How to be wise replied to Schahin's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Conrad Also another Hadith: “I am Ahmad without the meem.” Of course if you remove the meem you will get Ahad or ‘The One.’ He was probably dropping hints here and there. -

@Conrad It’s pretty interesting that there is a Hadith from Abu huraira which says, “I have memorized two kinds of knowledge from Allah's Apostle . I have propagated one of them to you and if I propagated the second, then my pharynx (throat) would be cut (i.e. killed).” Bukhari. This could imply that Abu huraira was receiving mystical teachings from Muhammad, but because the ideas was so radical, the companions wouldn’t tolerate it, and they would kill Muhammad for it, so Muhammad secretly teached a few people about it. -
How to be wise replied to TrynaBeTurquoise's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
When Peter Ralston talks about the distinction between relative and absolute, he’s not really talking about it for himself. He’s making the distinction so that communication to unenlightened people can be easier. It’s unenlightened people who need that distinction. For enlightened people, Absolute is all that exists. -

Of course, the bible isn’t to be taken literally. For Turquoise, we are the Christ. We incarnated into a human body (Christ) from the formless substance (Father). Try to play around with this. If you think about any statement long enough, you can find a relevant meaning to it. -

Was MLK really enlightened? I’m not questioning his good leadership, but the book Spiral dynamics says that he was BLUE/orange, the existing phase of BLUE. -
How to be wise replied to Geromekevin's topic in Society, Politics, Government, Environment, Current Events
Trump is more evolved than Hitler. Hitler was very unhealthy BLUE, whilst Trump is very unhealthy ORANGE. -
@Leo Gura Just curious, how is your embodiment work going? Are you less focused on it now?

How to be wise replied to Cody_Atzori's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Cody_Atzori I stopped meditating a few months ago. It simply came to an end. God told me to stop meditating. -
How to be wise replied to Master of disguise's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Nahm Well, why would you think that reality ‘goes on forever.’ That’s just pure fantasy. Consciousness is the only thing that exists. Nothing is hidden from you. To say that something goes on forever implies that reality is going on behind your back so to speak, and we all know that this is delusion. -

@Nahm Well, I first heard Byron Katie say it. Then I thought about it, then I experienced it myself. -

In the absolute sense, he’s right. One’s current experience is the highest, because everything else is just imagination (to him). -
How to be wise replied to SoonHei's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@SoonHei If you’re trying to ‘get rid’ of those negative thoughts, let me save you all the trouble by telling you that you can’t. It’s impossible. You might be able to suspend them for a short while, but they will always come back. If you’re suffering from negative thoughts, you have to meet the thought with understanding, and embrace it. If you do it well enough, then it will let go of you, not the other way round. -

I’m afraid that, the War with What Is cannot be won. You’ve already doomed yourself if you think you can. -
How to be wise replied to SoonHei's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@SoonHei Well, the problem is that we’re not really doing negative thoughts. They come of their own accord, and only they can let go of us. We can never let go of them. This is an advanced truth, and without it, you’re just chasing your tail. -
How to be wise replied to Charlotte's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Charlotte You’ve just stated your absolute truth. Your absolute truth is that “everything is relative and nothing is absolute.” Now question even that. This is the subtle difference between Green and Turquoise relativism. Relativism goes full circle and destroys itself. -

@mandyjw Sometimes it really is best to not say anything. It depends on how open the person in front of you is. In practice, you can very quickly tell whether a person is open or closed. If the person is closed, telling them about consciousness will only get you into more trouble. -
How to be wise replied to lukej's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@lukej Just keep in mind that a physical world does not exist. We are talking about the mental world, the world in your thoughts. The human race is another thought. That was the only thing real about it. -
For the past two years, I’ve been teaching at schools, and one thing I know for sure is that the more conscious of a teacher you become, the more likely you are to get fired. Why? Simply put, most children don’t want to learn. They want to play. A conscious teacher will acknowledge that and allow them to play, whilst the usual teacher has to put a lot of effort into manipulating the children to do the work. The biggest hint that this is unconscious, is that it is always stressful. It’s never easy to try to make a kid ‘be good’, because deep down it’s fear based. Without fear, you would want for the children what they want for themselves which is to have fun. As a result, very little learning will occur, and all ‘productivity’ will drop. This is what I am experiencing. Says a lot about what will happen to the entire ‘education’ system in the future. This will be fun to watch.

After I took the Life Purpose course, it became conclusive to me that Life Purpose and Enlightenment will not go together. Here’s why: Life Purpose is about driving yourself to make an impact in the world. But this can only work if you are stuck in the illusion of control. In reality, you have no control whatsoever. As soon as you realise this (Enlightenment), driving yourself is no longer a possibility. As soon as you become aware of non-doership, you can no longer drive yourself to do anything, because you have no control over anything at all. So, how does the enlightened person live then? They follow their integrity/heart. Spontaneous movement happens based on what the heart desires. For most people, it is impossible, because it is blocked by all of your fears. As soon as you clear your fears, you can just spontaneously follow your integrity. You become a slave of your integrity. Wherever your integrity tells you to go, you go. So this brings us to why Life Purpose and Enlightenment really do not go together: The notion that other people need your help is a false belief. When you set off for your Life Purpose, you do things based on the belief that you are doing good in the world, you are helping others. But notice that this is a belief with no evidence at all. Reality is already perfect. Your heart will not tell you to do anything so baseless. You will just live your life moment to moment. So now you ask: Enlightened teachers are out there changing the world. I can see them. Yes, you are right. Many enlightened teachers have written books and do workshops. But how they arrived there is very different to what you imagine. One basic principle of how your heart works is out of love. It follows love. What does that mean? If somebody asks you for help, you operate on the principle ‘why not?’. If there is no legitimate reason against it, you say ‘yes.’ Whatever people ask, your heart says ‘yes’ if you can do it. If people ask for a workshop, you do it. If people ask you to write a book, you write it. And that is how your integrity operates. You help people only when they ask for help. That’s it. If somebody did not ask for your help, then the only thing that would drive you to help such a person is a baseless belief that they need your help, which your integrity will never buy. Even if the person seems to need your help, the most that your integrity would tell you to do is ask that person if you can help them. If they say no, that’s the end of it. Even if they are starving in the streets, once they say no you leave. They are doing fine. Your heart will say ‘no’ if there is a legitimate reason why not. And that’s when you say no. You live your life as a flow, not decideding and controlling anything, but being a servant to your heart and giving when people ask. Driving yourself to do something and ‘making an impact’ is not possible. Because you can clearly see that everything is perfect other than your beliefs.

How to be wise replied to Ampresus's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
J@Ampresus It’s good to start with 10 mins. In the end what will work is two things: consistency (doing it daily) and sustainability (keeping the practice for at least one year without seeing results). If you take care of those two, chances are you will find your way to extraordinary meditation sessions and huge progress. -
How to be wise replied to Dodo's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Dodo Idealism is correct, but incomplete. Solipsism must be added.
