  1. The quality of relationships is based off our own energy. Happiness is the egg being broken from the inside out thus life begins. If the egg is broken from the outside in, life ends. The happiness from outside of self is an illusion and Prabhaker said it best.

  3. I would definitely aim for going longer and make sure you absolutely trust the process and enjoy it. Watch out for detox symptoms though, people usually panic here and ditch out but if you are educated and have a good guide you will sail smoothly. Hunger usually passes after day 3 - 4 in which you will see that its all in the mind. Fasting will teach you a lot about your body and its intelligence. Spend time in nature, sunshine, grounding, doing things you love of a gentle nature, read books , meditate, sleep and enjoy just being with the process. Try to limit electronics as they can drain energy but if you feel low, get some sunshine, fresh air and hydration you will feel fine in no time and maybe take a little rest. I would use distilled/purified water as they are most purifying but fresh spring water is also good. Some people even have a spoon of raw honey if they cant deal with the cravings as it goes straight into the bloodstream it doesn't effect the fast as much as anything else would. One of my most spiritually purifying fasts was done on pure water and raw honey. On day 3 and 4 i had a tsp in the afternoon but as it went on i realized the craving goes away and only when you think or smell food you get the craving but on days 5 6 7 8 and onwards there seems to be no connection to food anymore besides appreciating its beauty and essence. At least for me. Start off with light stuff like fruit, mango and or maybe with some coconut yogurt but keep it very simple no more than 3 different foods at once and wait a while between next feeding so you can observe how you feel after the foods you eat. Or you can do mono meals and slowly as days go by increase the variety and meal frequencies. Always start off with fruit, then you can slowly introduce steamed veggies and heavier foods likes nuts/seeds as days go by or stay with whatever you feel best on.   4. We have to ferment dairy for it to be somewhat "good" for us but if you think about it, if we need to ferment a food to be good for us then it shouldn't be in our body to begin with. We are naturally more designed to consume plants than animal and animal products.
  5. Communication goes absolutely nowhere sometimes i know it really sucks i wish i could help more but its just one of those direct experience situations. My best advice is keep meditating/seeking and just being yourself where you feel best eventually you will find the pure absolute truth you need. From there you won't ever need to ask another question again or at least for a very long time. @lmfao
  6. @lmfao Its more a knowing or an inner-standing(if you will) more than it is a sight or something that can be seen/described. Like @Quanty says when one truly awakens you will just know from within and simply cannot comprehend how it is known if you are not awake to the level of consciousness required to know it. I usually refrain from saying these things because of the commotion it tends to create but when you awaken to who you truly are you just "know" what is absolute/truth and how things work. Think Infinite Intelligence manifest. Even a glimpse is permanent. Most of the things i know now i never learned how most would learn, 99% of my knowingness arises from within. I cannot really explain how but after Enlightenment(so to speak) you simply just KNOW with whatever arises, its so clear to you, yet impossible to the previous self or others yet to evolve to this level to comprehend or to know.

  8. It definitely can be, I am living proof. Its how you choose to experience existence. The mirror will not smile unless you smile first.
  9. How you see it, is limiting your perspective. Its a choice one has to be aware of. Once you raise the awareness to a level where it can be seen for what it is that you are literally creating your suffering by everything you choose to do on a day to day basis.

You must remember when one reaches such a state of pure lovingness and compassion he simply loves and allows things to be as they are, he does not see wrong or rights in the method as he is like a child, pure love cannot see or express anything but itself. From our point of view it may appear as "not the best method" or "a trap" to others but for the guru it is the highest expression a human can express, in that sense it provides the inner/outer peace and radiance.
  12. They always said, opening the heart chakra is most important, it will align and balance the others out. As so can lead to greater intelligence within to deeper centers. I think you are aware of this now though Thanks for the share <3 Although we must remember... The deeper you look, the more infinite it becomes. The Key is to find what works best for you.

  14. For some its a belief, for others its a knowing. They are energy centers which have been passed down for thousands of years by the wisest and most intelligent of beings, they didn't come out of thin air and remain this long in our history for no reason. They all have a purpose or they would of been discarded and forgotten long ago. We are at an age where ancient teachings are coming to fruition as the collective consciousness is evolving to a higher degree, these fruits arise for a purpose, to help and assist those who can work with them.

The Awareness What technique is your favorite, and is it the same technique that you practice most often? Just Being What inspires you to return to your practice? Inner-Peace Did you self-teach in a significant way, or mostly just learn from the guidance of others - books, videos, teachers...? Both, I create my own way that suits me best and provides the path of least resistance thus highest joy. Yoga is a spiritual art form and in a sense can be practiced as meditation if that is what works for you. Meditation helps you see and understand reality in its purest form, in its divine order. Meditation makes you more and more your true self. That self which created everything you experience. Hope this helps

The Ego is the one who states it and allows things to interfere within its learning because the ego still has its conditions and limits that it has not mastered to surrender. I was having awakenings daily, quiet in nature as i had experienced extremes in my whole life so it was kind of a natural feeling for me like i was finally coming home but one day the awakenings stopped and something complete/infinitely more profound occurred. The experience was so profound it was beyond any physical expression. I remained mute in absolute bliss, pure ecstasy without the excitement, pure knowing, pure understanding. I simply became the embodiment of the one infinite creator. I cannot exactly say how long this lasted as it felt like i was here but also not here all at once, nowhere yet everywhere. I wish i had the words to explain in detail, it is pure magic.
  19. When you have such love and compassion in your heart, you emit an extraordinary amount of light. That light attracts those in the dark that find peace and warmth within the light. Its quite natural. Look how many followers Jesus has since he came around.
  20. You don't need a book really, its simple. Just ask yourself Why do you even care? and keep asking yourself until you give yourself the answer. Meditation and spiritual practice/arts help, i simply woke up one day and looked at myself in the mirror for several minutes thinking about this and it become pointless and restrictive in my natural evolution, so i discarded it.

If you really think about it from a purer perspective, your here, your existing, your alive in this moment thus always have been and always will be. It is quite obvious but its also paradoxical in itself. There is really no one else here, we are all projections of the one. Another you could put it is 1. You exist - Which means that if you exist now you always will. 2. You may change form but you will always exist. 3. If you didn't exist, ALL THAT IS would not be ALL that it could be.
