  1. 2018/05/14 Let's continue... One of the best definitions I have heard about LOVE and relationship is that The Buddhist zen master tich Nhat Hanh... The Buddha is a true teacher of love. Love should be a true love. True love requires four elements: The capacity to offer happiness Compassion; That energy which helps transform suffering. It doesn't matter if the Love is romantic or not romantic. Joy Inclusiveness; If you suffer, I suffer. If you cry, I cry. If you not Ok, I am not Ok. As I have been contemplating relationships, marriage, I realized the number of lies people embody in their lives.
  2. My Top Ten Values: 1. Truth, Learning, wisdom 2. Independence 3. Honesty 4. Mastery 5. consciousness 6. Simplicity 7. Growth 8. Being 9. Appreciation of nature 10. Being a good force
  3. Let's continue... Reading 100 page every day, especially in Arabic 1. Improving this skill by 50 percent. 2. In one year, if I read 100 page that would be 35600. Working toward enlightenment 1. I am not in a hurry in this one. So, I should improve it by 30 percent. 2. In on year, this would be a plus in my journey toward liberation.
  4. We are on the same day, I still have something to say... Arabic is quite a challenging language. I am not ethnically an Arab, but I have to use Arabic in the journey of making my life purpose real. I have started watching some videos to learn some lessons in Arabic again in order to further my knowledge in this beautiful language. To be a master in writing, you have to master the language first. Yes, Indeeeeed ; ) Back to the end of my world talk... " The important thing is allowing the whole world to wake up. Part of allowing the whole world to wake up is recognizing that the whole world is free-everybody is to free to be as they are. Until the whole world is free to agree with you or disagree with you. Until you have given the whole world its freedom you will never have your freedom?" - The End of your world ; ) I want to add that I have 1-year goals. Today is 2018/05/13 by 2019/05/13, For those goals to be a good goal, they have to be viewed on a daily basis. Every single year, I should make a new list. I should improve my writing in Arabic Improving my coaching skills. I am writing those skills on a priority How? Mastering writing 1.improving it By 50 percent 2. In one year, there is 365. So, if I write four pages every day, I will write 1825 page in 1 year. 3. I should write about
  5. 2018/05/13 Asking the right question?... What do I do to stay in the awakened state? the right question is what makes more sense is to ask how you unenlightened yourself what is still held on to? what is still confusing? what can situations in life get you to believe things that aren't true and cause you to go into contradictions, suffering, and separation? what is it specifically that has the power to entice consciousness back?"
  6. @Charlotte Then the challenge is to stay as nothing. The ego always comes back
  7. @Charlotte I like to ask the question " WHO " When you close your eyes. Stay as the witness ( the witness of your thoughts, feelings, minds, body, and so on) then, start asking: who is aware of my mind? Who is the owner of the mind? where is the owner of the mind located? Who is feeling pain? ...... ...... ...... You keep digging and digging and digging, to find nothing
  8. I experience my true nature whenever I sit to meditate, but it goes away what is the solution???
  9. @Scarecrow Yes. I think so : ) I have discovered, when taken the life purpose course, that my ideal medium is writing. One of the benefits of enlightenment is that it solves all of your mental problems. Thus, it helps you with your writing
  10. @Faceless I am using "IT" here to describe my true nature. The reason it comes and goes, I think, is because of my ego.
  11. Same here. At one time, I am wide awake, and then I go back to my low-level of consciousness.
  12. Hi, guys. Note: Please, read the whole thread carefully. Any suggestions are appreciated. After watching Leo's life purpose course, and having been meditating and self-inquiring for over 3 years now, which put me in touch with myself, it was very easy for me to find my life purpose. I actually found my self in my old neighborhood where I was born, where beautiful memories poped up showing me what I was really inspired by, what I really admired about life since a young age. Here is my life purpose: I am wise counsel. I use my own research and contemplation skills in order to provide people with wisdom, which can change their lives profoundly. My Ideal medium is writing and coaching. My domain fo mastery is doing research, contemplating life, finding the most useful advice for other people. Therefore, I can become a writer or life coach. First, I would like write my top ten values. Then, my top ten strengths. Then, my top ten goals in life. I will try to describe how I came with each value or strengths My top 10 values in life are: 1. Truth, Learning, wisdom: I have always been fascinated by something greater than myself. I recall when I was 7 or 8, I and my family used to go camping. I never liked small talk and talking and gatherings. Instead, I was inspired by the sky, nature, thinking about life, where do starts come from? where is Allah? How can Allah control all of this, etc? In theory, this values would mean that I need to do a lot of contemplation about life. In practice, it means that I need to read books about many areas of life. It means that I need to spend my money on learning. it also means that I need to be open-minded..... 2. Independence: I value independence. This is one of the clearest values for me. I never had a lot of friends. This was not because there is something wrong with me. In fact, there has never been anything wrong with me. It is just my god given personality. I like to have one honest friend. When I was 5 years old, I got lost twice and left my family. This memory popped up as I was going through the life purpose course. It clearly shows that I value being on my own. In practice, independence means I would need to move on my own; to become financially independent, to live on my own, to do things on my own, to grow on my own. 3. Honesty: Oh man! As I grew up in a Muslims traditional country, there was also family gathering. I hated those gathering as fuck because they were not real. There was a lot of dishonesty. This actually created anxiety for me, but I now believe that I was right. My personality type is INTJ. I am just naturally direct and honest. Now, Afer finding my life purpose, I DONT GIVE A FUCK ABOUT ANYONE's OPINION. In theory, honesty means more question of my own beliefs, cultures, etc. In practice, it means more isolation from society. 