  1. @SenshiAna thank you, that was a tiny secret not so secret or tiny, I think orgasms makes everything so much better too. ? @Rosie a hand sanitiser? It's ok. I'm sure most of us, at some point or another have had our moments. I'm starting to think that is not so unusual or bad or weird. Just look at all the ideas, sugestions posted here. Yes, PMS can be sucky and should always be checked out by a professional... but it's totally interesting what you gals come up with. ?
  2. You guys... Awesome! Not by diet, not by hormones running a mock unchecked, not feeling or unfeeling feelings (boys--- periods are so way out of your ability to truly appreciate or understand, and child birth). I just tend to be really aware of my body, the weather, other people.... And I've noticed that I am much more aware of things, thoughts, changing my mood ... In a way one might ask "why do man cheat? Genes? Hormones? Or just idiots? But I'm not really addressing that. my awareness comes from having had complications with an illness... Once you feel pain in such a way, you are left very aware of just about anything and again, been cleared by my specialists.
  3. Ah thanks, no.... But i'll.. Maybe try chocolate...v Steaming??? Lol
  4. @Leo Gura and all of you ladies, I have checked checked with my doctor and relatively eat healthy, have done plenty of detoxification both physical and emotional. I will look into some of the ideas you shared too... But the reason I asked was because I find it that during "that" time my ego becomes a bit more intense. "I'm more emotional, I'm more defensive, I'm more sensitive, Me! Me! Me!" not in the "bitchy, you are hormonal" just that I am aware of the slight change and the ego's need to be fed or get a hold of being. Working on becoming more enlightened or at least brilliant my ego sure gets the best of me during that period then again maybe I just like being bitchy and blame hormones... JK
  5. I have noticed that during my cycle, ahem, period, I'm more emotional... not like requiring medicine, but the usual moodiness... I have noticed that I find myself challenging the ego or giving in to it... I am aware yet seems like everything makes me feel empty and sad... or question human nature... how do you handle or deal?
  6. @Leo Gura @Nick Leo, I love you so I'm sorry but I fell asleep halfway through the video, I did rewind... k... The dissolution of the ego from the I, is the "Cake", Awareness is the file. The Matrix is the "I" or "Absolute Truth" The knowledge graph and all the bullshit their in, is the "ego" whether personal or as collective doxastic state, in which for the most part it control us. We think we are "awake", "see" and "know" but we are not aware, nor can see because the "I" does not judge. When we put the ego under the "I" then every belief, knowledge, and thought becomes unimportant. We stop arguing with ourselves and with others. Is not that we stop caring, it is that we become aware that everything the ego sees is both true and untrue and we accept it as such. Harmony. This could so end wars... Divorce rate would fall... Pain would diminish... then again this is also in the knowledge graph. so Nick you have to dig through the vast terrain of knowledge graphs to find your own nugget.
  7. @Leo Gura I do not think I am infatuated with you at all, yet in a few occasion I find you floating in my head... I can clearly hear you say "Baby, you're trying to hard" how do guide or coach people into a positive development without indulging someone's ego? As I've conceder coaching but do not wish for the ego to be fed.
  8. Everyone likes smoothly or vegetables...... I like broths... Hot steamy bowls of golden broths. At times Japanese style... Ginger and herb noted... Steamed vegetables and brown rice... Or noodles ... Zucchini noodles, gluten free, it's just really nice to have a bowl of amazing broth in the morning rather than cold high glycemic smoothly ...
  9. Oh, @Leo Gura yes... I would say that there is a difference between masturbation and being intimate with someone else. Although one releases urges and physical needs, the other feeds primal needs.... The kind that builds committed relationship. Both coexist in balance.
  10. For females, as animals, homosephian, is brain, hormonal, driven need to not only procreate but also keep the male around for the benefit of the offspring. Though some say, I don't want to have a child, the many other natural driven forces, leads one to want to attach to somebody and be recognized as important. To be loved and be needed. For we held an important part on the development of humanity. It doesn't matter if we are different, way, promiscuous... Deep inside we hold a gem. One we can not refuse. You can try, you can be a cat lady, spinter, a sister wife, open... Yet only one can know where we fit in. What works and doesn't in the development and implementation of our genetics.
  11. I have had experiences though I often think of them as a trick of my ego...
  12. I know it's hard when you live under your family home which can be difficulty... I'm in the healthy side and I have a grown human being who has particular ideas about diet... Kids have a way of changing and getting their way... Say ask for for yogurt 0 as a special treat. Offer to cook your own meals... Do not be afraid to take charge of your own cooking... Start by making broths or hard boil eggs... Clean your diet. People in my household have managed to pull grossed out to fully clean diets on their on... One shopping list at the time. Supplements are tricky, they take time and effort and money! Is more likely your parents shell it out on groceries that good verified supplements. For me, controlling the emotional factors was a step up way before diet and nutrition. Will your life into being, is the one thing you have.
  13. Yeah, I don't believe in resolutions, I live on daily goals, prefer to stay on the moment and not worry too much on tomorrow... Balancing. I'm realizing everyone here is on top of it.
  14. I think everyone would agree that it would be a bit reckless for anyone to throw out names of medication or supplements. I'm not a physician and what worked for me may not work on you. I would recommend that you seek professional help because it is a serious condition. However I would suggest that you research and read a few good books, for example "reversing Fibromyalgia" by Dr. Joe M Elrod, "Perfect Health" by Deepak Chopra, "The paleo approach" by Sarah Ballantyne, Phd to mention a few. I can not stress enough the connection of what you eat and drink. Is not so much what you can put in to it to release the aches and pains... It more about what is in it already. Research tumeric curcumin, herbal teas that relax, etc... @DrMatthewsausage
  15. So, are we tired of resolutions for 2016? Was it self realization? Diet? Fitness? Why should we care? I don't think we should...
