Awesome stuff man, i have a friend who makes crystalline wands and similar artifacts and also writes in language of light or something he receives telepathic communication from Arcturus which give him all these creative ideas. Its like all the ancient, mythological stories and methods we seen in children's shows growing up or books are coming to light these last 5-10 years. Quite Possibly, as i child i felt more home when i was dreaming in those states then i did during the day while awake. Those states allow me to tap in-between the lines but as for decoding them properly is extremely challenging. I just woke up from a dream where it felt like i was on DMT level, everything become one, simplified, complete universal understanding, time, death, life, love all become a big giggle as a child giggles playing with toys, you always come back to this same understanding but when you wake up you are unable to comprehend nor remember what was it because you cannot access higher dimensional thinking/understanding in lower dimensional planes of existence. Its the only thing that makes any sense too me about all this. When i fasted on spring water only for 1-2 weeks is when i felt most pure and connected in my life. Pair it with meditation and you will feel refreshed and reset in every way. I felt like i was a child again, free and peaceful yet wise and mature.

Not sure really, after a meal or with a meal maybe, some people have it with their coffee so they feel full longer and the energy is more balanced also is said to prevent the crash. I guess you have to find what works for you. Sorry i couldn't provide a direct answer.

I think virgin coconut oil may be a good idea, it helps burn fat and make you feel full. Add some turmeric and cayenne pepper to boost fat burning properties. Also what helps is fermented foods or vegetables or adding a teaspoon or two of Apple Cider Vinegar after a meal i believe with your cup of water. This will help burn fat and steer you away from over-eating.