4. Mastery: This one I picked up recently after watching Leo's videos. I think it is very important to master all domains of life, especially to master yourself. " Is then one who walks headlong, with his face groveling, better guided,- or one who walks evenly on a Straight Way? "- The Quran 5. consciousness 6. Simplicity. 7. Growth. 8. Being. 9. Appreciation of nature. " Even after all this time the sun never says to the earth, 'You owe me.' Look what happens with a love like that. It lights the whole sky."- Hāfiz 10. Being a good force. I thought that my desire of helping other came from my anxiety and my own inadequacy. I realized later on that being a good force in the world is actually coming from my true self. ; ) My top 5 strengths 1. Hope- Future minded: Expecting the best in the future and working to achieve it, believing that a good future is something that can be brought about. 2. creativity: Thinking of novel and productive ways to conceptualize, and do things. 3. strategic 4. analytical 5. patient My top 5 goals 1. Manifesting my life purpose in my own country, helping as many people as I can with my own life purpose. 2. Enlightenment 3. To live effortlessly; the way I did when I was young. 4. Reading more than 10.000 books in my life. 5. Mastering writing, or in other words, becoming a world-class writer in the field of my life purpose. To achieve this my life purpose would mean the following 1. No slavery 2. Growth 3. Full self-expression 4. A life well lived 5. 100 responsibility 6. Massive commitment 7. Fully-fearless ; ) َ And at the end, there is no purpose to life. It is beautifully purposeless and meaningless
  13. @Tearos Yes, you are. If you are not aware of your suffering, you suffer. Drop your ego, so the suffering will go
  14. @Haumea I think Leo, if gone Buddha, would have to detach from everything, including actualized.org.
  15. @Elena2 ......But none is granted it save those who are patient, and none is granted it save the owner of great happiness......
  16. Me too!! I read now only wisdom enlightenment books I am SOOOOOOO GLAD, I was so stupid throughout all of my schooling
  17. "......You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward. Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register. And present to them an example: the people of the city, when the messengers came to it - When We sent to them two but they denied them, so We strengthened them with a third, and they said, "Indeed, we are messengers to you." They said, "You are not but human beings like us, and the Most Merciful has not revealed a thing. You are only telling lies." They said, "Our Lord knows that we are messengers to you, And we are not responsible except for clear notification." They said, "Indeed, we consider you a bad omen. If you do not desist, we will surely stone you, and there will surely touch you, from us, a painful punishment." They said, "Your omen is with yourselves. Is it because you were reminded? Rather, you are a transgressing people." And there came from the farthest end of the city a man, running. He said, "O my people, follow the messengers. Follow those who do not ask of you [any] payment, and they are [rightly] guided. And why should I not worship He who created me and to whom you will be returned? Should I take other than Him [false] deities [while], if the Most Merciful intends for me some adversity, their intercession will not avail me at all, nor can they save me? Indeed, I would then be in manifest error. Indeed, I have believed in your Lord, so listen to me." It was said, "Enter Paradise." He said, "I wish my people could know. Of how my Lord has forgiven me and placed me among the honored." And We did not send down upon his people after him any soldiers from the heaven, nor would We have done so. It was not but one shout, and immediately they were extinguished. How regretful for people. There did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him. Have they not considered how many generations We destroyed before them - that they to them will not return? And indeed, all of them will yet be brought present before Us. And a sign for them is the dead earth. We have brought it to life and brought forth from it grain, and from it they eat. And We placed therein gardens of palm trees and grapevines and caused to burst forth therefrom some springs - That they may eat of His fruit. And their hands have not produced it, so will they not be grateful? Exalted is He who created all pairs - from what the earth grows and from themselves and from that which they do not know......" The Quran
  18. @Charlotte I have just bought cannibas. I bought a 30 dhr of Moroccan hash. I am going to try it tomorrow and see how it goes.
  19. @Max_V Those are not actually toxic values. They are real and authentic. You are just afraid to practice them in reality. Here is an example of toxic, inauthentic values: Sex, certainty, fame, money, comfort, faith, physical appearance, etc.
  20. @Chaosofthemuse My opinion; it would be better if the channel is in your native language.
  21. @brugluiz Are you sure it is your life purpose? Have you found your top 10 values in life, your top 5 strengths, and your top 5 goals?
  22. The tribe's leaders, at the time of the prophet Muhammad, came to him and said; " If you want money, we will give it to you. If you want fame, we will give it to you, if you want leadership, we will give it to you. we can give you anything, but only stop doing what you are doing. The prophet Muhammad replied;" If you put the sun on my right, and the moon on my left, I leave not leave my goal except if I die doing it.
