I notice every time i stay away from technology, the machine-mindedness goes away and i return to a more natural self(so to speak) in which i find is superior in every way shape/form. I become more human, more intelligent, more compassionate, less reactive, far more present, more whole and universal. Chemicals in our food and environment paired with poorly made technology is a direct result of our low consciousness collective. The combination allows for perfect manipulation and control over living species. Chemicals weaken and disrupt the system allowing the technology to penetrate and execute efficiently. Stay aware, stay in control.

The postures are there so your body can fall into alignment so meditation is more efficient and effective. If the vessel(physical body) is not flexible, healthy, aligned ect.. it becomes far more challenging to enter a deep state of meditation which is why the meditation(Savasana) in most yoga sessions is at the end of the physical movements and exercise. The combination of the stretching and breathing allows one to align the mind and body in harmonic resonance so that connection to source at the end of the session becomes more and more effortless. Why be a conductor when you can be a superconductor?

I used to trip every now and then but i eventually realized i had already became aware of all that psychedelics were showing me long ago. They were simply tools i had accepted to use as "permission slips" (when i fell out of alignment) to become more and more of my true self and reunite with my higher-self(so to speak). Ultimately, all that was happening was a system reboot, or as one would say, restart or shutdown their computer to refresh it. The Ego would seek, the Soul would slap thy face. And on and on and on... However, if you wish to reinstall windows completely, that only comes by internal means and never external, the wayshowers can only do just that, show you the way. The stabilized Awakening or Enlightenment can only be sustained in a truly relaxed and fully present state which seems to be everpresent in "just being" rather than doing. They are amazing tools i must admit and i will cherish the experiences for the rest of my life but i am gradually drifting away from them completely and i am finding that the further gap between trips, the more i actually reintegrate/reunite with source on a permanent level and i am actually a lot more myself by doing so. Not just for psychedelics but any form of psycho-stimulation. As i find that the more i discard from my life, the more naked i am with creation, the more of my truest, greatest, fullest-self i can be. In this way, i can provide the purest form of self expression to All That Is and in return minimal resistance within existence is present. Namaste <3

I have used cannabis on and off most of my life and i can tell you it is a very wise teacher when used correctly. When used too often it tends to delude you and rid you off your natural high. Use respectfully and spiritually with higher calling and true intent, it can help and heal many misalignments. As with all psychedelics, randomness is the key as when the calling comes, it must come from a pure space. A thing to also consider is try get your hands on natural and land-raised strains or heirloom varieties that have never been manipulated or hybridized by the hand of man. These strains seem far more "psychedelic"(if you will) and have a much more natural and balanced chemical ratio THC/CBD ect.. which provide an optimal experience for the spiritual seeker/healer. You are releasing energies you have suppressed and you are slowly but gradually reuniting with the true self. Its quite common in my experience.

3g Syrian rue tea will enhance and prolong the pure DMT when consumed 30 - 45 minutes beforehand. Boil for 5 - 9 minutes then strain and drink. You might want to add generous amount of raw honey or other natural sweetener as it very strong stuff. You can also add extra herbal infusions they use to make (changa) like passionflower, lemon balm, chamomile ect.. for they should potentially enhance/prolong the effect and support the nervous system. A good dose of cacao beforehand should most definitely be a solid potentiator as it has been used with mushrooms by many ancient cultures to enhance and nourish with brain and body with adequate nutrients and chemicals to support an optimal experience. Although i would be wary to combine with syrian rue due so best keep those two separate. I have personally experienced low-dose psychedelic effects from mega dosing cacao alone, also known as "ceremonial dosing" but i would do this alone and not mix with stronger psychedelics. If i wanted to enhance other psychedelics, i would consume anywhere between 7 - 21 grams of raw cacao paste sometime beforehand. One step at a time, start small, find your sweet spots and take note of your nervous system because frequent psychoactive use tends to severely overstimulate it and with an overstimulated central nervous system, its near impossible to be fully present and embody an enlightened awareness until a long break from any form(chemical and or technological) of over-stimulation is provided.

True godliness is non-judgemental, total acceptance, absolute surrender. There are no right or wrongs because in the end you are the only identity left. Anything naturally tuned to 432 hz will not distract you from your daily tasks and possibly enhance learning/information processing. To understand this whole 432 Hz thing, we need to first learn about the Schumann Resonance, which will ultimately explain this number’s importance. German physicist Winfried Otto Schumann documented the Schumann Resonance in 1952. He understood that global electromagnetic resonances exist within the cavity between the Earth’s surface and the inner edge of the ionosphere and are excited and activated by lightning. He determined that the frequency of these electromagnetic waves are very low, ranging anywhere from 7.83 Hz to 8 Hz. This frequency is essentially the Earth’s heartbeat; the frequency the Earth beats at. Now, 432 Hz resonates with the frequency of 8 Hz and here’s how On the musical scale where A has a frequency of 440 Hz, the note C is at about 261.656 Hz. On the other hand, if we take 8 Hz as our starting point and work upwards by five octaves (i.e. by the seven notes in the scale five times), we reach a frequency of 256 Hz in whose scale the note A has a frequency of 432 Hz. This frequency, which is at the top end of the Theta range and at the start of the Alpha range, makes us feel very relaxed but conscious and open to intuitive learning. I am a child of nature, a nature spirit i am. I surrender myself to the natural design and the natural flow of the universe in which allows me to surrender the ego and embody the soul, which in turn allows one to tap into the cellular memory beyond that of a singular lifetime. The supreme, the divine, is all within us, we do not need to evolve, we simply need to "tune-within", where we become aware and embody thus remember and refine our methods of mastery to bring darkness into the light, raising the frequency of love and ascension in this NOW. You just resonate with him because he is closer to your wavelength thus the "appearance" extreme rare wisdom. For me, Sadhguru is like the class clown among the Enlightened. He is the trickster, the joker, he does not have all the answers but he knows how to ramble out a question to make it seem as if he knows the answer to it. I've caught him out a handful of times, learn to ready energy beyond the body, learn to see between the lines, be your own master observer.

First you must understand the true nature of reality, then when you know what you are and made up from, then you can use that to manipulate energy/matter. We are electromagnetic. < master this, master reality. At one point i was deep into this stuff, telekinesis, telepathy, astral travel, remote viewing, levitation, controlling weather ect... but i found a superpower that made all others obsolete and i ditched them and went straight into the heart of source itself. You think flying and teleporting is fun, wait till the "unmentionable/unimaginable" happens. You see the meaninglessness, the pointlessness in it all. There's always a time/place but there's a greater focus at hand and that is very simple. Know thyself, Be thyself. All else falls into place naturally.
