hardly the same as normal mindfulness meditation since you use things other than your mind as well.
