Well, you can and you can't. Ultimately, what you seek, is to realize who you really are, because what you seek in love/sex, is this very moment where your world merge with the loved one, when there is no you and her, there is just love. Problem is, this love you seek, at least this form of love, has an end, it will end for a time, and it may come back with the same person, but most people aren't patient enough. Most people will think that's it's gone forever, or that it wasn't the one, or that the person isn't acting as they should to you to experience this love. This love is always there, but you can't feel it all the time, because love, at its core, is the realization that EVERYTHING IS YOU. 99.99% of people are blind to that right now, so unless you realize that, you'll always seek this realization through relationship and sex, which isn't bad, these are good spiritual practices, if you try to go beyond (not leaving your partner when the love is gone/using tantra sex). It becomes less much appealing and important when you experience this kind of love, even for 0.00001% through meditation, because at this moment you'll know what you really seek (even though your mind is still dumb as fuck ). If you don't find her attractive, your mind will use this as an excuse if you don't develop any feelings for her, and you still won't know.

Tell him to go there @Martin123 I am a good doge, good doge learn from every kind masters :3 EDIT: HOLY SHIT EVERYTHING IS ALIVE ! -
Stop watching porn and do a nofap 90 days reboot (that will help greatly). That would be a start, there might be others psychological issues at play though. It's pretty weird, I mean, if people have sex, good, good for them if that makes them happy, I don't see why should we feel bizarre from it (I'm having the same issue). Honestly, It's probably because we don't have enough experience with girls and there is still parts of our inconscious mind that still thinks sex is necessary to be happy. When we hear that someone had sex, we feel needy and jealous (even though we know it's retarded logically). To me it only happens when I hear people talking about sex, not when I see two people happy together (I'm even happy at this moment), which is even weirder, because that implies they have sex.

Sitted meditation is maintenance, the real core of the work is to meditate every second possible you can. That's the "secret", always be in the present, as much as you can, everything you do, everytime you wait. Don't blame yourself because you fell inconscious, and don't be angry at your thoughts, and don't be angry at the fact that you're angry (Yeah I know, that's fucked up ). At some point, you will see what you need to see There is no turning back after this The story ends And you wake up -
Both -> Enlightenment -> Then both ... PROFIT !!!!

As a guy who always felt alone and never had any friends, any girlfriend (until last year), and frequently suffered from loneliness and depression. I can tell you that having a meditation practice and using mindfulness is the best shit ever to counter these emotional traumas. Now I know that I don't have hard emotional traumas like some of you, I only suffered from deep loneliness, which can turn into depression sometimes, but this will help nonetheless. So why I'm telling you this is the most powerfull tool for emotional traumas ? Well, yesterday, I started to feel lonely at the beginning of the afternoon, like always I was at the pet shelter helping a bit, and I couldn't stop thinking about girlfriends and friends and all this shit that my mind thinks it needs. The evening, I was crying, like real tears, all night, untill I finally fall asleep. The difference is that, 1 year ago, I would be totally in my mind thinking all this was very real and very important, I wouldn't be able to step back and looking at these thoughts, I would escape them, disctracting myself from them, and they would come back again and again even harder, and I would suffer much more than I did this night ... Even if it was hard, I could focus on my breath or my body and feel the aliveness of life through me, there was space around the pain, and I really knew it would pass, and it did. If I wasn't practising meditation and mindfulness, I would still be in torment now, maybe for a full week, or even for a whole month ! I'm not saying that you can cure these problems with these techniques alone, I'm saying that the pain will be bearable, and it will shorter your crises, which is already a lot EDIT: Ahah, this afternoon I'm joyful as fuck, I even smiled for like 10 minutes without any reason. That's the secret of life that you'll discover at some point, you need NOTHING to be happy, it's thinking that we need something that fucks us. @Evilwave Heddy I have a dog, doesn't help on the long run.

If you can stop porn and masturbation altogether, every addiction will be easy to drop (except hard drugs of course).

Do something else with that energy, something that could benefits you, I don't know what, just look at your current issues and decide.

This is exactly when you should not.

