As its challenging to come by fresh mountain springs these days that are still untouched by the hand of man, the best bet is purified/distilled water in my opinion. You can always add minerals like sea or natural salt or mineral rich natural substances like shilajit or ormus if you wish to be creative and try mimic and create a more "living" structure (so to speak) within the water more similar to that found in nature and wild springs. What i like to do is consume more fruit and water rich vegetables/food. They are naturally geometrically structured and contain "living energy" so you won't need to worry much about water if you eat enough fruit and living foods! For fasting however, purified or distilled water is best!

This reminds me, my childhood was basically a full blown psychedelic trip "Alice in wonderland syndrome" was one of the main things i experienced. The doctors always thought i was making stuff up lol This planet was simply blind and still living in the "black & white" world, i would astral travel or shift dimensions just to be somewhere that feels more close to home. I have no idea how i was doing everything or knew to, it all just came naturally.

If your mind is undisciplined to experience that degree of illusion then you should not do psychedelics to begin with. Focus on meditation for a few years and get yourself to a more balanced level where you have a generally sound understanding of the true nature of reality, your true nature. The ego is an imaginary identity that manifests as a self-defense mechanism when the personality becomes inflamed by an overstimulated nervous system from an overstimulated world. This is why when we get away from society everything eventually calms down and you become more you because the more calm and still you are, the more you notice the "imaginary" nature of the ego, that was simply a self-defense mechanism or side effect from your natural-self being over-stimulated so it created a shell (in a sense) to protect itself until the storm is over. @SunnyNewDay Shrooms, its nature itself in its natural form. The medicine is there to help you heal. Cannabis also helps with micro-doses but shrooms have a deeper impact where cannabis potentially requires longer-term use.

You are always directly communicating through source, you are just not aware of it on a greater level to notice it as clearly as you could. Surrender to source, surrender the ego, its always open to communicate through you <3 Its just depends on much you can actually surrender on all levels. The deeper you let go, the more "source/you/your true nature" and be and speak and live through you.
