  1. @Rohit Kuna It's called intermittent diet and yes it works. Ive been doing it for a few yrs now and feel great.
  2. As you evolve you will make a lot of people uncomfortable. Evolve anyway.
  3. Good to know. My goal is to live active, healthy, happy life past 100 yo. Fasting is one of the things centennials do on a regular basis.
  4. I haven't. Will have to look both pros and cons up first. It does sound a bit extreme to go for days without even fluids.
  5. Let's talk about deconstructing reality/the mind and what role it plays in the awakening process.
  6. Done multiple fasts before, but never a dry fast. Curious to try. Also, after each fast I do a saline water flush to clean out the gut, it's wonderful. Wonder if anyone else does it.
  7. @Tech36363 "When you no longer perceive the world as hostile, there is no more fear, and when there is no more fear, you think, speak, and act differently" - Eckhart Tolle
  8. It can be safely assumed that introversion is shared by most awakened beings. At least most I know are natural introverts.
  9. I wrote a numbers poem this morning haha, it's in the enlightenment poem thread. No meaning, just a play of symbols and seemingly rhyming sounds...that is if you read it in English

  12. None of my blood family are even interested in psychology or philosophy, let alone awakening. I was always an observer, deep thinker/outside the box, non-conformist, questioning everything, intuitive, somewhat introverted. Perhaps genetics played a part, but am sure many other factors too. God works in mysterious ways
  13. Exactly my point. 'Immediate' is as much of a no-thing as 'awesome'
  14. His answer was an awesome pointer. Wonder how many of those seekers got it
  15. Or as wise Yoda once said, "You must unlearn what you have learned"
  16. Self-inquiry in essence is a deconstruction of the idea that there is 'someone'. Illusion fighting illusion, @VeganAwake
  17. @Guru Fat Bastard The ego-mind, the lens that distorts reality.
  18. @SageModeAustin I would say one would need to minimize the amount of things to resist. I think that's the biggest idea behind minimalism movement. If you deconstruct and reduce all the things not absolutely needed for survival, there will be less things to resist and thus more freedom, peace, and less conceptual chatter.
  19. @spiritualryan I had the shift while doing Leo's guided self-inquiry in his vid Creating an Experience of No-self. Very powerful, highly recommend. Stay razor focused on the process, might help answer your questions.
  20. @Preety_India If Truth sets 'you' free and gives peace that transcends all understanding, why would 'one' not want to?