If you have social anxiety: Force yourself to going out once per week (use these kind of websites if no friends). If you've little sex experience and it bothers you: Go on a weekly (or multiple) tinder "date", just focus on 35+ girls, if you explain what you want, most of them won't see any problem, they'll even be flattered. If you want a girlfriend/boyfriend and you're shy: Force yourself to talk to girls/boys at social events (at least one per week)/or online dating (at least 1 profile per day) if you're introvert and wants an introvert partner. Also practice your funnyness daily (as a guy). If you have fear concerning public speaking: Go join a toastmasters group (or whatever the wooof it is named in your country), impro class, book sharing (when you talk about what you read), pick one and do it every week. If you fear the dark: Every day for 5 minutes, turn off the lights and just wait. I don't know about fear of failure/intimacy, seems like it is either serious mental issues or just plain bad experiences (not enough of). Edit: Lul, just opened tinder, and I feel the fear coming up, ok so ... you I pick you So many fake profile SO MANY FAKE PROFILE, HOLY SHIT !

Truth, freedom, and fun. Don't you think this is a good excuse TO NOT awaken ? Where does theses excuses come from, hum ? Yeah, you know ... -
Ahah, don't worry, it's the first time it happened in like 1 year. These kinds of hard time are the best opportunity for growing our consciousness, so I'm kind of grateful about it. Well, I won't stay in France forever, I kinda want to speak English correctly at some point, so maybe ... If I ever do that, I would start with a certain place in the US, which starts with C and finish with T ...

Clean eating No ejaculation Meditation habit Steady sleep schedule Workout/fitness habit (preferably in the morning) Stop alcohol/smoking, and any other kind of drugs Practising mindfulness (as much as possible), because thinking (especially negative thinking) is a HUGE energy drainer. -
From my personal experience, yes it does, not sure what comes first, depression, or porn/masturbation addiction, whatever it is, it is highly connected. Don't let your brain rationalize this shit, this is one of the main thing that holds you back in life, IT IS NOT just about women attraction or sexual performance or whatever the shit your mind comes up with. http://fightthenewdrug.org/the-serious-mental-costs-of-watching-porn/ https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/inside-porn-addiction/201111/daily-porn-may-not-be-good-your-mental-health http://yourdost.com/blog/2015/11/what-is-the-relationship-between-pornography-and-depression.html?q=/blog/2015/11/what-is-the-relationship-between-pornography-and-depression.html& https://www.2knowmyself.com/Why_masturbation_lowers_your_self_esteem_and_kills_your_self_confidence

Maybe you're an introvert trying to live as an extrovert. If you don't know about that, of course your life feels miserable, it cannot be otherwise.

Not it's not, but to think this man (if he's celibate) won't want to have sex with you after that, this is crazy, this is madness. Unless you're unnattractive to him, there is no way he won't tempt something (maybe not this night, but later). Maybe when a new world will be born, freed from sexual repression and indulgence, like Osho depict in its book, but otherwise, it is very naive to think this way.
-
Just don't listen to him. So, did something changes ? Did you try some of the tips here ? @hirax And use http://www.urbeez.com/ It's like the one night stand for friendship, a friendship/relationship/sexship will appears out of it, just give it time

Enlightenment is random, so don't count on that. Porn is very bad for your psychee, thinking about sex too, you should only masturbate without any pictures in your mind. The first option probably work, that's what tantra is all about, but I didn't have the experience myself though. @The Monk It's not stupid, it's just sex, sex is sex, you have to live with it that's all.
-
That depends what "neediness for sex" means for you. Most of the time, it's not just sex, it's also the feeling of being loved. The need for sex, the craving for it, that you will always have, unless you "achieve" the 2 options above. @The Monk I said 2 options, the suicide wasn't a serious choice.
-
Practice tantra for like 3/4 hours, if you do it right, maybe you'll stop craving for sex. You could also commit suicide and be reincarnate into a demisexual/asexual person. There is enlightenement, but it could never happen, so ... Have fun !

Just watch this video and do the exercices everyday for one year. This is the most powerful shit I ever done after fixing my mind with meditation/mindfulness, There is no moment of boredom when you can entertain yourself that much, And it's simple !
